Groot hotel met veel kamers, onze kamer was reeds wat afgeleefd maar toch zeer proper en ruim MET een prachtig zicht over de skyline van Panama-City.
Leuk zwembad en bubbelbad.
Enkel lang aanschuiven om in te checken.

L'hôtel est bien dans son ensemble, les chambres sont correctes (surtout pour travailler) bien qu'avec le temps certaines choses ont étaient supprimées (Frigo, Fauteuil, desserte pour les baguages )...
Mais gros problème d'humidité et d'odeur de moisie (Venant de la climatisation) à cause d'une moquette mal entretenue dans les parties commune et les chambres , il faut supprimer cette moquette, mais hôtel préfère mette un déshumidificateur qui n'est pas suffisant et au final depuis avec les années va couter plus cher par le coût de l'électricité .....
Le service de chambre est correct pour ce qui est fait , mais il serait complet avec un passage d'aspirateur tous les jours..... Chose qui était faite les années précédentes. Je suis un habitué de l'hôtel.
Petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix, mais il n'y a que du café et du Thé, donc pour les enfants pas de chocolat au lait.....
En cas de réparation le personnel est assez réactif.....
La piscine et bien entretenue , par contre la salle de sport est pratiquement à l'abandon c'est dommage car il y a du potentiel.... Et il ne faut pas grand chose pour la remettre au gout du jour avec seulement un bon nettoyage.

Todo muy bien aunque deberían pedirle al personal del staff y limpieza que no haga tanto ruido en las mañanas. Es importante para los huéspedes que desean descansar y dormir un poco más.

El hotel me pareció bueno en general. Las habitaciones están limpias, ordenadas y cumplen exactamente con lo que uno necesita para una estadía tranquila. Las instalaciones se mantienen bien y el ambiente es agradable.

This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!

Harika bir konum. Harika personel. Gösterişsiz ama her zaman temiz ve personel yardımsever. Odadaki buzdolabı güzel bir kolaylık. Şehir merkezine 8 km uzaklıkta olduğumda gittiğim yer.

The hotel is not terrible, good price and location but there are better hotels in similiar price ranges. Definitely not worthy of the Ramada name. I know they were closed for a time so maybe given some more time they can make necessary improvements. As it is everything just feels old and outdated. The room was small and felt cramped, though the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good.

每年展會都在這裏入住，最大的好處是去展會方便，走路過去15-20分鐘，不想走路的話，也有接駁巴士，不過要排隊。酒店外面的運河很漂亮。酒店有點年份，設施有點老舊，不過床鋪很好睡，枕頭有點不大好。早餐就相對太簡單，品種太少了，收費差不多17美元一個人呢。

Muy bien en general pero no me querían respetar la reserva de esta app que yo reservé 2 camas y solo me dieron una matrimonial y no querían hacerme el cambio al final me lo hicieron pero molestos y la persona de recepción no era muy amable

SStubbornTravelI was surprised to see this quality in a Crowne Plaza hotel. There was nothing totally terrible, but I would definitely not stay here again.
The detailed version:
Airport shuttle: If you are an airport hotel advertising a free hotel shuttle, I think you should assume a good proportion of people staying there expect it to be easy to get to and from the airport. However it is near impossible to get information about it until you are at the hotel. I emailed twice the week before arriving (no reply) and called them over ten times over two different days to try get information (no answer). Finally the day of flying someone answers and just says that you go outside of the terminal and a shuttle will be there. There are no signs, no timetable, nothing. I called again once we actually got to Panama and was told it comes at 25 past the hour from door 17. I was lucky that my partner saw it by chance on the other side of the street at door 14. At the hotel, there is a printed timetable. Why not put this on the website or share it in the confirmation message?? Or at least tell people when they call? Once there, it was no problem taking it back to the airport, there's a timetable by reception. It runs around once every hour.
Gym: was very good for a hotel, not amazing but it was clean and with a varied selection of machines, mats, medicine balls, resistance bands and weights. I was impressed.
Breakfast: nothing to write home about but a lot of variety: scrambled eggs, cereals, sausages, cheeses, rice, empanadas, breads etc. But a lot of stuff was missing signs. The 'corn empanadas' were full of beef, which seems misleading.
Restaurant: didn't use it because the selection is very limited if you're a vegetarian (I think there was one vegetarian dish). It also seemed quite expensive, I guess that's normal for a restaurant hotel, but the quality didn't look to match.
Room: large and spacious with a comfortable bed, coffee machine and TV. But there was a very weird smell, it was damp and the Aircon looked like it was from the 70s (and sounded that way too).
Bathroom: again OK. The shampoos/conditioners etc seem to be the wrong size for the set brackets on the wall, which makes them very uncomfortable to use, as you can only press down around .5 cm.
We didn't use the pool so can't comment. As I said nothing really terrible but a frustrating experience and a surprise this is within the Crowne Plaza brand. I will personally not stay again.

LLois CowartIt started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card.
We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service.
We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe.
I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable.

MMisafir KullanıcıAbsolutely fantastic stay! I truly enjoyed Riu from the time I checked in till the time I checked out. I appreciate the staff and the quick convenience of check in process. Not only was the rooms absolutely spotless and clean but their were plenty of elevators to get to the rooms. I really enjoyed the pressed juice from the breakfast the most (absolutely fresh and excellent). The breakfast buffet was a nice feature to have at our time there, along with looking out to the pool(do wish the pool was a tad bit bigger). IT IS A MUST YOU TRY THE RESTAURANT TASTE AND THE BARTENDER DRINKS. Absolutely probably one of the best in the city! The meal at taste was exceptional and the prices are perfect (please don't change because I plan on coming back). From start to finish Riu made my birthday experience worthwhile in Panama. I honestly wouldn't have changed it for the world! Thank you for the housekeeping for always keeping our room clean and us being so trustworthy of leaving suitcase and clothes items out and it wasn't even moved an inch. The beds were some of the most comfiest sheets we slept on in a while and the bathroom was so big and spacious with DOUBLE sinks! We appreciate the friendliness and excitement in activities and guest that we saw everyday. If you are not staying at Riu then what are you doing?

Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.
Other than that the facility was nice
I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person. I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person
It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar.
I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

Durante il ns soggiorno c’erano dei lavori edili dietro l’albergo, perciò la piscina ( che è piccola per chi vuole nuotare 7/7 m) non è simpatica da usare per via del forte rumore. La colazione non offre tanta scelta e con dei prodotti non a livello di un albergo di questa classifica. Per il prezzo che o pagato il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci stava, ma ho visto che può anche costare fino a CHF 50.00 in più a notte. Torneremo a Panama City alla fine del nostro tour del paese, ma non al Méridien.
Gentile e competente lo staff, buono il WI-FI .

AArsen AlikhanyanThis is a very overvalued hotel, in reality the amenities are quite a low standard, rooms need minor renovations, and the housekeeping and maintenance services need proper improvement!
Maintenance issues: the sink had overspread issue, drainage issue, toilet had overfilling issue with a noise, shower vents didn’t close fully, unless you master the “secret”; floor in the bathroom was steep towards the bedroom area, instead of being steep towards the drainage hole, the entrance door wouldn’t close without noise because of touching the floor..
Housekeeping: they attended the room only after i asked and reminded. Even then they once didn’t clean the floor, twice didn’t provide refills of the amenities (water, tissues, etc.). Only after my kind complaint to the reception, they finally fixed the issues.
The reception and restaurant staff are very nice, kind, and attentive! Thanks and well done!
