This is the perfect hotel for non-casino travelers like me. It’s as close as it can be to the historical center, very clean, spacious and most importantly cozy room (other hotels had cold tiles instead of nice carpet). I want to say that the receptionist at night (Unfortunately I didn’t write his name down) was extremely helpful and KIND. He not only answered my questions, but even told me about history of the city, gave me advice how to experience food and drinks on a budget, even encouraged me in my dreams to study at HKU. I was sorry he wasn’t at the reception when I came back from my night walk anymore. If his boss is reading this, give this man a raise, he is doing great job. When I come to Macao again, I will, without doubt, choose this nice boutique hotel and I will recommend it to all my friends. The pic is a screenshot from video, so it looks shaky. Room was very cozy.

It is a new and clean hotel. It is around 10min walking distance from Ruins of St Paul. Great location to visit main tourist attractions. The rooms is spacy and amenities are clean. The reception is welcoming and they soeak good English. There is no heating but you can get an electric heater fan from the reception. My room had windows that don’t open.

Clean room and nice staff. The check-in procedure was easy and they provide free water for all guests, which is nice. The hotel is in a pretty good area, close to tourist spots, but also on a quiet street. So I was able to sleep very good. Toilet is clean, doesn’t smell, and the water has pressure and is very hot. This hotel also provide power adaptor for EU and others.

This trip to Macau gave me a whole new impression of the city. The colorful Portuguese-style architecture and the slow rhythm of the old town made me naturally slow down as I walked. At night, the streetlights, the glowing Eiffel Tower at The Parisian, and the forever-blue “sky” inside The Venetian added a dreamy touch to the experience. The food was full of surprises too—from warm Portuguese egg tarts to fragrant pork chop buns, every bite felt like leaving a little mark on this journey. It was a short trip, but filled with relaxation, healing moments, and the unique charm of Macau. I can’t wait to come back and discover more stories from this city.

The room was quite small, but you get what you pay for. The “hotel” is in an old building, you’ll have to walk up 2 floors to reach there, so beware if you have heavy luggage. The check-in lady (Local Cantonese speaking aunty) was nice enough to rush-clean a room for me so I can early check in and even helped me fix the air conditioner remote even when she was having her lunch. The Putonghua speaking staff was so so. The area is filled with restaurants and supermarkets, and also a bus stop is just a 2 minute walk away.

The room was really spacious and good for a family. The view was good, the rooms are clean. The location is really good and very easy to get taxis and transportation. The only downside is it only has 1 bathroom but everything else has been exceptional.

It is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to Casino’s it is at the back of Lisboa Casino Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

Hotel is in a perfect location, with less than a 10 minute walk from the ruins of St Paul’s and Sandero square. Staff friendly when needed and the room was perfect size as advertised!

We had a good stay. It was extremely difficult to find the location, name of hotel is not in English so it didn’t exist Apple Maps. Name of hotel at the entrance is also in Chinese and little print in English. It was not convenient for us. Few things need to be improved.

Simple but very enjoyable and pleasant. I loved the hot shower. The room was quite spacious for the price. It had a wardrobe, a table, and comfortable chairs. However, the mattress was quite hard.
