The guest house is so nice, it's basically a typical house in Japan, so you can experience living in japanese house. The owner is very friendly and the bathroom is very clean. But you can easily hear a noise from outside.

The room was really small. I was alone so it's ok for me but I can't imagine two people sharing a room, it would have been very tight. The communal bath is very good tho. So much better to shower there instead. The location is also not as near to the station as I would like it. It's an average kind of hotel. Nothing great but also nothing to complain about.

This place was so cute and excellent. Staff didn't speak much English, but we were able to communicate easily enough. Room was Japanese Ryokan style. Tatami mats, low table. It had everything needed, shower and toilet in the room too. There is also an onsen that you can reserve for your private use. I asked for a time later at night and they still had one spot available. If you can't get a time then it is ”public use” after 22:00, which seems to mean that you might need to share if others want to join. Location was very good, right in the middle of the historic part of town and a short walk (＜5 min) to Nara park to see the deer. Hotel was very nice and clean. I was here in late December and the air conditioning heater in the room was very good too.

Hotel with an excellent location next to Nara Park. There is a small kitchen on the floor. The room (dormitory) has a toilet and two showers. There are also showers and toilets on the floor. The bed is normal, but the bed linen is very rough and when someone moves you can hear it a lot.

We really appreciated the stay at the old traditionnal timber house, everything is kept in its style. The lifestyle also is part of the house : everyone is playing the game, being very silent and respectful, sharing a very nice traditionnal kitchen. The house may miss one more shower but it still works. I totally recommand the experience !!

Our challenge was with the language .. fortunately the hotel has staffs that speaks English and/or Mandarin. They became our translators and guided us the way to go about the area especially with the public transport and Mt Shigi. Very friendly and courteous staffs, a true experience of the Japanese culture and tradition. Our gratitude to Shigisan Kanko Hotel staffs 🙏.👍..

翌朝のレンタサイクルが無料とのGoogle口コミを見ましたが、今は24時間で¥500でした。 皆さんおっしゃる通り洗面台が狭過ぎてとても使い辛いです。 大体のアメニティは揃ってますが、スキンケア用品はありません。 タオル類はバスタオル1人1枚のみです。 部屋にコンセントが2口だけなので(見落としてたらすみません…)延長コードなど持参すると便利かと思います。 夜間の緊急連絡先がないのは少し不安でした。 駐車場は近隣に沢山あります。 すぐ横のコインパークは24時間¥600でした。 コンビニ、飲食店も近く立地はとてもいいです。

Заселение после 15:00. Сотрудники очень приветливые, в том числе есть владеющие английском на достаточном уровне, чтобы вы могли понять друг друга без переводчика. Комната просторная, отапливается/охлаждается кондиционером. Также есть котацу, под которым очень комфортно сидеть, чайный набор, в том числе чайник. Юката и хвори очень красивые и удобные. В номере есть также памятка для иностранцев о правильном посещении онсена (обязательно прочитайте, это важно). Всего два онсена - один большой с видом на реку (есть занавески) и один поменьше без окон. Вода умеренно горячая, не обжигающая. В качестве ужина был предоставлен кайсеки с переменой блюд - было очень вкусно и ОЧЕНЬ много (честно, мы не смогли всё съесть, так как обычно едим сильно меньше, за что приносим извинения сотрудникам)

酒店位置在公園旁邊，基本上需要物品都齊備！ 缺點是位置要行一段樓梯，如果行李重比較吃力 。 酒店附近沒有24小時停車場，我自駕遊到到沒有地方泊車，晚上只能泊左巴士站旁不阻礙他人，結果被控告違規泊車，罰款25,000日圓😭😭😭 優點是可以在酒店門口看見梅花鹿及餵鹿
