Friendly staff. Location is a little further away from the busy areas, but that's what makes it quiet. There are actually shuttle buses from the nearest train station and to Disneyland. The area feels cooler than the inner areas of Toyko in summer.

Not a bad hotel to stay near Narita airport. Good service but understanding skills may be confusing. As usual, rare to see Japanese services not up to par. They are trained to have good patience and manners. Be that as it may, sometimes they will also respond to you in flash even though they might not understand what you say. Therefore confusion might happened. Amenities Toothbrush, face wash, green tea, coffee, comb etc provided. What Not Provided - mouthwash, shower cap Free breakfast during stay and free shuttle bus to and from Narita airport (timetable).

Definitely cant find another hotel that is less than sgd 100 and so conveniently located right next to station (linked). Spacious, comfy, clean and convenient. Enough said.

HABITAのお部屋はとても綺麗で、周辺の施設も充実していて、のんびりできました。 チェックインしてから、目の前にある温泉施設でゆっくりお風呂に浸かり、ご飯を食べて、夜はお部屋にあるプロジェクターで映画を楽しみました。 向かい合わせにならないお部屋だったので、周りも気にならず、外にあるハンモックでゆらゆら。 初めてホテルを楽しむ旅行になったと思います。 観光地は特に周りにはないので、宿泊施設を楽しむとなったら、もう少し早い時間にチェックインできると嬉しいなと思います。

I highly recommend this hotel, particularly for families. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is ideal, with multiple kids friendly shopping malls and supermarkets nearby and the JR station just a one-minute walk away. The staff’s professional and attentive service was truly impressive.

What a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily. Massages start from around 2000¥ Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point. Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles. If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic. The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo. Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available. Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point. Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time. suggestions: (1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues. (2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Check-in is done using a machine, which can be a bit challenging at first. You need to show your passport, and the guest name must match the booking. Once you get through that, the process is actually very quick. The hotel provides complete amenities. Everything is available, so you don’t really need to bring your own skincare or toiletries. Pajamas are also provided, which is very convenient. The room size is good for two people. Not small, not cramped. Everything feels compact and well organized. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the hair dryer works well. There is a washing machine on the 7th floor, which is very helpful, especially if you’re staying longer or traveling with family. The location is very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids, this place is very family friendly and easy to move around without feeling tired. JR and subway access are right there, you just go down to the first floor. The only downside is the cost to Tokyo Station, where a round trip for adults can be around ¥423–569 on JR. There are plenty of food options nearby, from restaurants to Daiso, Donki, malls, and even AEON. Mitsui Outlet Park is also easy to reach, about 20 minutes by JR with a fare of only ¥230. View from room beautiful. You can see sunrise and also sunset. We stayed at 10th floor on the right side. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel and would happily stay here again.i

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was comfortable and spacious enough to open two suitcases easily. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. Highly recommended if you have a morning flight.

Naritasan, Shinsoji Tapınağı ve Omotedsando Caddesi'ne yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Odalar Tokyo'dakilerden daha büyüktür.  Narita havaalanından uçuşunuzdan 1 veya 2 gece önce burada kalmanızı veya Keisei hattıyla Tokyo'nun merkezine gitmeden önce dinlenmenizi öneririz.
