Great value for money. Would recommend. 5 minute from from Sendai station and a 10 minute walk into the area if bars and restaurants.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East. The main draw is its location - directly linked to Sendai JR Station and S-PAL mall. I checked in on 1 Jan and almost all shops are closed during to the NY holiday. Luckily Yodabashi next door is opened and there is a food hall there. The tourist Loople Bus is also a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room size is good. What I didn’t like was no place to hang your clothing in the bathroom, though not much issue for me since I’m travelling alone And the toiletries like cotton wool are not replenished on 1 of the 4 nights I was there. Noted: don’t be mistaken with Hotel Metropolitan Sendai (without the East).

Nice, clean and great location hotel. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station and one stop to Sendai airport. Variety and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk from Shiroishi Station and 4 mins walk from Shiroishi Zao Station. The room is quite big and bed is very comfortable. There are a Key Cafe in the Lobby and also 2 japanese restaurants. I have a pleasant stay in the hotel.

Üst kattaki ayak seslerini ve yan taraftaki horlamayı net bir şekilde duyabiliyorsunuz. İkincisi, önceki misafirin küçük kanepenin altında bıraktığı, temizlenmemiş çöpler var. Ayrıca gece geç saatte geldiğim için yorganın üzerinde çok fazla kan lekesi olduğunu sabah kalktığımda öğrendim ve çok sinirlendim. Resepsiyona gittim ve yorganı değiştirmek istedim. Her ne kadar personel daha sonra değiştirmiş olsa da, bunun bir istisna olduğunu düşünmeme rağmen yine de kendimi çok rahatsız hissettim. Diğer iyi noktalar ise ön büro hizmeti tutumunun iyi olması, odanın tek kullanımlık terlik ve maden suyu ile donatılmış olması ve otelin istasyonun yakınında elverişli bir konuma sahip olmasıdır.

I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

Location is great. The hotel is just opposite yodobashi south side. Room is quite small which is typical Japanese business hotel. Toilet and shower is in the same room. 7-11 shop just downstairs. Overall is good.

The lobby was spacious to chill and nice, especially when the in-house pianist played some soothing classical. My room was decently cosy. My bed was a combined layout of 2 single beds, though one mattress was slumping low overworn out on its spring, while the other was firm. Felt kinda weird sleeping in the centre, which I usually do, with the gap and unevenness. Service was excellent and attentive. Kind assistance from front desk Loida, helping me to translate conveying a request I wanted to put across for my next hotel stop. There is a public bath on the 16th floor, nice and clean. Elevator is kinda slow though. Location is under 10mins walk from Sendai JR station, on a quiet stretch away from the bustling shopping area.

駅から近いところだったのでとても便利でした お掃除は行き届いていてすばらしかったのですが バスルームに少し臭いがありました 床を定期的に洗剤で洗ったほうがよいかと思います 朝食は美味しく素敵でした コーヒーも大変美味でした また仙台に行くときは利用したいです

旅館職員友善、有禮及熱心提供幫忙。 晚餐料理賣相精緻，自助早餐食物選擇繁多。 睡房設施齊全整潔，乾濕廁所分離。 溫泉舒適，但前往室外露天風呂時需要走40多級樓梯。 唯一美中不足的是座廁無法沖廁，致電職員後即時提供協助卻無法即時維修，最終需要使用另一間房間的座廁。
