"Upon arriving at the front desk, I saw four staff members: two interns, one person in a black suit, and another in white. Not a single person greeted me or initiated the check-in process. I handed my ID to the individual in the black suit, who, without even looking up, simply tossed it to an intern, again without a word. The interns then proceeded with the check-in. I had clearly booked an upgraded room type through Ctrip, but after receiving my room card, I inquired and was informed that no upgrade had been processed. It was only at this point that the woman in the black suit came over to ask if I had booked through Ctrip. The room was eventually upgraded, but it was surprisingly small, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. While the room did have a bathtub, unlike any other five-star hotel where bathtubs are meticulously clean and complimentary bath liners are provided, this Wanda hotel's tub was dirty, and they charged for the bath liners. What shocked me was finding a box of condoms, 'male enhancement oil,' and lubricant openly displayed in the bathroom, priced at 88 yuan. Is this truly appropriate for a five-star hotel to openly sell such items? It made me feel like I was staying in a low-end roadside inn. It's truly disgusting! Do they really need to nickel and dime their guests like this? Even the tea bags were chargeable, prominently displayed with individual prices for each variety. Isn't that incredibly tacky for a hotel of this caliber? Overall, the experience was utterly disappointing. The price at Wanda Jining was twice that of a standard hotel (like Atour), but the service and facilities were truly dreadful. I will steer clear of all Wanda hotels from now on."

"Because we use Atour bedding at home, I always choose Atour when I go out. This Atour is the only one I've seen that doesn't have a food delivery robot. All takeout orders are delivered manually downstairs (resulting in too many takeouts and not enough workers). Secondly, this room has the smallest window I've ever seen in an Atour. The urine and water stains on the toilet were not cleaned up, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the kettle didn't differentiate between room types, and the toiletries and tea and coffee boxes were completely useless. The bathrobes were extremely worn and had traces of dye bleed. The breakfast porridge, such as tofu pudding, wasn't kept warm. The display was messy, with no distinction between hot and cold. The marked staircase from the sixth to seventh floor was usable, but it was closed at 10 a.m. on Sunday, resulting in a door that couldn't be opened after walking downstairs. This is the worst Atour hotel I've stayed in so far."
