Big, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Beautiiful pool area. Excellent location. This is a charming old hotel in desperate need of some updates. The carpets are old, filthy and full of mold. The air conditioning vents constantly drip water and need replacing. The safes in the rooms also need replacing.

The hotel is not terrible, good price and location but there are better hotels in similiar price ranges. Definitely not worthy of the Ramada name. I know they were closed for a time so maybe given some more time they can make necessary improvements. As it is everything just feels old and outdated. The room was small and felt cramped, though the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good.

To start it off right I didn’t think my trip included free breakfast until I arrived and the lady at front desk told me! I was excited about the free food. I loved everything about the hotel and the food was on point and the hotel is very clean. The only thing that worried me is the was the quietness where my room was, it made us overthink a little but that didn’t stop anything we still enjoyed it. I loved all the amenities and the staff was very nice. I would definitely book again if I visit again

Absolutely fantastic stay! I truly enjoyed Riu from the time I checked in till the time I checked out. I appreciate the staff and the quick convenience of check in process. Not only was the rooms absolutely spotless and clean but their were plenty of elevators to get to the rooms. I really enjoyed the pressed juice from the breakfast the most (absolutely fresh and excellent). The breakfast buffet was a nice feature to have at our time there, along with looking out to the pool(do wish the pool was a tad bit bigger). IT IS A MUST YOU TRY THE RESTAURANT TASTE AND THE BARTENDER DRINKS. Absolutely probably one of the best in the city! The meal at taste was exceptional and the prices are perfect (please don't change because I plan on coming back). From start to finish Riu made my birthday experience worthwhile in Panama. I honestly wouldn't have changed it for the world! Thank you for the housekeeping for always keeping our room clean and us being so trustworthy of leaving suitcase and clothes items out and it wasn't even moved an inch. The beds were some of the most comfiest sheets we slept on in a while and the bathroom was so big and spacious with DOUBLE sinks! We appreciate the friendliness and excitement in activities and guest that we saw everyday. If you are not staying at Riu then what are you doing?

Very nice and clean room. Service is amazing. It is in the center of old town. Roof top view is amazing.

It was a nice place. The views were nice from the windows. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was great and the Location was excellent. Stayed there twice and I would love to stay there again.

My stay was okay, good location close to amazing restaurants and the multi plaza mall. Breakfast and bar was okay with friendly staff. However the flaws were the room was freezing cold; tried to adjust but remained cold. Turned off the ac for the entire trip but was never hot. Room needs more amenities; offered only coffee we had to ask for tea, no bathrobes or slippers. Also house keeping cleaned rooms at 4 and later when guests are returning from a long day and need to enter. Not a bad hotel but needs to fix those issues.

缺點： 不知道算甚麼等級的飯店， 但沒有浴缸，房間有一股悶濕味，早餐選擇很有限。 星期四晚上還有吵鬧的派對聲音傳入 優點： 飯店人員很友善熱情，辛苦了
