"Clean enough and conveniently located! We stayed for two nights in a spacious room overlooking the street. The bed was large and comfortable. Personally, I wished I had brought some simple slippers. I missed the check-in time, but was able to get into the room after greeting someone via the intercom at the entrance. The room number and electronic key code were sent in advance, which was reassuring. The showers are communal and located on each floor. As others have mentioned, the drain on the 3rd floor was a bit slow. Since the shower and sink are behind the same locked door, I wondered if you'd have to go to another floor for the toilet if someone was using the shower. Also, the fire alarm is apparently sensitive, so you need to use the hairdryer in the shower room. For breakfast, bread and other items are available on the second floor. There are also several cafes within walking distance that open early, so you might consider eating there instead. Especially if you have an early morning flight, a cafe open from around 6 AM would be convenient (the hotel's breakfast starts at 8 AM). The reception staff were also very kind. Thank you! I'd love to stay again and explore the area!"

"I want to specially thank the two lovely ladies in my photo, Caroline and Linh. Whenever I encountered a problem and brought it to their attention, they were both incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in resolving it. A special shout-out goes to Linh, the manager on duty that day. In my eyes, she's an angel with a beautiful heart. When I told her about the issue I was facing, she promptly and exceptionally resolved it. I feel very fortunate to have met her on my last day staying at the Shangri-La. I had booked a total of three nights, and the first two nights were not pleasant. When I reported issues to the manager on duty at the time (a Korean lady, whose name I've forgotten and don't wish to remember, she was incredibly arrogant and unreasonable, I truly don't understand how she holds a managerial position), I received no respect whatsoever. Instead, she used her position to intimidate me. When she said she couldn't resolve it, I asked if I could speak to her manager. She arrogantly said she *was* the manager, implying that speaking to anyone else wouldn't help and she wouldn't change my room. I told her fine, and the next morning I went to the front desk to find another manager to request a refund for the third night's room charge, as the current room was not what I wanted. Originally, encountering this problem left me with some regret, but thanks to Manager Linh's thoughtful and efficient help in resolving it properly, she not only dispelled my troubles but also transformed this experience from regrettable into a perfectly wonderful memory! Her professional and warm service made me feel so comforted and cared for. Thank you for your dedication, I will definitely come again next time~💛"

"Excellent location for the perfect view of the beach. Plus sunrise. Clean room with clean beds. Toilets is usually a challenge for many guests including me. Their toilet is clean with minimal amenities. Water pressure is great. Balcony is wonderful. Room door to balcony is not very secure and tight thus the wind will sips through and do not feel scared during the night if you hear “sounds”… Only 1 lift to all levels. No breakfast available, many restaurants around at a few mins walk offers. Mac is only 1 min away. Security: after 8/10pm, the main door will be locked and need key card to tap. This is very good! There is a casino which has jackpots machines at main level. Can contribute to their economy. I did. Dinner at the hotel is decent with good pricing. Worth trying. Overall, this is a hotel I will recommend. Go for it!"

The accommodation was spacious with a kitchen, a living room, a dining table, a washing machine, and a dryer. It was clean.
