田舎町なのに、都会のホテル並みの施設です。
大浴場も清潔で時間を問わずに利用でき。ルームサービスもあり、悪天候時も館内で食事が可能で、各VODに対応したテレビも便利です。
朝食も安価ながら品数も多く満足出来る内容でした。
無料のドリンクサービスもコーヒーから、フレーバー水まであり、一階のキオスクブースの自動販売機では、アルコール類、各種飲料。スナック菓子、インスタントラーメンも販売していて良かったです。

This hotel is located at a quiet location. The breakfast is traditional Japanese style. The room is clean. But the laundry machine and the drying machine located at lobby hall is a bit dirty. There is some weird fur and thread stick to my clothes after I dried them.
Still, everything is fair for just one night staying.

電子レンジの調子が悪くなってしまい、報告したら丸ごと交換という迅速ですごい解決をしてくださったり、自分の不手際で予約を誤った時や、長期滞在でちょうど予約が取れなかった穴があるのを、Trip.comの予約よりなるべく安くなるように、穴を埋めるようにしてくださってとても助かりました。ありがとうございます。

場所は少し分かりづらく荷物を持って坂や階段を上がるのは少し大変でしたが、途中お店や素敵な雰囲気を楽しめながら歩けました！お風呂がないですが近くに温泉があります。トイレが共有なのは少し嫌でしたが、朝食とても美味しかったので文句なしです！

Mmaymaymay33A fine hostel. No lift, so you'll have to haul your luggage up at least 4 flights of stairs. Towels are available only for rental. I didn't see much of the staff. The space was very clean, I stayed for two nights and there were only a couple other people. A little expensive for what it is, though I think prices in late December tend to be higher

MMisafir KullanıcıI stayed here for one night with my husband and our 9-year-old daughter, and we loved our visit. The hotel was accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early. Our room was very clean, the staff were attentive, and we could tell they wanted us to have a nice stay. The location was perfect - set back on a quiet street but right in the middle of all the onsens and shopping. We opted for the crab dinner, and it was an absolute feast. We ate for hours and still couldn't finish everything. They asked if we wanted to keep it for breakfast (which, of course, we did), so they served it in the morning along with the breakfast they planned. It was wonderful. They have a small onsen in the building, which was nice because the three of us could enjoy one bath together before going to the gender-separated onsens in town. I highly recommend staying here for a lovely and authentic Japanese experience.

でも、お部屋も清潔でしたし、当日でも、泊まれたので、良かったかなーと思います。
大阪にライブ見に行く為に宿泊したので、お食事付きでしたが、食事はしなかったのでちょっとわからないですが、、ただ、お部屋にお茶でも飲めるポットがあれば良かったですね。

YYPLMaya GH was awesome. I booked a female bedbunk & individual bunk was spacious and even a side to lay out all my amenties. The room even has a wooden table for common usage. The staircase was a little steep and tiny hence luggage will be helped to carry up or down checking in/out. Destinated Female restroom and shower was awesome. Second though, it is just beside railway hence ear plug was provided. The staff was all so friendly and cheerful greeting you in/out of GH. Oh, i save a small amount of the cablecar+ropeway trip as the GH has alias with Mt Maya. Had my NY celebration with them knocking the bell at shrine & early sunrise watching with the NY food prepared by them. Awesome stay with lovely neighbourhood.

KK LouThere is no breakfast nor dinner provided by this onsen hotel, and restaurants close a bit early. If you’re looking for an onsen meal, you maybe disappointed if you staying here. Beware if you’re a foodie.
The sound insulation is poor, please keep your voice down. Since the first night I arrived was windy and rainy, and the curtain for blocking the sun is made of bamboo, it kept hitting on the window all night long.
There is no elevators and the stairs is very steep, be careful if you bringing many luggages.
Although the servers do not understand English, they are very friendly and willing to help! Overall, I enjoyed a lot while the staying. Thank you!

GGoh Pek JooI give 5star although its 12min walk away from station because its so near shops and castle. Service i also give 5star because they let me leave my luggage before check in time.. but be sure you be there before 10am. Its quite old place. Rooms at second floor. I like it they let me choose the empty space i wanted instead of assigning any bed to me..

OOnlykianthe food is most generous and sumptous, and very high standard. We stayed in couple room with a private onsen tub. This make our stay most memorable as my wife was recovering from a major surgery. When we request the staff to add another layer to the futon mattress, he told us to do it on our own since the futon are in the room. When we told him that my wife is unable to do so due to the surgey, he oblidge to our request but unhappily. Apart from this unpleasant encounter, we decided to return again to this place.

I asked how much the buffet as I was hungry upon checked in and saw they have food behind the counter. When I was going to find a seat outdoor with sea view, I was chased away by her without even given a menu or a chance to sit down. So rude!! I’m not there for free food or free seat!! I’m paying ok. The room at 2nd floor is blocked by the roof of the restaurant, waste my money for this stay.

MMisafir KullanıcıThis ryokan is above my expectation. The included evening meal is delicious and they provided very good service all the time. The breakfast is at an affiliated cafe nearby providing western food and the included items are also better than what I expected. The only negative is that the location is far from the station and there is no car service to drive you, but the other amenities make up for it.
