Room rate is more than reasonable as the room is very big and location is very convenient. However, would be great if below few minor things can be taken into consideration: 1) Breakfast - both quality and choices need to be improved. 2) Room - no electricity at the electric sockets next to the bed…so I need to charge my phone with the socket under the desk instead. 3) Spa - would appreciate if they can extend closing time to 10pm!

Every hotel the laundry bag is free for customers. But this hotel is charge extra the laundry bag . I stay 2 day on 19/4 i got use them laundry bag go outside wash clothes then no bring back . 20/4 i got check out them charge extra me 6 USD . And noon 20/4 i got check in again stay 1 more day . 21/4 got check out and give back them the laundry bag . Them no give return and no refund money . 2 receptionists stood lauging talk to customers is money in company cant return paid cash maybe can return but bank in cant . And other said paid cash also cant refund because alr in to company . First time see got hotel charge the laundry bag .

Fraîchement construit (2025), cet hôtel est loin de la vieille ville ”Phố cổ” (# 4km). Pas de transport commun, seul moyen de transport est le taxi ou la location d'un scooter. En revanche, c'est très calme !

The most beautiful hotel we have stayed in so far in Vietnam. Service and staff were spot on and very attentive. Feels more like a home stay I can’t imagine how the staff could be any better. Two things to mention. If you’re looking for a good sleep I wouldn’t recommend due to chickens, dogs and other animals constantly making loud noise. I slept with headphones on so in the end didn’t matter. But what to expect when you’re sleeping in the middle of the mountains! Two -the breakfast is cook to order with limited options so it took a long time to get our food and coffee. Plus the options were unhealthy. Would have been nice for porridge and fruit. The experience was incredible, felt like a true paradise in the jungle. We loved our stay. We would stay again if we visited!

This was such a lovely and calm hotel near Hang Mua Mountain, perfectly situated between Tam Coc and Trang An. You were given a bicycle for free or could rent a motorcycle for 150.000VND per day. The hosts and the hotel owner was extremely friendly and took the time to explain where everything was and made sure you had everything you needed. I could not recommend this hotel more in Ninh Binh!

Excellent hotel. The staff were really friendly, professional and helpful. We could use their bicycle for free, they rented out their scooter easily with a competitive price, the breakfast was good and had many choices. The room was clean and quiet. Overall, a really great stay, I recommend Lumi garden.

Tam Ha (one of the staffs) had assisted us throughout our stay. Easy to communicate. We reached the hotel around 7am and they let us rest in the massage room while waiting for the check-in time (2pm). At 10am - room was ready for us to check-in. She even upgraded our room and thus, we had bathtub 🥰. They lent us a steamer for us to iron our clothes. Bicycles available to stroll around town (free) and motorcycles available for rent at 60k dong for half day. They even had so many services which sadly we had no time to experience. We did try the complimentary tea time and it was nice to hv a chat at the rooftop with such perfect view. I would recommend this hotel. Service 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Tam Ha even personally came to our room to check on us so that we didn’t miss our flight on the check-out day. The other staffs were also friendly and kind. They assisted us promptly. Technician helped to fix our room telephone and carry our baggage. Everything went perfectly well and this had contributed to our great time in Ninh Binh.

Good view and impressive. I like the room .very chill.i can enjoy hot spring and smoky outside . Clean and quiet.if I arrived here , I will choose it. And booked again

I wish there was an early check-in service at 11:00 in the morning. It is a pity that the accommodation sales structure can only be reserved at a price that includes meals for 2 people when used by 1 person.
