Manque d'hygiène pour le pain. Tout le monde le touche pour pouvoir le couper.
Chambre lit oriente face a la fenêtre avec balcon traversant. Tout le monde profite des vues sur chambre.
Aucune climatisation, il faisait très chaud mais impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre le monde passe sur le balcon.
Dommage le cadre verdoyant extérieur est sympa.
Fortement déçus.

We arrived at the hotel just before 8.00 pm on 22/03/2024 - tired after after a long day of travelling. When I presented our ”Check-in vouchers” for the two rooms that we had reserved and pre-paid for online with Trip.com, the lady at the reception said that they were only room guarantees and did not represent that we had already paid for the rooms before arriving at the hotel. Therefore, I gave her our written receipts from Trip.com for our payments for the two rooms and asked her to call Trip.com to confirm that we had already paid for the two rooms. She then gave us incorrect entry codes for our two rooms, for which I had to return to the reception where she then gave me the correct entry codes. Later that evening when we passed the reception to to go out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat and I asked her if she had telephoned Trip.com yet, she acknowledged that the rooms had already been paid for online.
Très bon accueil, personnel agréable et serviable. Chambre confortable, climatisée, très appréciable avec cette chaleur, literie confortable.

Goede bedden, kamer schoon, lokatie niet mooi, maar heel handig op doorreis. Vriendelijk personeel maar ook minpunten: sauna deed het niet, telefoon buiten werking. tv deed het pas nadat we zelf de stekker uit het stopcontact hadden gehaald en ergens onder een plank weer aangesloten hadden. Er was geen handzeep en geen douchegel / geen shampoo. Te weinig toiletpapier. Ontbijt karig voor de prijs van €18,-.
Everything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service.
In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.

Chambres simples mais très propres et fonctionnelles. Bouquet de chaînes canal+.
Personnel très poli et accueillant, avec le sourire. Espace salon dans la véranda en forme de rotonde très joliment décoré où il fait bon prendre un verre à un prix très abordable (champagne, bières bouteilles ou pression, vins blanc ou rouge…). Poêle à granulés pour être encore plus cosy; nous avons passé un excellent moment. On s’y sent bien.
Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques et serviables. Ils nous ont gentiment proposé de ranger nos vélos à l’abri avec les leurs.

Ottima struttura, nuova e dotata di tutto l’essenziale. La receptionist è stata gentilissima e molto esaustiva, così come l’attentissima supervisor che si occupa della sistemazione delle stanze. La pulizia è davvero impeccabile, l’accoglienza attenta e accorata, il parcheggio ampio e comodo e la zona molto tranquilla. Ho trovato il letto di un comodo mai visto, cuscini super soffici compresi. Anche il bucato era profumatissimo. L’aria condizionata ha reso il caldo della stagione infinitamente più sopportabile, per fortuna e la si può regolare comodamente attraverso un display presente sul muro della stanza. Non ho acceso la TV ma, essendo anch’essa super nuova, immagino che sia meglio di un cinema.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys

However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145.
No details printed.
They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me!
We didn't take any breakfast as I assume it was how I booked earlier via Trip.com.
MMisafir KullanıcıThe location was great and at walkable distance to two different metro stations and Louvre. With lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and a supermarket right across the street. There is a mini fridge below the TV stand which is great to keep my figs and peaches fresh. Staff was helpful and polite by greeting us every morning. Highly recommend this hotel.
