You can tell the hotel was built some time ago judging from its style, but this has not compromised its service and cleanliness. It is very well managed, the tub is spotless and the staff members are all helpful and professional. They also offer two different styles of breakfast for you to choose from, and I am more than satisfied. Location-wise, it is right across Hakata station which connects you to pretty much everywhere in Fukuoka.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Okura. Hands down the best Jap hotel we've stayed! Staff were incredibly polite, and we loved how the room was spacious and all the amenities were readily available - even comfy bedroom slippers, face towels (yes face towels, which are very uncommon in jap hotels) and 2 hairdryers. The bathroom had ample space for me to place me skincare and makeup products, and the toothpaste tasted good (I personally didn't like many other toothpastes in other jap hotels). Mugs for rinsing mouths were also made of ceramic with nice floral designs. There were enough hooks in the bathroom to place our dirty and clean clothes as well. Loved the blackout curtains and also that the toilet light doesn't flood the entire room with light (common in jap hotels), so my hubby could continue sleeping whilst I got ready for the day. Staff were also polite and greeted us each time we walked past, brought our luggage up to our hotel room, and facilitated a seamless check-in and check-out process. 2 bottles of fresh-tasting 550ml mineral water were also provided daily.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Fukuoka Seahawk! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, perched right by the waterfront with stunning views. It’s super accessible, just a short walk from the subway and bus stops, making it easy to explore Fukuoka. The nearby Hawks Town Mall and other shopping spots like Mark Is Fukuoka Momochi offer great retail and dining options, perfect for a leisurely day out. The vibrant atmosphere of the area, combined with the hotel’s top-notch service, made my trip unforgettable. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukuoka!

A very pleasant stay! The staffs are accommodating to guests needs and creature comforts. Though the kitchen utensils should be included in the room without any additional charge. In all; staffs were pleasant and professional. I like it. I recommend this place.

I had a great stay at Miyako Hotel Hakata. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the subway station, which made getting around Fukuoka very easy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and daily housekeeping kept it spotlessly clean. I’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Fukuoka.

Reception at 4 pm was slow and it was necessary for several guests to wait for the two reception people even though they had three other people greeting guests. The nearby Shinkansen station provides easy access to the hotel which is an easy 5-10 minutes walk. Wifi worked well and the air conditioning was good especially in the cold weather. Rooms are a good size and in good condition with above average views. House keeping was also good, though guests need to request daily services by placing a card on the room door otherwise daily service is not provided. The four lifts provided an efficient service. I didn’t have breakfast on this occasion but have had it in the past and it’s of a good quality and high standard. The staff are lovely and caring. The location is good being near the main Shinkansen station. Beyond the station there are shopping centres and street malls with a variety of restaurants and shops to meet most people’s needs. There are also many nearby restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples and museums. Overall a pleasant stay and happy to visit again.

Küvet ile zemin arasında yaklaşık bir santim genişliğinde ve yirmi santim derinliğinde bir boşluk vardı ve saç doluydu. Bulaşık yıkamak için kullanılan bardaklar tek kullanımlık kağıt bardaklardı. Tuvalet alanının duvarları, oldukça sık ve gözlerimi bulanıklaştıran birçok küçük dışbükey aynadan oluşuyordu. Aydınlatma da sorunluydu; ışıklar çok uzaktaydı ve aynaların etrafında ışık yoktu, bu da yüzümü net bir şekilde görmemi zorlaştırıyordu. Ayrıca, iki havlunun hala ıslak ve temizlenmemiş olduğu küçük bir mutfak benzeri alan vardı; unutulmuşlar mıydı yoksa o alan mı temizlenmemişti bilmiyorum. Klimayı nasıl ayarlasam da, her zaman doğrudan yatağa üflüyordu. Personel çok fazla İngilizce bilmiyordu ama çok istekliydiler ve ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalışıyorlardı.

Definitely the best The Ritz-Carlton hotel I had stayed unlike the usual old grandeur style. The Ritz‑Carlton, Fukuoka is newly opened on 21 June 2023 and is Kyushu’s first Ritz‑Carlton, occupying the top nine floors of a stunning 25‑storey glass tower Stayed at the Deluxe Suite (75 m²) this trip which is very spacious, comprising of a king‑bed bedroom and a separate living room perched on a quiet corner  The bathroom is another highlight with a sculpted free‑standing tub, rainfall shower, and dual sinks carved from luxurious Mont Carmelo granite—each detail framed by sweeping cityscape views and natural sunlight pouring in. Throughout the suite, refined touches include natural woods, artful Hakata‑ori textile accents, and ambient lighting—creating a serene atmosphere that pays homage to local crafts

The service and food were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were plentiful and delicious. We could relax and enjoy our traditional ryokan dinner in a private room. The onsen baths are great. There are a variety of baths that have relaxing and interesting atmospheres. The only negative point was the old toilet attached to the room, which had a smell.
