The best I think at the center of davao. I always want to book this hotel but they are sold out most of the time. I like it coz they have netflix now. One thing i want them to improve is the sheets… the blankets are too thin for my liking. But overall, its the best!

We arrived early and were allowed to check in at 12 noon instead of 2 pm – very accommodating.
The room, sheets, and towels were clean and smelled fresh.
Bathroom was clean, with a small partition separating the toilet and shower.
Hallways were tidy and well-maintained.
There’s an elevator, which was convenient since our room was on the 3rd floor.
Staff were friendly and courteous – from the receptionist to housekeeping, always greeting us with a smile.
Great location – within walking distance to Gaisano market, People’s Park, and Roxas Night Market.
Close to Sta. Ana Wharf, perfect for island hopping trips.
Recommendations:
It would be nice to have more toiletries provided (like toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers).
A kettle or small water heater in the room would be convenient for guests.
Some soundproofing improvements could help reduce hallway noise for lighter sleepers.

Staff are very approachable and considerate. The elevator doesn't work when you are from the 4th floor. The floor under the beds need sweeping. Would stay again because of its affordability, nearness to Bangkerohan market, San Pedro cathedral, and easy access to a lot of affordable food options and public transportation.

The room is small but clean, with minimal amenities. Location is near SM Davao.. The apartelle has nice interior design.. Its value for money!

The hotel is rather old and not that well maintained, the ceiling of the common area leaks due to no good roof, looks like the upper story was never completed. Wi-fi does not work in the room or on the second floor you have to sit in the hotel lobby. Hotel is generally clean, but under bed, and corners of common areas are covered in dust.
Generally its ok for a few nights at a good price, but hotel is deteriorating rapidly due to lack of maintenance.

The place seems to be residential so the taxi driver had difficulty searching for the hotel since it was situated inside.
The room was not spacious enough as we expected. We have five luggages and we have difficulty in accomodating the space.
The bathroom door doesn't have lock.
The water in the bathroom is very slow especially the shower.
The bed and the bedmaking was presentable.

Booking through TRIP.com made the entire process hassle-free, and I truly felt that every penny spent was worth it.
Upon arrival, I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the property, we also had complimentary bottled 500ml water, and guest kit (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap). The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I loved having access to free Wi-Fi and a TV in my room, which helped me unwind after busy days. The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay.
One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus!
The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Davao, I highly recommend RedDoorz Plus. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. MMisafir KullanıcıAn accommodation that provides basic amenities for business travellers. Got the twin room with queen-sized bed. I booked for a twin room with 2 separate beds since I know that they don’t have cabinets and I’ve got stuff for a week’s stay, I was planning to pit my clothes on the other bed. I was not informed about it unfortunately there are no more available rooms with 2 beds.
My week’s stay is uneventful and peaceful. The bed, pillows and linens were comfy, with hot shower, an earlier model of flat tv, a pair of table and char, and a mirror. I felt safe enough with their keycard-operated locks, a double lock and a safety door lock lever.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, and they talk when you speak to them 😅. Kuya guard is very jolly and helpful. it also has water filter where you may get hot water for morning coffee.
The place is in the center of this business area, with stores such as savemore and 7-11 nearby.
The only thing that disappointed me was the special request which can be made thru Trip.com. Their answers are not definite. It’s always “the hotel will try theor best to provide…” it would be helpful if queries will be given a definite answer to help travelers pack.

JJean NewGreat location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon.
Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.

But let me tell you- we hired a driver to take us there and didn’t read the check in instructions- you CANNOT access this place or find it unless you do. I’ll spare you the details but once there- amazing. Quiet. Views. Can swim safely in the ocean. Rooms are gorgeous. They have starlink internet. You are really staying on top of a fish farm. And they let you catch you own fish for dinner! No entertainment. But you don’t need it. Food is excellent. If you’re a drinker, they have like 4 beers on property so BYOB. Sitting on the chairs and watching the sunset was amazing. Clean. Unique. Worth it. They are new so they are still working out the kinks but I loved it

The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts here are fantastic – don't miss out on the French toast! The place has a chilled-out vibe that's perfect for kicking back after exploring the island. Plus, it's super close to Peñaplata town, making it easy to rent a scooter and go on an adventure.
If you're into art, good food, and friendly faces, La Vida is the spot. It's a simple, welcoming place that's ideal for soaking up the local scene. Definitely worth the stay!

LljhaykimOverall, our stay was okay but there were some issues that need improvement.
We had to request for an extra towel for the floor because it was not provided in the room setup.
Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and taste. However, our booking clearly stated 4 breakfast inclusions, but upon arrival, we were informed that it only covered 2 breakfasts, which was disappointing and felt misleading.
During our stay, there was an earthquake (magnitude 5.5). Surprisingly, no alarm or safety announcement was made by the hotel, which was concerning. Proper safety protocols should be in place during emergencies.
Overall, good breakfast but some service gaps and safety concerns need to be addressed.
