"The reception and car park arrangement was quite confusing as the hotel is inside an office tower, with the reception located on the 5th floor and parking accessible through another building. The night shift staff were very helpful, but the morning shift staff were less accommodating and asked us to walk a long way to the car park and go down the ramp ourselves with our big luggage. Not very convenient for guests with cars, kids, or elderly family members. Nevertheless, the room was cozy and comfortable."

"I genuinely do not understand how this hotel can charge premium prices while operating at such an embarrassingly low standard. We stayed here for 9 nights and paid nearly $5,000 USD, and honestly this was one of the dirtiest and most poorly managed hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of hygiene is absolutely disgusting. The hallways are dirty, the rooms are dirty, the windows are filthy, the floors constantly feel dusty, and housekeeping clearly has no idea what they are doing. The bathroom was the perfect example of this disaster. On day one there was a toothpick lying on the bathroom floor. I left it there intentionally just to see if anyone would properly clean the bathroom. After 9 days, the same toothpick was still there 😄 Nine days. Same place. Same toothpick. That alone tells you everything about the “cleaning” in this hotel. Dust everywhere, TVs that look like they have not been wiped in years, dirty windows, terrible housekeeping standards — the entire hotel feels neglected and badly managed. And somehow after paying thousands of dollars for a room, guests are expected to BUY a charging adapter from reception for $25. Seriously? A hotel charging these prices cannot even provide basic essentials for guests? There are tea bags in the room, but no teaspoons. That perfectly summarizes the level of logic and management in this place. Now let’s talk about the so-called “restaurant.” Honestly, calling it a restaurant is an insult to actual restaurants. It is a cafeteria at best. The breakfast never changed once in 9 days. The exact same stale pastries every morning. I genuinely did not know it was possible to find bread this old every single day 😄 The quality of ingredients is horrible. For a hotel supposedly targeting international guests and people with above-average income, the food quality is honestly shocking. And the most disgusting part — the chocolate fountain. I will attach photos because there is visible mold inside the machine. Mold. In a hotel full of families and children. Who exactly is responsible if someone gets food poisoning from this? The only positive things in the entire hotel are the pool and the gym. Those areas are actually nice and seem to be maintained by people who care. Everything else feels like a hotel completely abandoned by management. Even the elevators are a disaster. Guests constantly stand there confused because the key card system barely works properly and nobody understands how the elevators are supposed to function. At this point even the staff look mentally exhausted from dealing with endless complaints all day long. This hotel has potential, but it is being destroyed by terrible management, unacceptable hygiene standards, and complete lack of professionalism. If ownership actually cares about the future of this business, they seriously need to replace management before the reputation of this hotel is ruined completely."

"What I love about the Capsule Hotel is that the location and also very near the mall. Although, it is important to let guests know that theres no elevator going to the 3rd Level or the 4th floor. So if you have a heavy luggage it is important to take note of this. I love how comfy the beds are and also how clean the beddings and towels are big enough for large people to fit in. There are shampoo, conditioners and body wash available. I had a good/better sleep here. There freezers that I too advantage of. Something to consider, I hope the hostel will provide stickers/papers to write on for the food labels. The pens are working but the markers are dried up. There a bit of a mess in terms of the kitchen and the utensils are a bit disorganized. You cant cook but theres microwave, kettle and toaster."
