Wi-Fi İçeren Hyōgo ili, Japonya Otelleri

This onsen was pure bliss. The hot spring water was so relaxing, the scenery was stunning, and everything was super clean. I felt completely refreshed afterward. One of the best experiences I’ve had in Japan — highly recommended!

The location was great for going around the sea side such as harbor land. The hotel is also one of the iconic hotel nearby the port island. This had made me excited to stay, however, there are a lot of problems. For example, they had “eco-friendly” cleaning. This means they wouldn’t change anything except towel the entire 3 days. Furthermore, the hotel did not had adapter for charging, as well the room did not have USB port, the lack of amenities is also concerning. The air con is also very warm (?) apparently, half the hotel room is shut down because of aircon check. But overall, employee were nice and it was a fair stay. The big problem is the price is way too high considering what it has to offer especially in a city like Kobe where prices should be lower than major cities

I have nothing but praises for this little gem call Fairfield off Kobe.( about 35 mins drive) Room is of a good size and the view is gorgeous. Love the concept of Fairfield. Command great value. Certainly will recommend to all.

โรงแรมอาจจะไกลจากสถานีรถไฟหน่อย ขาไปลากกระเป๋าไปเอง แต่ขากลับมีรถไปส่ง โรงแรมมีชุดยูกะตะกับรองเท้าให้เลือกใส่ไปเดินแช่ออนเซ็น และมีรถไปส่งบ่อที่ไกลที่สุด แล้วให้เราเดินกลับมาเอง แวะแช่ตามจุดต่างๆ อาหารเราซื้อแต่ตอนเช้า ดีงามมากๆ ส่วนตอนเย็นทานร้านข้างนอก บรรยากาศดี เหมาะแก่การไปพักผ่อนมากๆ

I have to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Hatsumi from the hotel. Thanks to her help, I had a wonderful trip to Rokkōsan. She is definitely a polite, professional, and of course pretty lady. Her communication skills are good especially that she speaks fluent English which would be of great help for someone like me who don't speak any japanese. Although the original local tour was full of bookings , she helped me reserve a taxi and solve my ease of communicating with local taxi drivers. The view and environment is splendid with a great hotel service teams. I would highly recommend to someone who wants to experience a unique accommodation experience. Though the drawbacks , as you might know already , is 1) no private bathroom 2) not sound-proof building materials , but it is understandable given that the hotel is with ancient history

入住的日式山景房，酒店面朝大海在半山腰上，必須自駕才能到達。大堂很大，下午有免費小食和各種飲料及啤酒提供，還有免費乒乓室可以娛樂。日本人居多，晚餐和早餐都是自助餐形式，品種很多刺身也很新鮮。唯一感覺不好的是晚上需要自己鋪床，但是也能接受。工作日人也挺多

The ryokan style rooms were a lovely touch. The inclusive dinner came with so many courses that we were absolutely stuffed every single night and the fact that a member of staff helps explain all the dishes and prepares them in front of us felt like a real lovely touch of authenticity and luxury. There are no individual bathrooms in the rooms aside from a sink and toilet but the hotel Onsen is easy to access and comfortable to use. The staff also make the bed after dinner every night and anytime we had questions for reception, they were always happy to help, especially with train station transfer and recommendations and vouchers for different restaurants in town. The hotel rooms have a great view of the mountains as it is slightly off the main road. I would definitely recommend this for couples traveling.

The hotel is very dated and could really benefit from some work, especially the bathroom. Doors are paper thin and you can hear what's going on in other rooms. The hotel also only provided one key, which isn't very convenient for couples. On the plus side, there are a few nice little izakaya nearby and it's not a huge distance from public transport.

島花さんに泊まったのは初めてでしたがニューアワジグループのサービスの良さに感動でした。 夢泉景で釣りが出来て鯛を2匹釣ったのですが夜のディナーに調理して出してくださりとても美味しくいただきました。残りはきれいに処理していただき持ち帰ることが出来ました。島花は対岸の少し離れた場所にありますが湯めぐりも送迎していただけるので問題なく楽しめました。 またホカンスしに行きたいです
