The location is great, very close to the square and park. Room is a bit compact but has all the things I need. The breakfast is great, with beautiful view. The only thing I can complain is the quilt, which uses a piece of sheet for pretection and it is very easy to move. I think a proper quilt cover is better.

very convenient location, many cafes and shops nearby. We really liked PARCO. The Hiroshima Peace Museum and Peace Memorial Park are a 20-minute walk away. There is a tram stop opposite the hotel, which allows you to get to any part of the city and Hiroshima station is not very far away. The stay was comfortable, we liked everything.

Very convenient as it is within 5 mins walk to the Hiroshima Station. There is a Lawson right at level 1, the room is small but clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and helpful.

The hotel is so close with the tram (so called streetcar in Hiroshima). So if u’re tired of walking u can take the tram anywhere. But for the cleanliness, it’s clean but i found out hair in the bathtub, that’s fine. Just hope they can be more precise on cleaning the room. Room is comfy, the staffs are so friendly. The breakfast is good. Would like to be back to this city and stay at the hotel.

The location is perfect, just 5 min walk from Hiroshima Station and 1 min walk to local train. It is surrounded by the shops and restaurants. One thing I concerned is the air-conditioning system. The air-conditioning in our rooms (3 rooms) was a heater. I try to change it to air-conditioning mode, but the reception said it is controlled by the hotel. If other guests are using heater mode, we cannot change to cool mode at all. Our only solution is opening the window which is much better because the weather outside was so cool, but we have to be disturbed by the traffic and pedestrians noise as the hotel is located alongside the main road. The restaurant downstairs is excellent with tasty food and reasonable price. You can grab a good breakfast and then go explore the city. Family mart is nearby just across the road. This is the convenient one.

The King Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Pyjamas were very comfortable and I loved the deep-soak bath. Design of bathroom was safe to use and placement of taps were ingenious- catering to young and old. There was plenty of room for my two large luggage. Stayed there for 5 nights and going back again.

Güvenlik sıkı, ancak oda kapılarındaki ve büyük hamamın kapısındaki kilitler benzersiz ve açmak için biraz beceri gerekiyor (lol). Misafir odası koridorlarının iç kısmı açık bir alandır ve dışarıdan hava girmesine izin verir, bu nedenle restorana, büyük halka açık hamama veya otomatlara gitmek için odadan her çıktığınızda bir palto giymeniz gerekir. Büyük hamamın duş odası sadece üç kişinin yıkanmasına yetecek büyüklükte olduğundan, eğer doluysa orada çıplak durup beklemeniz gerekiyor. (Önce yıkanmadan banyoya giremezsiniz...) Ama kaplıcalar ve düşük sıcaklıktaki sauna harikaydı. Odada ayrıca bir adet banyo da vardı. Yemekler hiç de ev yapımı gibi hissettirmiyordu ve lezzetli olan tek şey kahveydi, ancak akşam yemeği ve kahvaltının konaklama fiyatına dahil olduğunu düşünürsek güzeldi! Odaya girdikten sonra klimayı kendiniz açmanız gerekiyor, bu yüzden ilk başta biraz soğuktu ama ısındıktan sonra oda ferah ve temizdi, bu yüzden fiyatını da göz önünde bulundurduğunuzda iyi bir odaydı, bu yüzden sonunda değdi!

Perfect for travelers willing to explore onomichi or to start the biking of the Shimanami. It is located right by side of the ferry to start the biking itinerary. The hotel is offering comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a convenient location. There are a on-site amenities, including meeting rooms, biking racks and a restaurant. They offered us room upgrade to a larger room for free. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean but the set up was very awkward with a sink in the bedroom and the shower and toilet separate. It was quite a long walk from Hiroshima station. Closest transport was a tram which isn't covered by JR pass so I ended up paying extra to get to and from the station. You had to collect your own toiletries from reception. Was ok for a night stay but wouldn't stay longer than that as no space to even store a suitcase and had to leave it by the door.
