Super convenient location. Cleanliness is acceptable. ”Room” is comfortable and more spacious than I expected, with essentials like light, small fan, power point are provided. Shower area can be pretty crowded and hardly any space to move around when people are also doing their face and drying hair. The only thing I am not happy about is the limited space at the locker area. Granted the locker space is very small, there is no table nor shelves for people to reorganize or access their things. I was literally temp holding stuff in between my legs while trying to look for things inside the small locker. Some people also open their suitcase on the floor limiting others from accessing their lockers. While location is extremely convenient, I am not 100% sure if I want to stay here again.

We stayed in a triple room with three beds, which was quite spacious by Japanese standards. The hotel is within walking distance from Sakae Station, and we walked several times to Osu, which is about two train stops away. The walk itself was enjoyable, with plenty of shopping options and eateries along the way. However, the downside is that the hotel feels very outdated. The beds are very hard, and the windows are quite small. The room is carpeted and feels slightly musty, although an air purifier is provided. The bathroom is especially old-looking — the toilet has a yellowish tone and the bidet system is outdated. That said, from what I observed, many hotels in Nagoya seem to have smaller windows and older designs. Front desk service is basic, with quick and efficient check-in and check-out, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, Nagoya is a great city to visit, but next time I would look forward to staying at a higher-quality hotel. With newer options like the upcoming Conrad near Sakae Station, the accommodation experience in Nagoya will hopefully improve significantly.

The best part of the hotel is the free public bath with hot pool. During the autumn nights, the public bath and hot pool have provided much relief to our tired bodies. Breakfast service was excellent too. The staffs were hardworking in keeping the plates and utensils refilled by cleaning them once they were collected. The buffet food was replaced before they were emptied. The front desk staffs were very friendly and courteous. There is onsite parking in the form of vertical mechanical carpark. It is payable but the rate is very reasonable & low considering Japanese standard - 500 YEN per 24 hrs.

Perfect location, just a few meters away from Nagoya Station JR and last bus stops/unloading (tours and outside Nagoya trips). Food stores are also available surrounding the hotel and BiC Camera is also located across the street. Entrance to the Underground shopping center can also be found near the hotel entrance. The room is relatively clean and the staff are courteous. Only stayed for one night but I will definitely book the hotel again if I return to Nagoya.

Rating: 2/5 stars This hotel's biggest advantage is undoubtedly its prime location – it's just a short walk from Kanayama Station, making travel around the area extremely convenient. However, there are significant areas that need improvement. The room cleanliness was disappointing, with noticeable amounts of hair left on the toilet walls, which suggests inadequate cleaning protocols. Additionally, communication with staff proved to be quite difficult, creating frustration when trying to address concerns or ask for assistance.

Oteli bulmak kolay. Metroya çok uzak değil. Nagoya İstasyonu'ndan geliyorsanız, Sakuradori metro hattına binmek için tabelaları takip edin ve Marunouchi İstasyonu'nda inin. Büyük bir valiziniz varsa, 3 numaralı çıkışı kullanın. Asansör var. Yürüyerek yaklaşık 700 metre daha uzak. Bavulunuz yoksa, 5 numaralı çıkışı kullanın. Daha kısa bir merdiven, 350 metre. Oda fiyatı çok iyi. Çok beğendim. Tek sorun, sadece bir yastık olması.

出張で利用しました。寝るだけでしたので、特に気になる所はありませんでした。騒音もなく寝れましたので良かったです。

It was a comfy 2 nights stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, quite central and just few mins with underground mall that connects to Sakae station. Room was comfy, breakfast was ok, free one cup of alcohol at night, onsen was basic, crowded when I went but still a good experience!

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center, very close to the subway entrance. The room is well-equipped, and new amenities (including pajamas) are provided daily. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and responsible, assisting me in resolving some travel-related issues — my sincere thanks to them !

Nice convenient location. Pretty outdated hotel but was still comfortable. The beds are a bit hard.
