The location was great for going around the sea side such as harbor land. The hotel is also one of the iconic hotel nearby the port island. This had made me excited to stay, however, there are a lot of problems. For example, they had “eco-friendly” cleaning. This means they wouldn’t change anything except towel the entire 3 days. Furthermore, the hotel did not had adapter for charging, as well the room did not have USB port, the lack of amenities is also concerning. The air con is also very warm (?) apparently, half the hotel room is shut down because of aircon check. But overall, employee were nice and it was a fair stay. The big problem is the price is way too high considering what it has to offer especially in a city like Kobe where prices should be lower than major cities

This is a great hotel at Kobe, the hotel stay is very helpful and hospitable, they offer welcome drinks/ coffee to us. The room is spacious and the single bed can sleep 2 persons. The hotel also next to Don Don Donki and conveniently for us to shop till very late of night and many foods to eat too. I would like to thank you the hotel for keep for us out lost item and keep for us to collect after few days. Arigato Guzaimasu.

Our stay in this hotel was great! I wish we stayed here longer than one evening. Our traditional Japanese room was very spacious and had two separate toilet rooms attached as well as a bathroom. The view from our room was amazing! And sitting area before the huge windows even had a massage chair and a vanity. The shoji doors showed some signs of wear but everything were very clean. Our kaiseki dinner was spectacular and incredibly tasty. But I wish there were some instructions for foreigners how to enjoy it properly. Our server didn't speak English and we didn't speak Japanese so there was a minor misunderstanding but everything was resolved 😅 I'm definitely a fan of such kind of a meal now! We visited all the hot springs that are available in this hotel and it's sister hotel across the river. I liked the silver indoor spring in our hotel and gold outdoor spring in sister-hotel the most. Hot springs are closed after 24:00. And open from 6:00 to 9:00 nest morning. Unfortunately they are closed from 9:00 to 12:00(check out time) which make it impossible to enjoy them in the morning for those who prefer to sleep in(( Would definitely reccommend the stay for relaxing and luxurious experience.

入住的日式山景房，酒店面朝大海在半山腰上，必須自駕才能到達。大堂很大，下午有免費小食和各種飲料及啤酒提供，還有免費乒乓室可以娛樂。日本人居多，晚餐和早餐都是自助餐形式，品種很多刺身也很新鮮。唯一感覺不好的是晚上需要自己鋪床，但是也能接受。工作日人也挺多

島花さんに泊まったのは初めてでしたがニューアワジグループのサービスの良さに感動でした。 夢泉景で釣りが出来て鯛を2匹釣ったのですが夜のディナーに調理して出してくださりとても美味しくいただきました。残りはきれいに処理していただき持ち帰ることが出来ました。島花は対岸の少し離れた場所にありますが湯めぐりも送迎していただけるので問題なく楽しめました。 またホカンスしに行きたいです

Bathrooms are the 90's type but overall rooms are clean. Love the shuttle service to Sannoomiya very frequent and convenient to go into the city instead of taking the trains. Front desk helped us to book for a taxi to the airport limousine area and it was Japanese punctuality. Overall pretty nice and decent place might come here again. Lastly the hotel is located next to the Convention Centre so if you have an event there this place is just perfect.

I wanted to get a hotel away from the city centre but near enough to head down. Glad to have found and stayed at Hotel Hewitt Koshien. Very near to Koshien train station and there’s a mall between the station and hotel. There’s also laundromat in the hotel (3 washer + dryer machines). Hotel in-room amenities are more than sufficient and the service team can make up room daily upon request. Hanshin Koshien stadium is also nearby where you can check out the museum too! There’s also a Lawson outside the train station if you want to get drinks and snacks. Starbucks too for coffee! There’s also a nice park around 2km away and I head down for my morning jog. Nice scenery and fresh air!

Excellent hotel for a family stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax with children. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and family-friendly. Great value for a comfortable and enjoyable family trip. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a bit old style  As a Onsen hotel - the facilities ; Elevators should have hand rail or / and a seat inside the lift to allow older adults to hold on or in case of fainting occur !  There should be towels inside the spa area instead of asking customers to bring along the towel to & back to room ! There should be towels available inside the spa area !  The free transportation starting from 4 o’clock till 9:30 is good but it would be better if the free transportation can start a little bit earlier say I’m 12  The hotel staff are where we helpful and where we polite thank you !

it was a nice stay but the room was quite old. the reason i stayed in this hotel was because the gym but apparently not everyone can use it and i think this is something that should be told prior of booking.
