Conveniently close to Yokohama main few stations, and a 15min walk to Minatomirai and RedBrick Warehouse. Enjoyed the aesthetics and comfortable bed, versus the bog standard other small Japanese hotels. This is well designed and I felt very calm and at home. Great shower definitely!

Very modern Japanese hotel. It is quite new as it is refurbished 2 years ago. Very clean and the onsen in the hotel is very modern. They offer another onsen which is opposite the hotel, which is much bigger but older. Room is small but adequate enough with everything supplied. Free parking and outside is the bus stop for those taking public bus. Overall hotel is great but abit pricy.

Close to the train. The hotel is inside of the commercial building, so you can find restaurant and CVS at the ground floor. I selected night view side, which was nice, could enjoy night view and morning view. You can walk to Mintato Mirai area from the hotel. 

The hotel was located a bit further out from the main attractions. However, with that its also at a quieter area and nice break away from the touristy area. Because of the location, it is also convenient to get to the Gotemba outlet mall. There’s a mountain view outside the balcony. A convenience store and bus stop just right outside the hotel. We felt the breakfast served was underwhelming, and the same food was served on the 2 days we were there. The hotel was spacious and really clean, interior design was beautiful. The hotspring was really nice as well. The staff recommended the Izakaya restaurant called Monta, just few minutes walk from the hotel. The food was really good and open till 12am!

A really lovely hotel, not though in a particularly nice location.  The hotel staff are superb, from your very first welcome to the wave on departure.   There are complimentary drinks available in reception up until 5.30pm and free shuttles to & from Gora.  The free shuttle bus to and from Odawara is also a bonus.  The rooms are pleasantly decorated with comfortable bed and pillows.  The onsen on the balcony was a nice addition.   Whenever we called reception to ask for something they responded instantly. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice with good quality food.   We ate in both evenings as there’s not much around.   Karen in the restaurant was a delightful member of staff, welcoming us back, remembering our drinks choices from the night before and chatting with us about our  next destination.   It’s a pricey hotel but of good quality and handy for going on the Hakone loop.

The service was excellent. The hot springs were very enjoyable. They have different types of hotsprings (regular, carbonic acid, cold). The food was excellent. We were stuffed. The portion was huge and the variety was wide.  Hygiene was great. The room was spotless and the balcony was very romantic under the moon light. Well worth the money.

Room was huge with private hot tub. Breakfast and dinner, both have wide variety, but the food was not warm. The spread of alcohols were fancy. Located just 5 mins walk away is the cable car station, which was rather enjoyable. But super crowded, waiting time more than 45mins. And luckily, hotel provides shuttle bus service to nearest train station, with 3 timing slots. Took about 50 mins of bus ride.

Cozy hotel close to station. Friendly staff. Even have a small public bath that relaxes you body after the long day walk. Oh and the simple but heartwarming late night snack too.

The location is excellent — just a short walk from Minatomirai Station and right in Yokohama’s modern CBD district. The surrounding environment is spotless and upscale, with premium office towers and great city planning. There’s a massive shopping mall (MARK IS Minatomirai) just nearby with everything from restaurants and supermarkets to fashion brands like Uniqlo, plus multiple convenience stores within minutes. Extremely convenient and pleasant. Cleanliness is outstanding. The room felt completely spotless and almost brand new — immaculately maintained with a minimalist, Muji-inspired aesthetic that instantly felt calming and refined. The bathroom is beautifully designed with dry-wet separation and pristine surfaces throughout. Service was professional and proactive. Front desk staff spoke English and felt genuinely attentive. On Sundays, the hotel even hosts a free mini jazz performance in the 20th-floor lobby — a delightful surprise that adds to the atmosphere. Even without trying their restaurant or breakfast, the overall service planning felt polished and premium. Facilities were excellent. While the Sky Pool is not for swimming, the gym is modern, nearly unused, and kept impeccably clean. The room itself was spacious with huge floor-to-ceiling windows — even in the bathroom — creating an open, luxurious feeling. Everything felt new, intentional, and well thought out. A truly exceptional stay — effortlessly high-end, thoughtfully designed, and professionally operated in every way.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. They helped receive a parcel on our behalf before we even arrived, and later helped us send another package to our next hotel. Their support made our trip so much easier and stress-free. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from Ofuna Station, which made getting around very convenient. There are plenty of shops and places to explore nearby, so there's always something to do or eat within walking distance.
