A really nice and affordable resort. The staff were very kind, the rooms well equipped. The resort even had an affordable laundry machine and dryer. Spacious and well heated room, with a nice lake view :)

A huge hotel without any personal attention. No hello when you enter the shop of the hotel, this is the first time for my experience in Japan. Cleaning service is not optimal, still some plastics left behind on the desk between the guide. No tea bags in the room when we want to have a cup of tea, go to reception to get the tea bags and the first thing the staff asks is which room number, after that then I get the tea bags, no any apologies for no tea bags available in the room. The hot spring is huge but also a lot of people, very crowded, no space and no time to enjoy the hotspots spring. One very good thing, you can get an icecream after the hot spring.

Authentic Japanese style hotel that own a hot spring underneath the property. The hotel provides public bath, but private baths are also available for reservation. Breakfast comes in a a personal set and is delicious. The room facing the beach front view hearing sound of the ocean is serene and peaceful. Staff are all friendly and professional.

The location is not at the central Otaru but it is about 15 minutes drive to the central attractions. Service is not the best. Check-in strictly at 2pm. Arrived close to 1pm but was told cannot check-in and need to wait until 2pm. Came back at 1.40pm still told the same statement to wait until 2pm. The upside is the hotel is directly connected to AEON mall. Don't expect much from the AEON. There are around 6-7 eateries only. You can buy some fresh stuff if you like. There is post office in the AEON mall which you can mail you things back. Parking in the hotel is not free. Chargeable at ¥1,650 per day with multiple entry allow. Breakfast option is not great. You can get better food outside for the pricing unless it is included in the room package.

The hotel is located a 20-minute walk from the bus stop. Although it’s a hostel, the room is spacious and includes a safe and a refrigerator. The bedding is clean. There’s no shower in the room, as this is an onsen-style hotel. There’s no kettle in the room either — a shared one is available on the first floor in a small kitchen equipped with a stove and a microwave. The only downside is the absence of a water cooler or filter for drinking water. You have to buy bottled water from a vending machine and pour it into the shared kettle. The view from the window is stunning. The air conditioner is AI-powered — it even talks 😁

From Noboribetsu train station, take a bus bound for Ashiyu Iriguchi & take off at the last stop which is in front of the hotel. Bus only accept cash or physical credit card (no IC card). Around 15 mins walk to Jigokudani & centre area. Have free shuttle to Bear Park. Breakfast & dinner is buffet style with lots of choices. The Japanese Western room is spacious, has 2 beds and tatami area. Onsen on the 7/F (outdoor & indoor) and 8/F (indoor only). Overall experience GOOD.

飯店房間很大，是傳統日式房型，一進門床鋪就已經鋪好，窗戶望出去就是寬廣的海景。樓下有大眾池可泡湯，設施蠻大的，整體雖然有點年代感，但是非常的乾淨。可加購早餐，是傳統道地日式早餐，很豐盛也很好吃。

Hotel is old but charming. Tatami style room is small tidy but not very clean (found 1 bed bug crawling around the comforter😱. Onsen is fine but looks aged. But hotel welcome drink when check in is unlimited beer and numerous types of sake is excellent. Hotel staff also very helpful and friendly

酒店就在幣舞橋南端，出來看風景很方便。大堂的環境也很不錯，還有免費的飲料供房客品嚐。客房值得稱道是衞生間，不是那種整體浴室，有單獨的淋浴房，沐浴用品也不差。比較遺憾的是我們住的5樓，拉開窗簾就是裙樓的屋頂，還擺放着不少空調外機。另外入住的那天晩上有點冷，打開空調的暖風，就聞到一股異味。應該是空調管道需要清洗了。

A hotel is located not very far from the ferry and location itself is very quiet, if you would like to travel to other island this is very convenient for you. However Surfeel does not have any convenient shop for you to walk by (if you don’t have a car). The internet is quite slow and sometimes would disconnect itself, other than that it’s a very lovely hotel with great breakfast.
