Overall, the stay was good, but the downfall was having to pay to use sauna. In the description, it says indoor pool, sauna, spa. Hence I picked this hotel. The indoor pool was free but it was too stuffy and hot, even the staff agreed and they said it was cos of heated pool. But they never fink of opening windows or air conditioning or even fan. When I asked where the sauna is, usually it's in changing room but they say it's in spa and we had to pay $180 per person for each session. This is the first time I had to pay. I know spa you have to pay cos require beautician and staff for service but sauna...😱😱 if I had known you have to pay, I would not consider this hotel. I have never heard I have to pay to use sauna in all my stays in hotel and I have stayed in plenty of hotels since I am a platinum member in Trip.com Apart from not being able to use sauna overall I was happy with the stay. The location is OK, you can kinda walk to other resorts nearby, quicker than using shuttle bus, but still takes at least 10 30 min pending which one you wanna walk to.

I’m a local staying here for post-surgery recovery, extended my stay two times. Reception is decent and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on ground floor is really good and so is the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I’d say give it a try if you’re staying there, the price is average, totally not overpriced for being inside a hotel. The room soundproof is terrible, you’re out of luck if other guests staying in rooms surrounding you talk super loud or have loud kids. You can also clearly hear conversations outside the hallway. You can also hear the water pipe noises whenever people staying upstairs/downstairs shower. Not the most serene environment. Amenities are alright, the provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are a bit small so you’d constantly have to ask for refills for longer stays. The bath tub is bigger than usual ones so that’s a good thing but not a fan of the type of shower head they chose, and the tube is a bit short too but there’s an overhead if needed. I wouldn’t say the location is convenient for tourists as there is nothing surrounding the hotel but they do provide scheduled shuttle buses to get round town and to some hotspots. The walk to the nearest light rail station is around 12-18min (depending on your pace) on foot.

An wonderful stay in the Grand Hyatt, 2 nights room on the executive floor, a delicious breakfast on the 3th floor with Christien who takes care for everyone and let you feel that you are special 😊 we really enjoyed it. It where not our first visit, but sure definitely not our last one! See you all next time.

We always choose only the W Hotel when coming to Macau! This time, as always, it absolutely didn't disappoint us! Such warm hospitality, truly caring for our feelings! Odayı seçmek için kullandığım oda tipi ”Luxury Royal”dir. Suite”🤩Oda ve banyo alanı oldukça geniştir ancak el duş başlığının su gücü yetersiz ve iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor. Yukarıdaki yağmur duşunda sorun yok, küvet boyutu iki kişiyi barındırabilir. Banyo yaparken Otelin kahvaltı büfesinin çok iyi olduğunu, çok çeşitli yemek seçeneklerinin olduğunu ve denemeye değer olduğunu belirtmeliyim😋

Our family of four has just returned from a truly exceptional three-day stay at Andaz Macau, and we are simply beaming. The room is spacious, very clean, and has a beautiful view. I think this hotel is very worth the money. It sits right above Broadway Food Street, and it’s easy to reach from the airport—take the shuttle to Galaxy Hotel and then transfer to Broadway (the second shuttle may take a bit longer). There’s also a convenient walkway between Broadway and Galaxy, so you can skip the shuttle altogether. We received complimentary 2-hour access to Kids Edutainment at Galaxy on both check-in and check-out days, which was great value—your kids will love it. There’s also a 2-hour session at JW on the check-in day, though we didn’t try it.
