It’s a TINY room, it’s fine for 1-3 nights. There’s A/C In the room, the bed is soft and it’s clean just the actual size of the room is incredibly small. It’s self check in via WhatsApp we chat or line. Bathroom is mediocre. Location is really good, overall don’t expect much and you’ll be right

I stayed at 85 Cape Inn in Kaohsiung for two nights and had an amazing experience. The staff offered warm and friendly service, and I was pleasantly upgraded upon arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Its location is excellent, close to major attractions ( Dream mall, Night Market, Dome, Cijin Island,Dragon Tiger Temple)and convenient transport options (Green or Red MRT, Ferry Terminal).

第一次入住，簡單乾淨的住宿環境，便利的交通，附近有台中第二市場，超多美食，還有台中媽萬春宮在旁邊保佑，一樓大廳有研磨咖啡機可享用（可用房間內的杯子），樓層有飲水機，唯隔音效果不佳，半夜車聲、水聲不斷😆 平日住宿很優惠（不到千元），週五、六翻倍，我兩週前透過Trip訂連續兩晚（週五週六），入住當晚再查看房價，竟然發現當日分開單獨來訂這兩天還便宜了800元！！！ 正常連續入住兩晚不是應該更優惠嗎？

We wished we stayed longer. Easy check-in at this really cool Sherlock Holmes SteamPunk themed Hotel. It has a small bar and comfortable lounge area to chill if you don’t want to stay in your room.
Very comfortable beds, very quiet at night, great hi pressure shower, amazing wi-fi, especially good for digital nomads. The hotel is about 1.7 k’s from the train station but easily walkable. It’s surrounded by restaurant’s, and coffee shops. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

入住的是二樓的雙人房，房間寬敞，床也很大很舒適，有窗戶採光好，另外有化妝台方便女孩子化妝。衛生間也打掃的很乾淨，空間也很大。自助式入住，浴巾牙刷紙巾等生活用品可以自行拿取。位置很好，離花蓮火車站走路只需要10分鐘，另外對面就有全聯，早餐店，飯店，十分便利。

Classy and clean hostel close to the train station. It has comfortable mattresses with great pillows to ensure your rest. The lady at the reception is really kind although she can speak English, she ensures to communicate all things needed. The amenities are great, there is great hot water in the shower, and you can store your things before check-in.
The location is perhaps far from the center but the buses help you.
Don't forget to visit the nearby town of Zhiben for the hot springs.

The location is super convenient and accessible. Checkin and checkout were super easy and the room was cheap for a private room - it's considerably larger than it looks on the pictures!
It's clean but not pristine and the mattress is comfty. I would have appreciated a bedframe but for that price and for two nights it was enough.
Can definitely recommend.

But there isn't much nearby for food. Probably best to rent a scooter to explore Taitung anyway to make your stay more convenient. They are plenty of scooter shops near the train station too.

I highly recommended. 1 of the room we book they give me an upgraded room. Upgraded room seem to have been renovated before compare to the family room. Overall are happy.

CCC TeoLocation is marvelous, near to MRT station, the only concert is the washroom locate in different floor where I stay, so is kind of troublesome if wanted go to toilet at night

Unfortunately, my room is the first one on the left from the lobby. With the poor sound insulation, it was absolutely necessary to have earplugs to block out the noises coming from the corridor. The room is generally alright and quite spacious, but the decor is quite old, and it might feel a bit dark and dirty. There are windows but they looked to be sealed so everything feels enclosed too. The toilet is also poorly designed with water going everywhere during shower.
The common area is big with everything you expect from a hostel. Nice space to have chats with people or just take a rest. But again I feel that because of the decor, it might seem a bit old and dirty.
The location is relatively convenient, you have to walk a little to the stations.
