Bathrooms are the 90's type but overall rooms are clean. Love the shuttle service to Sannoomiya very frequent and convenient to go into the city instead of taking the trains. Front desk helped us to book for a taxi to the airport limousine area and it was Japanese punctuality. Overall pretty nice and decent place might come here again. Lastly the hotel is located next to the Convention Centre so if you have an event there this place is just perfect.

The location was great for going around the sea side such as harbor land. The hotel is also one of the iconic hotel nearby the port island. This had made me excited to stay, however, there are a lot of problems. For example, they had “eco-friendly” cleaning. This means they wouldn’t change anything except towel the entire 3 days. Furthermore, the hotel did not had adapter for charging, as well the room did not have USB port, the lack of amenities is also concerning. The air con is also very warm (?) apparently, half the hotel room is shut down because of aircon check. But overall, employee were nice and it was a fair stay. The big problem is the price is way too high considering what it has to offer especially in a city like Kobe where prices should be lower than major cities

I wanted to get a hotel away from the city centre but near enough to head down. Glad to have found and stayed at Hotel Hewitt Koshien. Very near to Koshien train station and there’s a mall between the station and hotel. There’s also laundromat in the hotel (3 washer + dryer machines). Hotel in-room amenities are more than sufficient and the service team can make up room daily upon request. Hanshin Koshien stadium is also nearby where you can check out the museum too! There’s also a Lawson outside the train station if you want to get drinks and snacks. Starbucks too for coffee! There’s also a nice park around 2km away and I head down for my morning jog. Nice scenery and fresh air!

Room is newly renovated. It is nice and well equipped. The hotel just located next to a parking premise so it’s convenient for people who need parking. The fantastic thing is that the lounge serves with different drinks especially with different varieties of tea bag for selection.

I give 5star although its 12min walk away from station because its so near shops and castle. Service i also give 5star because they let me leave my luggage before check in time.. but be sure you be there before 10am. Its quite old place. Rooms at second floor. I like it they let me choose the empty space i wanted instead of assigning any bed to me..

Excellent hotel for a family stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax with children. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and family-friendly. Great value for a comfortable and enjoyable family trip. Highly recommended.

太棒的酒店，房間比較大，而且洗護用品很豐富，居然還有面膜提供，太貼心了。地理位置也很好，牛仔JR站旁邊，房間裏能看到姬路城。還可以享受酒廊，邊吃喝邊看姬路城和新幹線。尤其值得表揚的是早餐，太豐盛了，日式西式都有，現做的mini牛肉漢堡，剛剛好，最驚艷的早餐就有gelato的冰激凌，吃到扶牆出。

2泊しました。駅前でとにかくアクセスが便利。伊丹空港からも近く、宝塚観劇以外の観光でも梅田（大阪）まで30分ほどで行けますし、山あり川ありの自然溢れる街にマッチして良いです。 ホテルには温泉もあり、そもそも温泉の街だった宝塚をしっかり意識しています。夏の夜はビアガーデンも営業しています。 お部屋のお掃除も行き届き快適。朝食は和、粥、洋の三種から選べます。わたしは和を選びました。

seventeenのペンミの前日に宿泊させて頂きました！中公園駅からアクセスもよく、部屋も清潔で、アメニティもたくさん揃っており、お風呂が24時間開放だったのでとても助かりましたし、サウナもありました！！また機会があったら是非宿泊したいと思いました！

This is a great hotel at Kobe, the hotel stay is very helpful and hospitable, they offer welcome drinks/ coffee to us. The room is spacious and the single bed can sleep 2 persons. The hotel also next to Don Don Donki and conveniently for us to shop till very late of night and many foods to eat too. I would like to thank you the hotel for keep for us out lost item and keep for us to collect after few days. Arigato Guzaimasu.
