"Our stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences."

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach.

Fuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

I cannot even begin to describe how happy this hotel made me — staying in banyan tree hangzhou was the highlight of our trip and I am SO relieved I didn’t let reviews complaining about the “cost effectiveness” or other trivial details like “no Dyson hairdryer” (i think there actually was) or “sliding door could not close properly” (it could), or “no smart toilet bowl” sway me from booking this hotel. It is incredible! My mom and I loved our stay here so much! Every square inch of the hotel was gorgeous. There’s few things in life more pleasurable than sitting in a beautiful jiangnan villa, watching the rain drizzle while eating fruits. We received complimentary longjing tea, fruits and desserts during our stay. The bed was also very comfortable — and absolutely enormous (see picture for reference). Location - Nestled in beautiful Xixi wetlands, the hotel’s location is perfect for people looking to unwind. It’s great for visiting Xixi wetlands — Gao Zhuang and the surrounding tourist villages are stunning — but also a pretty good to go to the West Lake from. Xixi wetlands is not too far from the west lake, and it has the added benefit of allowing you to avoid the atrocious traffic that plague the West lake scenic area. The breakfast was spectacular — a genuine high-quality spread that was fresh and delicious. My mom and I are picky eaters but enjoyed everything there. The service was also impeccable. The reception and the buggy drivers were helpful and kind. Special thanks to 36设施 Mia Cui and Angel Song for making our stay so enjoyable ❤️ The service at breakfast was also great. Thanks to one of the uncles working at banyan tree (whom I shall not namej), I avoided scams and managed to buy authentic xihu longjing tea from the longjing village village committee 龙井村村委 — priceless advice. I’ve only ever received false recommendations from hotel staff (in other hotels) and from taxi drivers, and this is the first time I actually got solid honest advice on where to get authentic tea (which I verified with the government site on a QR code), so it definitely made my impression of staff quality at banyan tree even better. We enjoyed the complimentary banyan tree incense and essential oils — and bought some home from the gift shop. Room for improvement - the quality of the food on the boat ride we opted for could be improved. The boatman was really friendly but the ride in a small swamp was underwhelming, and it was unfortunate that the food could not save it or distract us from the underwhelming view. It is advisable to bring your own food and go to the inner reservoirs at the west lake (乌龟潭 route) to enjoy a more scenic 2 hour 摇橹船 boat ride there. We considered this a perfect stay regardless. The historical structure, with its classic Jiangnan water town architecture, has been converted with the utmost respect and sophistication. Splendid Clubhouse, Wuzhen We were not sure about the Splendid Clubhouse when booking as there were not many reviews about the hotel and the name was not that inspiring, but we took a chance and were really glad we did! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a super friendly and sweet hostess who took care of all our luggage, was incredibly attentive to my elderly mother and assisted us to transfer into the hotel by a private boat. The hotel is located right in the heart of Wuzhen, a water town of canals. The exterior of the hotel is unassuming as it’s designed to blend into the other buildings in Wuzhen, but once you get in you are greeted with an amazing hotel with a mix of modern and old architecture. The check in service was excellent. We were served a beautifully fragrant tea and hot face towels and the staff were all very friendly and attentive to our needs. Our rooms were beautiful with all the modern ammenities. There was a complimentary fresh fruit basket and lots of bottled water. The beds were very comfortable and many rooms had fabulous views of Wuzhen. Our daughter also has special dietary needs as she is allergic to wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts and sesame and we were concerned that the restaurant would not be able to cater for her needs however we needn’t have worried as the Splendid Restaurant catered for her needs perfectly! The restaurant manager went above and beyond to listen to our needs and concerns about dietary allergies and cross contamination. We brought some of our own sauces (gluten free and allergen free soy sauce and oyster sauce) and they adjusted dishes to accommodate our needs and even prepared a special dish just for our daughter. No request we made was too much to handle for the staff or the chefs. The meal we had was fantastic, one of the best we had whilst in China. The chef’s skills were superb; the roasted duck was amazing and I highly recommend it along with pretty much all the dishes on the menu. Breakfast is a fantastic selection of al carte choices which showcased local cuisines as well as the usual western choices and a small but ample buffet section. Again they went out of their way to cater to our daughter. We are all so grateful to the excellent chefs and restaurant staff. I highly recommend Splendid Clubhouse. I cannot write enough positive review about them. It is an amazingly beautiful hotel blending the old with the new flawlessly, with fantastic service and was able to meet our special dietary requirements.

Our stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences.

我是很少寫點評的，但是這家酒店真的讓我太難忘，從進入酒店那一刻，就被美，安靜，舒服包圍，內心剎那平靜，一切都是那麼和諧。我住了三天，沒有出過酒店的大門，做了Spa,上了神奇的療愈課，做SPA的春春手法極好，加上儀器一起，真的很棒，很放鬆；療愈課一個小時，我感覺就二十分鐘，其中大概頌缽聲中睡著了，酒店的素食凈化我們的身體，一個人安靜的欣賞每個角落，或者在露台上泡杯茶看看湖面釣魚的人兒，一切都那麼平靜，太棒了，打算一月來住一次了。對了，感謝酒店的每一位工作人員，老公當中要坐高鐵，酒店竟然免費接送，司機熱情周到，太感謝了

It's a hotel for all kinds of people: couples, businesspeople, families, etc. The hotel is amazing. The staff was very polite but for a 5 Diamonds hotel,no one speaks English. However, everything was clean. The hot springs open from 14:00 to 22:00. Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. Dinner closes at 20:00 which is a little early for foreigners. But it is a big buffet so there will be always something delicious to eat.

Our stay at 盛庭行馆 was truly the highlight of our trip to Wuzhen. From the moment we checked in until after we left, our butler 露佳provided impeccable service and constant care. She checked in with us regularly, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. During our visit, I celebrated my birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special — with a beautifully decorated room and a lovely cake. 露佳also gave excellent recommendations for local food and attractions, and made restaurant reservations for us effortlessly through messages. The room was elegant and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere felt both refined and welcoming. Although we visited during the Theater Festival and the town was quite crowded, the serenity and hospitality of 盛庭行馆 made it a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle. I would absolutely choose to stay here again, perhaps at a quieter time, to enjoy even more of its charm.
