I recently had the pleasure of staying at Munakata Resort Hotel during my visit to Munakata, Fukuoka, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. This charming hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect, offering a serene atmosphere, impeccable service, and a memorable stay. First and foremost, the location of Munakata Resort Hotel is simply idyllic. Situated at 651-2 Konominato, it provides a peaceful retreat surrounded by the natural beauty of Munakata. The hotel is nestled amidst lush greenery and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. It felt like a hidden oasis, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff, who made me feel instantly at ease. Their genuine hospitality and personalized service left a lasting impression. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The accommodation at Munakata Resort Hotel was exceptional. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and meticulously maintained. The comfortable bed and luxurious amenities provided a true sense of relaxation and indulgence. The attention to detail in room décor and amenities was evident, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience at Munakata Resort Hotel. The on-site restaurant offered a culinary journey of authentic Japanese cuisine. The carefully crafted dishes showcased the freshest local ingredients and flavors unique to the region. Each meal was a gastronomic delight, beautifully presented and accompanied by attentive service. I had a great stay at Miyako Hotel Hakata. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the subway station, which made getting around Fukuoka very easy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and daily housekeeping kept it spotlessly clean. I’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Fukuoka.

Reception at 4 pm was slow and it was necessary for several guests to wait for the two reception people even though they had three other people greeting guests. The nearby Shinkansen station provides easy access to the hotel which is an easy 5-10 minutes walk. Wifi worked well and the air conditioning was good especially in the cold weather. Rooms are a good size and in good condition with above average views. House keeping was also good, though guests need to request daily services by placing a card on the room door otherwise daily service is not provided. The four lifts provided an efficient service. I didn’t have breakfast on this occasion but have had it in the past and it’s of a good quality and high standard. The staff are lovely and caring. The location is good being near the main Shinkansen station. Beyond the station there are shopping centres and street malls with a variety of restaurants and shops to meet most people’s needs. There are also many nearby restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples and museums. Overall a pleasant stay and happy to visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Okura. Hands down the best Jap hotel we've stayed! Staff were incredibly polite, and we loved how the room was spacious and all the amenities were readily available - even comfy bedroom slippers, face towels (yes face towels, which are very uncommon in jap hotels) and 2 hairdryers. The bathroom had ample space for me to place me skincare and makeup products, and the toothpaste tasted good (I personally didn't like many other toothpastes in other jap hotels). Mugs for rinsing mouths were also made of ceramic with nice floral designs. There were enough hooks in the bathroom to place our dirty and clean clothes as well. Loved the blackout curtains and also that the toilet light doesn't flood the entire room with light (common in jap hotels), so my hubby could continue sleeping whilst I got ready for the day. Staff were also polite and greeted us each time we walked past, brought our luggage up to our hotel room, and facilitated a seamless check-in and check-out process. 2 bottles of fresh-tasting 550ml mineral water were also provided daily.

You can tell the hotel was built some time ago judging from its style, but this has not compromised its service and cleanliness. It is very well managed, the tub is spotless and the staff members are all helpful and professional. They also offer two different styles of breakfast for you to choose from, and I am more than satisfied. Location-wise, it is right across Hakata station which connects you to pretty much everywhere in Fukuoka.

Definitely the best The Ritz-Carlton hotel I had stayed unlike the usual old grandeur style. The Ritz‑Carlton, Fukuoka is newly opened on 21 June 2023 and is Kyushu’s first Ritz‑Carlton, occupying the top nine floors of a stunning 25‑storey glass tower Stayed at the Deluxe Suite (75 m²) this trip which is very spacious, comprising of a king‑bed bedroom and a separate living room perched on a quiet corner  The bathroom is another highlight with a sculpted free‑standing tub, rainfall shower, and dual sinks carved from luxurious Mont Carmelo granite—each detail framed by sweeping cityscape views and natural sunlight pouring in. Throughout the suite, refined touches include natural woods, artful Hakata‑ori textile accents, and ambient lighting—creating a serene atmosphere that pays homage to local crafts

酒店房間很好，房間雪櫃免費飲品。 早餐比多$110左右一定要加。 缺點是附近的outlet已停業，房間在上斜馬路，會比較嘈。

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Fukuoka Seahawk! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, perched right by the waterfront with stunning views. It’s super accessible, just a short walk from the subway and bus stops, making it easy to explore Fukuoka. The nearby Hawks Town Mall and other shopping spots like Mark Is Fukuoka Momochi offer great retail and dining options, perfect for a leisurely day out. The vibrant atmosphere of the area, combined with the hotel’s top-notch service, made my trip unforgettable. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukuoka!

Huge room. East wing has partial seaview (this room) while west wing has direct seaview. Nice peaceful area to relax and watch the sea
