Great arrival experience and have attending service throughout hotel during entire stay. some of their room with balcony - definiately it's a plus during business travel. hotel room has sufficient lighting in both room and bathroom, definiately helps a lot for female traveller!! Breakfast experience is also great, good food and staff. highly recommend for this hotel."

"The location is in the city center, there are 2 Japanese restaurants that operate until 10 PM on the left side of the hotel main door , and there is a convenience store on the right side of the door that operates until 2 AM, which feels like a 24-hour store. There is a Starbucks across from the convenience store on the right. Very convenient. The hotel's cocktails are also very good to drink, being lazy to go out, order a drink downstairs and read a book is very good. The hotel breakfast is a very traditional Australian breakfast, bacon, hash browns, eggs, milk, fruit. It has everything you need, and it's amazing that there are special dishes from the chef every day. The first day was fried rice, and the second morning was bread with a soft-boiled egg and cheese sauce on top, which was delicious A 5-minute walk away to Barangaroo Where I see is that there are many restaurants with different flavors, this time I tried Thai food, it is really authentic, business dinner here is a good choice. This is also a ferry station, but I don't know where it goes."

"A bit of a hit and miss. Some things were brilliant (great barista made coffee at breakfast! Eco friendly with even their teabags!) and some things were not so brilliant (massive queues to check in and check out as only 2 desks! Only found out on the last day of our 6 day stay that there was a breakfast menu you can order from and not only eat from the buffet but staff never offered it! Random maintenance men entering our room at 9am even thought we pre-agreed the time was to be 12 noon! No heating in first room leading to a change in rooms but without a bathtub and without apologies! Had to wait til 1am for a small portable fan heater to be delivered and heat the room! Credit offered for no heating not actually being applied to the final invoice! Room service ordering app doesn’t work! Etc etc). After my complaints were raised Emma did her best to try to help."

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney
"The room is spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 big luggages. The view outside is tower clock. Beds are big enough for 2 adults to sleep together or 1 adult + 1 child. What I don’t like is how they clean up the room. With the carpet floor, I found the room is quite dusty when we arrive and most of the nights so we have to ask for additional cleaning to make it better. Some used utensils and coffee cups were left on the table after housekeeping. I would expect better cleaning quality for 5-star hotel. Breakfast is so-so, not so many choices especially protein. Can’t find any protein in the breakfast, except eggs."

"Location is good. We have group of 7 people, stay 5 nights, they only provide one time cleaning on day 4, on this house keeping they forgot to clean up master bed room and toilet, they explained because of some personal stuffs in master bed so they didn’t clean it but not sure why they don’t clean the toilet. Besides, they forgot to refill some towels, box tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, body washes and tea bag which supposed should refill automatically during house keeping. But hotel will send anything that missing when we call."

"The first time I stayed at Fraser Suites Sydney was last year May 2025 - and it was excellent. Location is well in the centre of everything. Staff were so nice and polite and friendly, always making sure my stay was okay. And so I came back! And yes, this year wasn't different - I still experienced and felt the same friendliness and best service from every staff I met. Fraser Suites will always be in my list of fave hotels when visiting Sydney. Thank you!"

"The best hotel!!! We traveling as a family with children, and we need to reheat our kids and they’re lend us the microwave during our stay!!! We got breakfast with QVB on background, which nice. Also the hotel located in front of LRT QVB so it convenient when you have to travel to Circular Quay, or somewhere. Also nearby there’s supermarket too which we loved it! We buy groceries (especially beverages) there 😊 Although the room bit compact, it was so clean and feels new. Thank you! 😊"

We were able to easily walk to Barangaroo, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, and WILD LIFE Zoo, which made our trip very relaxed and enjoyable. The room is on the smaller side but comfortable, clean, and felt very safe and secure for our family. It’s also close to shopping areas and nearby parks, which our kids really enjoyed. Our only small concern is that the breakfast selection was almost the same each day, but the food quality was good overall."
