We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything about the check-in experience was smooth and professional. Special thanks to Hiro, who assisted us during check-in. He was extremely professional, spoke excellent English, and gave us a very clear and thorough explanation about the hotel facilities and our room. His service made us feel very welcome and comfortable right away. The room was beautiful, clean, and well prepared, and all the facilities were exactly as described. Honestly, everything about this hotel - from the service to the atmosphere - was close to perfect. This was one of the best hotel check-in experiences we've had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

入住的日式山景房，酒店面朝大海在半山腰上，必須自駕才能到達。大堂很大，下午有免費小食和各種飲料及啤酒提供，還有免費乒乓室可以娛樂。日本人居多，晚餐和早餐都是自助餐形式，品種很多刺身也很新鮮。唯一感覺不好的是晚上需要自己鋪床，但是也能接受。工作日人也挺多

Excellent hotel for a family stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax with children. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and family-friendly. Great value for a comfortable and enjoyable family trip. Highly recommended.

I wanted to get a hotel away from the city centre but near enough to head down. Glad to have found and stayed at Hotel Hewitt Koshien. Very near to Koshien train station and there’s a mall between the station and hotel. There’s also laundromat in the hotel (3 washer + dryer machines). Hotel in-room amenities are more than sufficient and the service team can make up room daily upon request. Hanshin Koshien stadium is also nearby where you can check out the museum too! There’s also a Lawson outside the train station if you want to get drinks and snacks. Starbucks too for coffee! There’s also a nice park around 2km away and I head down for my morning jog. Nice scenery and fresh air!

島花さんに泊まったのは初めてでしたがニューアワジグループのサービスの良さに感動でした。 夢泉景で釣りが出来て鯛を2匹釣ったのですが夜のディナーに調理して出してくださりとても美味しくいただきました。残りはきれいに処理していただき持ち帰ることが出来ました。島花は対岸の少し離れた場所にありますが湯めぐりも送迎していただけるので問題なく楽しめました。 またホカンスしに行きたいです

Our stay in this hotel was great! I wish we stayed here longer than one evening. Our traditional Japanese room was very spacious and had two separate toilet rooms attached as well as a bathroom. The view from our room was amazing! And sitting area before the huge windows even had a massage chair and a vanity. The shoji doors showed some signs of wear but everything were very clean. Our kaiseki dinner was spectacular and incredibly tasty. But I wish there were some instructions for foreigners how to enjoy it properly. Our server didn't speak English and we didn't speak Japanese so there was a minor misunderstanding but everything was resolved 😅 I'm definitely a fan of such kind of a meal now! We visited all the hot springs that are available in this hotel and it's sister hotel across the river. I liked the silver indoor spring in our hotel and gold outdoor spring in sister-hotel the most. Hot springs are closed after 24:00. And open from 6:00 to 9:00 nest morning. Unfortunately they are closed from 9:00 to 12:00(check out time) which make it impossible to enjoy them in the morning for those who prefer to sleep in(( Would definitely reccommend the stay for relaxing and luxurious experience.

Bathrooms are the 90's type but overall rooms are clean. Love the shuttle service to Sannoomiya very frequent and convenient to go into the city instead of taking the trains. Front desk helped us to book for a taxi to the airport limousine area and it was Japanese punctuality. Overall pretty nice and decent place might come here again. Lastly the hotel is located next to the Convention Centre so if you have an event there this place is just perfect.

房間很大又乾淨，前台和經理的服務都很好！經理主動幫忙拎箱子，晚上泳池邊看⭐太好看了！還送了很多免費飲料和啤酒！推薦！

Please book this hotel if you go to Kinosaki Onsen! The staff was really amazing. They were all super friendly and nice and always put so much effort in making our stay enjoyable. Big thanks to Kairi for explaining everything so well and always being patient with us. Also thanks to Tomoki for the great service. We loved our stay there so much we would love to come back here again when we visit Japan again! Also loved the town itsself and all the Onsen. The hotel itsself also gives you public Onsen as well as private ones that you can book in advance. They were amazing too. The food included in our Halfboard was also amazing! Loved everything here! Garden view from our room was so relaxing and great as well!

設備がとても良かったです アミニティはお持ち帰りOKでとても可愛いし お部屋もコンパクトで過ごしやすかったです。 プラス1000円でサウナ利用出来るのも良かったです 隣にプールがあるのでプールも利用出来ちゃいます 夜はプールサイドでバーを楽しめるのでホテルだけでも満喫できます。 周辺施設との連携もあり、周辺施設クーポンが色々あったので散策してみましたがとてもいい思い出が出来ました ホテルはワンドリンクウェルカムサービスもありました！ 近くのお土産ショップのクーポン券も付いてました！ ロビーを通らずお部屋に行けるので宿泊部屋への出入りも気兼ねなく出来ました🙆♀️ このコスパで海も見えて最高でした(*｀ω´)b
