Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury. I would highly recommend this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive especially Mc eduard. He’s very welcoming to every guest. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel.. thank you for an incredible stay! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I am really enjoy staying here when I have a music competition at Macau Muesum. The staff is kind AMF polite to me. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here ! They arranged the upgrade Rion to me this time. The room is very big! I like the view and enjoyed dining here. Big thanks to them, and I recommend all come here to stay to have a break.

The hotel is a comfortable one with well appointed rooms and all room amenities though it's a bit dated now. The hotel staff were very warm and hospitable, and they provided us with a high floor room and extended a complimentary cake for my birthday. And yes, there was bathroom towel art on arrival. All in all, a nice experience.

Makao'daki Ponte 16 Hotel'in adresi oldukça uygundur. Hong Kong-Makao Köprüsü'nün Makao Limanı'ndan direkt otobüs vardır. Check-in yaptığımızda, otelin ön bürosu bizi deniz manzaralı bir odaya yükseltti. Oda çok temiz ve konforluydu. Ayrıca alt kattaki kumarhanedeki restoranda yemek yediğimizde %50 indirim kuponları da verildi. Otelin hizmet anlayışından memnun kaldım.

The location is not really very convenient and it’s not directly connected to most casino so you’ll have to expect to pay for public transportation mostly. For other hotels, u can usually travel between Macau and Taipa with their shuttle buses for free. For this hotel, the shuttle bus system isn’t very good, the frequency of departure is low and the operating time is limited. The walking route that shows on google maps isn’t quite accurate so be prepared.

Really nice hotel and was given a free upgrade due to celebration of a birthday. Staff are really friendly and porters are knowledgeable. Only reason, why this received a 3 for amenities was the fact that you get charged for the use of sauna and steam room. When it’s advertised as part of the amenities and no mention of additional fee on the listing. When I questioned this with staff was told it was free and then was told would need to pay.

This is the 1st time I stayed in hotel Lisboa , I am so so happy as they have given a very nice room with great view , nice musical fountain show every night from Wynn macau hotel just across my room and we can see the Grand Prix macau too. The hotel staffs are super friendly, helpful and always have a nice smile on their face. Anne was the one to showed us to our room she was very helpful n patient to explain every single detail in the room to us. Location wise is super good and can easily excess to many places . Overall we are happy and blessed to stay with Hotel Lisboa . Thank you guys 😘

Sabah 11:30'da otele varıyoruz ve resepsiyona giderek kayıt yaptırıyoruz ve oda anahtarını alıyoruz. Odaya giriş yapamasam da dışarı çıktıktan sonra valizimi bırakıp otele geri dönebildim. Herhangi bir formaliteye gerek duymadan sadece oda numarasını istedim ve giriş yaptım. doğrudan oda. Bagajın da odaya teslim edilmesi çok düşünceli bir davranış. Ancak tek dezavantajı oda düzenlemelerinin birbirinden çok uzak olmasıdır. 3 oda rezervasyonu yaptığım için iyileştirmeler oldu. Kahvaltıya gelince, ailem çok memnun kaldı ve bir dahaki sefere yine burada kalmayı tercih edecekler.

Booked 2 rooms with friends and I must day that that the room with garden is one of the best room i have stayed on. Our room have its own garden and it’s perfect for having small gatherings with friends. The room is equipped with a refrigerator and a small pantry in which its very helpful for having small gatherings. The staff who had helped us check in Richard and May is very nice and professional. Explained us in details what hotel has to offer and we were told to simply call them whenever we needed something The room with garden is a must book if you are going to stay in Legend Palace. The room is very luxurious, amenities are too notch and the service staff made it the best. Will definitely going back to the hotel and will recommend it to my friends and family.
