Mixed feeling about this … it’s a walk from the jr station in the center of the red light district, cheap accommodation, no big deal … but first room the WiFi signal was bad, staff was helpful and changed to another room, again later on the WiFi was not useable, surely the manager knows about it , was planning to stay extra nights but was not possible, next morning manager rely the apologies and room fee was refunded

I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive and kind throughout my visit. The overall atmosphere gave off a wonderfully authentic Japanese vibe, which made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was the delicious traditional Japanese breakfast — beautifully prepared and full of flavor. What impressed me most was how the hotel made me feel so comfortable and welcome, almost like I was staying at a relative’s home in Japan. It’s a place I would wholeheartedly recommend, and I would love to return again in the future.

Nice room, local style. I enjoyed their breakfast which started serving from 6am, fit for me as I finished it and left the hotel before 7am. Good arrangement.

Resepsionis baik dan ramah meskipun tidak terlalu fasih bahasa Inggris. Hotel tua dan hanya bintang 2 jadi jangan berekspektasi banyak. Hanya saja untuk hotel bintang 2 menurut saya sudah cukup baik fasilitasnya. Sekutar 2 km dari stasiun Kurobe

First time to experienced Japanese style ryokan and it's wonderful. I like the place, very near the train station and to my intended tourist spot. I really liked their Japanese style breakfast, It was so good and healthy. The owner both the mother and son can speak english and very accomodating, helpful and very nice. I will come back to this place if given a chance.

為了熒光烏賊觀光船而來的。結果因風浪太大遊船停運了。酒店比想象的好，離車站非常近，不到100米。前台服務熱情，有問必答，向我們通報觀光船訊息，告訴我們哪裡可以吃飯（酒店的晚餐必須預訂，沒有預訂就衹能出去吃了）。早餐是日式套餐，很不錯。

地理位置優越，距離車站不到5分鐘，而且很容易找到。此外，前台、清潔人員和早餐工作人員都非常友好，他們的客戶服務和態度都非常棒，讓您感到安心。飯店的另一個奇妙特色是洗浴區，分為男士區和女士區。它類似於傳統的日本溫泉，提供放鬆身心的絕佳機會，而且包含在房價內。
