Perfect for Families - Spacious and Comfortable! We stayed in the residence-type room and it was perfect for our family trip. The room was very big, giving everyone plenty of space, and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Mango Hotel for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay. Used automated check in and out service hence can’t realky review the service.

ホテル内全員の方の接客もとても優しくて、素晴らしかった！朝ごはんも美味しくて、価格以上のサービス内容です。ただ女性用のアメニティが少し足りないかなぁと‥。携帯電話の充電器もフロントで借りないといけなかった‥。その2点以外は大変満足です(^^)

The hotel is situated right in front of the station. Thought it's a old business hotel but front desk person is polite and helpful. The rooms are old and run-down. Needs some cleaning.

寝るだけなので安く抑えたいという人にはピッタリだと思います。玄関が1つあって、そこから複数の部屋があります。1階は8部屋位あったと思います。ダブルの部屋ですが、部屋の中はベッドと机があるだけで、テレビや冷蔵庫はありません。広さはやや狭めですが窮屈ではありません。周りの声は聞こえます。 共同スペースがあるのですが、そこに冷蔵庫はありますが、テレビはありません。 部屋は暗証番号式のロックがかかるので、セキュリティは問題無いと思います。 車で行ったのですが、どこにあるか分からなくて通り過ぎてしまいました。目印はクリーニング屋です。クリーニングの脇にホテルの標識があります。その脇を歩いて行くと玄関があります。

Amazing location with spectacular view of aoshima. 3 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins to aoshima shrine. Bus stop to sun messe and udo shrine is right outside of the hostel. Value for money. Very good customer service. Gave guest a room tour on arrival. Female dormitory available with a separate key to lock the door and guest can use their locker. Feel very safe and secure. All the facilities are very clean and well maintained. The hostel also comes with onsen at 700 yen per admission. This is not related to the hostel but a tips for travelling. Dinner is tricky at Aoshima because almost all restaurants would require reservation. Book early.

Old, but very nice and cozy place. Cool cave onsen. The room was heated for me in advance, so it was warm right away

宮崎駅から徒歩15分の場所にある大きい一軒家です。 夜の23時から朝の7時までは施錠されて出入りができなくなるそうです。 チェックアウトは朝9時でした。 ちょうど他の方がどなたも宿泊されていない日で、ゆったりお手洗やお風呂を使うことができました。 歯ブラシとフェイスタオルとバスタオルが用意されていて、夜休むには充分だと思います。 建物とお部屋の鍵を預かることができれば、より安心だと感じました。

There are limited parking, it could be quite challenging if you check in late. Amenities are very nice and rooms are not too small. There is also free laundry which was nice. Breakfast was also great.

As my review, I'm satisfied with this guesthouse. It's another experience than hotel and home. Claim environment with sounds of birds singing. Sometimes, cheering and celebrating of other peoples stay in that place. According to me, If someone is happy, I'm happy too. Good place to stay.
