The most affordable last minute stay we could find in Hiroshima and we were not disappointed. Easy to reach by bus 24 from Hiroshima station and easy to find. The staff speaks very good English and was very kind. Our room on the 7th floor was spotless and had all the amenities we needed: big towels, many toiletries. What we loved was the quietness as we could sleep really well and the morning view on the river. We could also leave our luggages for a few hours after the check-out. We wish we could have stayed more nights. Strongly recommended.

Love everything about this hotel. Excellent location with a convenient store nearby. Even though it says they don't provide breakfast, they offer free, filling, and delicious bakery items and coffee 😀

I was vey satisfied with my stay. The location was great, really close to the train station, the employees were nice and the room was clean and in good condition. I should warn that the space was very limited and yes, it was hard for the two of us to move around and pack our suitcases, but all in all I find this to be a really cost-effective option.

The location is excellent very near to peace center. I had to change my dates for some personal reason, but the hotel management denied. Usually I found hotels allow change in reservation date. But with this hotel it is very strange. I am not satisfied with this service. Otherwise breakfast and other services are so so compared a nearby hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful design, comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom, great amenities, and it was cleaned daily. Honestly, it felt luxurious. An interesting difference at this hotel was that the reception desk was on the second floor, which we actually liked because it meant we could simply use the elevator to go in and out without having to see the staff every time. Recommended!

This is our second time staying in Via Inn brand hotel (Nagoya and this time Hiroshima). The hot bath in Hiroshima is a white bubble bath, very comfortable and lovely. Would be better if there is a waiting and resting area at the lift lobby. The breakfast served is in komeda cafe next door, which may not be enough for big breakfast eaters. We slept well in the room, very spacious and quiet. Just a few minutes walk from Hiroshima Jr stations and bus stops. We will definitely choose to stay in Via Inn again nin our next trips.

Güvenlik sıkı, ancak oda kapılarındaki ve büyük hamamın kapısındaki kilitler benzersiz ve açmak için biraz beceri gerekiyor (lol). Misafir odası koridorlarının iç kısmı açık bir alandır ve dışarıdan hava girmesine izin verir, bu nedenle restorana, büyük halka açık hamama veya otomatlara gitmek için odadan her çıktığınızda bir palto giymeniz gerekir. Büyük hamamın duş odası sadece üç kişinin yıkanmasına yetecek büyüklükte olduğundan, eğer doluysa orada çıplak durup beklemeniz gerekiyor. (Önce yıkanmadan banyoya giremezsiniz...) Ama kaplıcalar ve düşük sıcaklıktaki sauna harikaydı. Odada ayrıca bir adet banyo da vardı. Yemekler hiç de ev yapımı gibi hissettirmiyordu ve lezzetli olan tek şey kahveydi, ancak akşam yemeği ve kahvaltının konaklama fiyatına dahil olduğunu düşünürsek güzeldi! Odaya girdikten sonra klimayı kendiniz açmanız gerekiyor, bu yüzden ilk başta biraz soğuktu ama ısındıktan sonra oda ferah ve temizdi, bu yüzden fiyatını da göz önünde bulundurduğunuzda iyi bir odaydı, bu yüzden sonunda değdi!

Perfect for travelers willing to explore onomichi or to start the biking of the Shimanami. It is located right by side of the ferry to start the biking itinerary. The hotel is offering comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a convenient location. There are a on-site amenities, including meeting rooms, biking racks and a restaurant. They offered us room upgrade to a larger room for free. Highly recommended!

With the vibrant downtown area just steps away, you'll find yourself immersed in the city's energy without sacrificing convenience. The cherry on top? A convenience store right on the first floor, making those late-night snack runs or forgotten essentials a breeze. Inside, the property showcases meticulous attention to cleanliness throughout. What particularly impressed me was the thoughtful bathroom layout – separate toilet and bathing areas, a feature that elevates the entire experience and provides that extra touch of comfort that seasoned travelers will appreciate. My night's sleep was nothing short of blissful – comfortable bedding and a peaceful atmosphere ensured I awoke refreshed and ready for the day ahead. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be the amenity distribution system. Currently, essentials like toothbrushes must be collected from a distribution area near the second-floor lobby, rather than being pre-placed in the room. This minor inconvenience is the only thing preventing an absolutely perfect score. Despite this small hiccup, my overall stay was exceptional. For travelers seeking convenience, cleanliness, and comfort in the heart of the city, this hotel delivers on all fronts. I departed well-rested and thoroughly satisfied – and isn't that exactly what we're all looking for?
