Super accessible location from the JR Sannomiya train station exit and lots of nice eateries around the area. There are convenient stores and tax-free drug store within 50m from the hotel too. 10-15 minutes walking distance to nearby shopping streets as well as other shopping stores such as Montbell (Tax free), Asics, ABC mart, Uniqlo etc. Can consider taking a train in evening to JR Kobe station and look at the night lights of Kobe Port Tower and then take a 30-40min slow walk back. There’s are also many nice Kobe beef eateries around the JR Sannomiya area too!

The location was great for going around the sea side such as harbor land. The hotel is also one of the iconic hotel nearby the port island. This had made me excited to stay, however, there are a lot of problems. For example, they had “eco-friendly” cleaning. This means they wouldn’t change anything except towel the entire 3 days. Furthermore, the hotel did not had adapter for charging, as well the room did not have USB port, the lack of amenities is also concerning. The air con is also very warm (?) apparently, half the hotel room is shut down because of aircon check. But overall, employee were nice and it was a fair stay. The big problem is the price is way too high considering what it has to offer especially in a city like Kobe where prices should be lower than major cities

The reception staff provided exceptional service, including a complimentary room upgrade. The spacious accommodations were impeccably clean. A nearby shrine offers an additional point of interest.

Room is newly renovated. It is nice and well equipped. The hotel just located next to a parking premise so it’s convenient for people who need parking. The fantastic thing is that the lounge serves with different drinks especially with different varieties of tea bag for selection.

The room is on the smaller side comparing with the two hotels I lived in Osaka and Hiroshima, but enough for solo traveler like me. The location is just no comparison. I can walk to the harbor and the main shopping center in 15 min. There are so many good restaurants around.

The location of the hotel is superb as it was located at the Sannomiya station. You can easily identify the hotel building afar from nearby as it was one of the highest building in the district. There were tones of local restaurants and department stores nearby in walking distance. Public transportation was highly accessible to most of the tourist spots in Kobe. The hotel receptionists was friendly and spoke fluent English. They always greeted the customers with cheerful smile and polite greetings whenever we stepped out from the elevator. For the room itself, it was clean and tidy, not extremely spacious but sufficient for opening up 2 suitcases. And the massage chair was definitely the icing on the cake in which I regarded it as the most unexpected yet satisfying element out of all of my three stays in Kobe, Kyoto and Osaka! It saved our exhausted, sore feet, back and neck every night after the long walk. Highly recommended this hotel for everyone!

Standard business hotel with good-sized rooms. Two 26” suitcases can open easily. Great 24-hour self-serve drink bar. Had a little problem with bathtub drainage (overflowing to bathroom floor and almost out of the bathroom), but staff cleaned it up nicely. Would be nice if the front desk could offer help with arrangements that can only made through the phone.

For muslim travellers, this hotel is just located near Kobe mosque (5-7 min walk) and Sannomiya stn, halal restaurants, and grocery stores. Room is nice, clean, and right size. Reception front desk staff are very polite and accommodative. You can borrow an umbrella if you need one. Looking fwd to stay here again.

I have nothing but praises for this little gem call Fairfield off Kobe.( about 35 mins drive) Room is of a good size and the view is gorgeous. Love the concept of Fairfield. Command great value. Certainly will recommend to all.

:) Location was awesome - within short walking distance to train station. Love the ice cream provided by the hotel. The front desk staff are polite and helpful :( The pillow is too hard for me. Amenities didn't include cleanser and milk lotion.
