This is a five star hotel in a three star body. Rooms are TINY, like scandanavian homes, but everything was clean and fresh, staff were outstanding, we could store out bags before and after our stay, missing personal articles available for free downstairs. Clear rooftop vie of the castle so you don't have to leave the hotel for beutiful shots of the castle. Near a huge gorgeous, covered pedetrian only walking are. Only sorry to have had only one night here.

Our room was ready when we arrived at 2pm and made available to us immediately. The room was clean, the staff friendly. Tea, coffee, juice and water are complementary all day long and between 5 & 8 pm they offer wine and snacks. What more could we ask for? Excellent quality for the price!

Twin Room was big, beds were wider than most hotels. However, felt that the bed and pillow was slightly hard but its ok. Location is about 5 minutes walk from Motomachi station. Hotel is also located at the heart of Chinatown, which is convenient.

The place was easy to find and is a corner building. When I entered the lobby, the person at the front desk greeted me and was helpful in getting us settled. We wanted to drop our luggage first while we waited for the check in time, so she served us on that and we went off. When we came back, our luggage was as it is and we were given our rooms. The rooms were clean, and sufficient enough for me and my partner to settle in. All the amenities needed was also sufficient. There's no food provided but there are enough food places around the hotel, including a convenience store.

This place is good and very near to the train station. The buffet is good but not so fantastic. Also same food selection for the whole stay hence a bit not so exciting but just nice to fill up the stomach.

We had a very spacious corner twin room for 2 of us! So generous! Also the onsen was very clean and we loved it! Parking was full when we arrived but they directed us to a nearby parking lot with fixed parking rate. Love this place!

Hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It is modern with for japanese standards good size rooms. Clean and comfortable, had a good night sleep with the airport close by no morning rush but leisurely breakfast and checkout. Excellent for first or last night, good value for money

Super accessible location from the JR Sannomiya train station exit and lots of nice eateries around the area. There are convenient stores and tax-free drug store within 50m from the hotel too. 10-15 minutes walking distance to nearby shopping streets as well as other shopping stores such as Montbell (Tax free), Asics, ABC mart, Uniqlo etc. Can consider taking a train in evening to JR Kobe station and look at the night lights of Kobe Port Tower and then take a 30-40min slow walk back. There’s are also many nice Kobe beef eateries around the JR Sannomiya area too!
