My stay at the newly opened City of Dream Morpheus Macau was impressive in many ways. The hotel’s futuristic design is striking, with a grand lobby that feels like a glimpse into the future. The spacious rooms are a standout, featuring an advanced tech system that lets you control lighting, climate, and window shades effortlessly—truly elevating the guest experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who personally escorted us to our room, making us feel welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and warmth were top-notch. However, I was disappointed to find that the gym room wasn’t open 24 hours. For a hotel with such cutting-edge amenities, this felt like a surprising oversight, especially for guests with varied schedules. Overall, City of Dream Morpheus Macau offers a blend of innovative design, high-tech comfort, and excellent hospitality, but the limited gym hours were a letdown. Still a great choice for a modern, memorable stay, though I hope they extend gym access in the future.

Spent my birthday at the Studio City Star Executive Suite and it was one of the best hotel experiences! The hotel would contact you ahead of time for any special request, and they made a birthday setup in the room with lots of complimentary items (snacks,fruits,drinks,red wine, gifts, cable car rides). The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful view and spacious layout. Had some guests over and we had a great time! Thank you Studio City team for making my birthday memorable!

I was so pleased with our stay at this hotel that I feel compelled to express my appreciation. First of all, ”Katrina”, one of their staff members, was incredibly attentive and friendly. She made eye contact, smiled genuinely, and was happy to accommodate my complex payment requests. Additionally, ”Kent” escorted us to my room and explained the stunning view while sharing what makes the Grand Hyatt Macau unique. He also provided us with excellent sightseeing advice, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Kent consistently greeted me with a smile, and even when I passed by him at reception, he maintained that same warm attitude and said hello. I have stayed at many hotels, but staff like Kent are unique. By anticipating our needs, he provided a sense of comfort and peace of mind throughout our stay. Thanks to him, I truly enjoyed our trip from start to finish.

As a solo traveller, I am satisfied with the courteous and attentive service provided by members of the staff in Four Seasons. They assisted me and gave me practical suggestions cordially. They asked for my comments and followed without delay. They gave me feed back as soon as possible. The various international cuisines provided in the morning breakfast were unique and attractive. I was exhilarated to see the Teppanyaki ice cream 😍！ I ordered one with my own choice of toppings, yum! If you have a sweet tooth, you will be gratified to see various desserts provided. Moreover, a waiter from time to time came to our tables and surprised dinners with limited unique, skillfully crafted dim sums. As a female traveller, the hygiene in the toilet in my room is a vital concern. I was satisfied to find the second roll of toilet paper covered with a decent cover so that it would not be contaminated in exposure to the toilet. Apart from the towels placed outside the bathroom/ bath tub, it was thoughtful that towels were placed beside the beds. It will be more comfortable n healthy to dry feet thoroughly before going to bed. Surely, the view, the decorations, the seasonal flower arrangements and the facilities in this renowned prestigious hotel were impeccable as I expected.

The hotel is reasonably priced for a weekday and has a nice pool. The location is not so convenient however, as it is somewhat far from most of the tourist attractions in Taipa. You would either need to take a cab, a shuttle, or a bus, but the shuttle does not come very frequently. So I ended up spending my time staying around the hotel. Fortunately, they do have a pretty decent Chinese restaurant. The outdoor pool is a nice touch given that not all hotels in Macao have decent outdoor pools. There is also a nice view of Hengqin from the room and also from the pool deck. Overall I think for the price it is a good option for those who are not solely in Macao to gamble. It is too bad that the hotel is near an abandoned race course however, it would be great if the government were to revive this area as it is a waste of space.
