2 personnes 1serviette malgré demande. Petit déjeuner non frais . yaourth tiède. Pas de salé au petit déjeuner le dimanche matin. Manque d'hygiène pour le pain. Tout le monde le touche pour pouvoir le couper. Chambre lit oriente face a la fenêtre avec balcon traversant. Tout le monde profite des vues sur chambre. Aucune climatisation, il faisait très chaud mais impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre le monde passe sur le balcon. Dommage le cadre verdoyant extérieur est sympa. Fortement déçus.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mulhouse We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Mulhouse, within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and cozy. The hotel’s interior design is truly unique – every space, from the lobby to the rooms, has its own character and charm, with great attention to detail. You can feel the creativity and care that went into making it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices. And the level of service was exceptional – truly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. This is definitely our place next time we visit the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with personality!

Oda büyüklüğü Avrupa için kabul edilebilir düzeydedir ve konumu şehir merkezine yakın olduğundan yürümesi kolaydır. Ön büro güler yüzlü ve belgelerin basılmasına yardımcı oluyor. Beğenin👍. Kahvaltı aynı şehirdeki başka bir otelin kahvaltısına benzer. Belki Fransız kahvaltısı daha basittir.

Très bien placé et très bien tenu. Dommage, la superficie de la chambre, le bar et la salle du pdj très petite.

Établissement bien placé, difficile de se garer proches de l hôtel.Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite par rapport aux nombres de personnes qui déjeunent. Mieux vaut arriver de bonne heure si vous voulez avoir quelque-chose à manger ??. Chambre correcte. Éviter les chambres en bout de couloir près des sorties afin d Éviter le claquement de la porte d'escalier.

Everything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service. In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.

Très bon accueil, personnel agréable et serviable. Chambre confortable, climatisée, très appréciable avec cette chaleur, literie confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié, personnel de service souriante et très aimable. Hotel idéalement situé pour visiter la ville.

位置就在火車站附近，雖然臨街，但是窗户隔音效果相當好，關上就聽不到街上的噪音了。出門馬路對面就進老城，還有全天候的咖啡茶水和小吃水果，絕對超值

Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.

非常好的酒店，東西也好吃，就是價格稍微有點高，出差來説有些浪費的感覺吧，景色也很好，下次還會再次預訂的，還是給五星好評！
