My stay began wonderfully with a free upgrade to a suite room and a lovely interaction with the receptionist. She was very amiable, and gave me a hotel map and guide book for Macau. Although I only stayed at the Londoner Grand for a night, I came back regularly to dine at the restaurants - especially Three Bottles in The Conservatory. Everything I ate while at the Londoner, including the complimentary fruit and sweets they brought to my room, was phenomenal and well-prepared. The room itself was so cozy, spacious, and clean. It was equipped with lots of amenities and electronics and had a lovely view of Cotai Strip and the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. And I especially enjoyed the room's massage chair after a long first day of walking and exploring! The convenience of the location and the beauty of the hotel interior and architecture of the exterior speak for themselves. So much more can be said about the service, amenities, and overall experience that the Londoner provides, but I'll have to save that for my next review when I can hopefully visit again!

I enjoyed my stay at the resort! It is 2 blocks away from the main strip and a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, I got food poisoning on the first night and the staff did a great job of assisting me with getting health care. The mall attached to the hotel is very convenient and has alot of facilities. I would say be careful of some of the restaurants I believe I got food poisoning from one in the mall. Also, if you are travelling from the HZMB (Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge) the hotel next door Grand Lisboa has free shuttles and very near the Lisboeta. Overall, it was worth the price and I would stay there again just wary of the food.

We have an amazing & wonderful stay at Studio City Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It really set the tone for the entire stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the attention to detail—from the fresh linens to the well-stocked bathroom—was impressive. What stood out the most was the level of care and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always ready with a smile and thoughtful recommendations. Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Sabah 11:30'da otele varıyoruz ve resepsiyona giderek kayıt yaptırıyoruz ve oda anahtarını alıyoruz. Odaya giriş yapamasam da dışarı çıktıktan sonra valizimi bırakıp otele geri dönebildim. Herhangi bir formaliteye gerek duymadan sadece oda numarasını istedim ve giriş yaptım. doğrudan oda. Bagajın da odaya teslim edilmesi çok düşünceli bir davranış. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking. When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance. In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes. Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)

I’m a local staying here for post-surgery recovery, extended my stay two times. Reception is decent and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on ground floor is really good and so is the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I’d say give it a try if you’re staying there, the price is average, totally not overpriced for being inside a hotel. The room soundproof is terrible, you’re out of luck if other guests staying in rooms surrounding you talk super loud or have loud kids. You can also clearly hear conversations outside the hallway. You can also hear the water pipe noises whenever people staying upstairs/downstairs shower. Not the most serene environment. Amenities are alright, the provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are a bit small so you’d constantly have to ask for refills for longer stays. The bath tub is bigger than usual ones so that’s a good thing but not a fan of the type of shower head they chose, and the tube is a bit short too but there’s an overhead if needed. I wouldn’t say the location is convenient for tourists as there is nothing surrounding the hotel but they do provide scheduled shuttle buses to get round town and to some hotspots. The walk to the nearest light rail station is around 12-18min (depending on your pace) on foot.

We always choose only the W Hotel when coming to Macau! This time, as always, it absolutely didn't disappoint us! Such warm hospitality, truly caring for our feelings! Thank you to Ms. Amanda and Ms. Joanne for your thoughtful arrangements, upgrading us and providing enthusiastic hospitality and assistance! The room is as always—clean, hygienic, and comfortable! Macau... I only recommend this hotel!

The walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them. Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was “No discount!” I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me “Are you our hotel guest?” I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said “I am. But I just checked out.” She responded grumpily, “No discount gah! You don’t have the room card!” I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay.

It has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point. I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

This hotel started off great, then it slowly became just bad. We decided to take my child swimming, the demanded we pay for his swimming cap, that’s no issue, I simply asked, can you give him the cap now and either charge my room or I’ll go upstairs to get money, and bring right back. They refused, and demanded I give them money now. Next according to the hotel policy, if a child is swimming, there must be parental supervision, which hotel management clarified later does not mean the parents has to swim, but merely watching is ok. The swimming pool staff shooed my wife away like a dog saying he can’t swim there unless a parent swims with him, and screamed at my wife. Third thing, my wife and child were sleeping, I wanted to watch a movie, the lobby was too loud so I sat on the floor next to the elevator, near no rooms(most hotels have a small table and chairs there) I was making no noise and bothering no one, the staff confirmed it was perfectly fine, but another staff member came up and told me it’s against hotel policy to sit there, I got up and asked him to come downstairs and show me where that policy is written or posted anywhere, when we go to the lobby he ran away and disappeared. Other than that, the hotel room was clean, location was great, the majority of staff were super friendly.
