I was extremely surprised of the experience I had at the old Mandarin oriental now rebranded as Artyzen Grand Lapa. I would often times stay at Harborview due to it being a newer facility with similar amenities. However, this hotel provides a crib, which is really important for us since we have a little infant. Another huge positive is that the rooms are relatively larger than other rooms in a similar price range. Included in the hotel fee is access to their clubhouse and pool. The clubhouse has a playground for kids of all ages. Although our kid is an old enough to fully use the facilities, if she were bigger, she would definitely have enjoyed the playground. The pool surprisingly big and is for adults and kids. For those swimmers who want a deeper pool, there is a section of the pool that reaches 2.2 m. Finally, I think the food quality is quite excellent for the price. We spent two nights at this hotel and I got the burger on both days for dinner while my wife purchased the African chicken on one night and some fusion food on the other. Mind due to that they have a promotion where if you use your Hsbc or bank of China credit card, you’ll get 15% off your bill, which I thought was a huge perk. Overall, five stars throughout and we will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in Macau! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with any requests. I also enjoyed the great facilities, especially the pool.

Resepsiyonda benim için odayı ayarlayan Sasmine, Senjy ve Liszt, uygun oda tipi olmayınca beni bir oda tipine yükselttiler ve başlangıçtaki mutsuz ruh halim düzeldi. Check-in masasındaki vale de harikaydı! Bir fotoğrafçı olarak otelin fotoğraflarını çekmek için kendi becerilerimi kullandım. Otelin ödünç alınabilecek şemsiyeleri var. Eğlence fabrikası restoranındaki garsonun tavrı çok kötüydü. Her iki seferde de otelin verdiği ücretsiz kuponu kullanarak ayrılmamı istedi ve bana soğuk bir şekilde baktı. misafir odasında olmama rağmen. *****, ama durumunun da çok düşük olduğunu unutmuştu.

The hotel is reasonably priced for a weekday and has a nice pool. The location is not so convenient however, as it is somewhat far from most of the tourist attractions in Taipa. You would either need to take a cab, a shuttle, or a bus, but the shuttle does not come very frequently. So I ended up spending my time staying around the hotel. Fortunately, they do have a pretty decent Chinese restaurant. The outdoor pool is a nice touch given that not all hotels in Macao have decent outdoor pools. There is also a nice view of Hengqin from the room and also from the pool deck. Overall I think for the price it is a good option for those who are not solely in Macao to gamble. It is too bad that the hotel is near an abandoned race course however, it would be great if the government were to revive this area as it is a waste of space.

Room is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area,staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things.We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”.

A 3D2N getaway. Convenient to Taipa Village. Nice room and bathroom is luxuries and vintage(the batheroom floor tiles are so pretty shell pieces.. Its quiet because half of the hotel is having a reno hence the price is low. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. 👍👍👍

Sabah 11:30'da otele varıyoruz ve resepsiyona giderek kayıt yaptırıyoruz ve oda anahtarını alıyoruz. Odaya giriş yapamasam da dışarı çıktıktan sonra valizimi bırakıp otele geri dönebildim. Herhangi bir formaliteye gerek duymadan sadece oda numarasını istedim ve giriş yaptım. doğrudan oda. Bagajın da odaya teslim edilmesi çok düşünceli bir davranış. Ancak tek dezavantajı oda düzenlemelerinin birbirinden çok uzak olmasıdır. 3 oda rezervasyonu yaptığım için iyileştirmeler oldu. Kahvaltıya gelince, ailem çok memnun kaldı ve bir dahaki sefere yine burada kalmayı tercih edecekler.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. From the outside, it looks quite old and dated, but once you step inside, the interior is surprisingly modern. That said, some parts still show the hotel's age — like the bathroom fixtures, water taps, and some of the furniture, which could definitely use an upgrade. Walking through the corridors, I sometimes got a slightly spooky vibe, probably because of the older sections of the building. However, the service made up for it. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, and I appreciated how friendly the security personnel were — it made the place feel more welcoming. One big plus is the location: there’s a bus stop just outside, so getting around was really convenient. The only downside for me was the price. I found it a bit on the expensive side, especially considering some of the outdated aspects of the property. Overall, not a bad stay — great service and location, but the building could use some refurbishing to fully match the price.

Like most of the other hotels in Macau, Legend Palace is also one with quite a taste of age, which means you can't looking forward to modern style furniture and fancy electronic equipment. But beside these, the rest of the hotel is all over the average, room is big enough and well maintained daily, services are all friendly and helpful, the location is pretty good with the frequent traffic towards everywhere. The view of the port is just ok though there is really nothing to expect with Macau plage. Then about the casino of legend Palace, it's said that it will be shut down by the end of the year so I didn't play there, but seems still attractive to other guests there. Otherwise, the Sands Palace is just near from the hotel and other places like MGM &Galaxy etc. are all not far, plenty of choice for fun. Plus, the breakfast really sucks, better go some local cafe and have pork sandwiches instead.
