Otel hakkındaki ilk izlenimimiz harikaydı; güler yüzlü personel ve rahat bir ortam bizi girişte karşıladı. Ailem ve benim için uygun bir oda bulmama büyük bir sabır ve istekle yardımcı olan Yuan Huan'a özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim. Yatak odasının manzarası, pencereler tam boy olduğu için harikaydı. Kahvaltıda da çeşitli seçenekler vardı. 45 numaralı kattaki Epicure'u ziyaret ettiğimde, Şanghay'ın büyüleyici 360 derecelik manzarasıyla şaşırdım. Çevrenizdeki manzaranın tadını çıkarırken böylesine güzel bir yemeğin tadını çıkarıyorsunuz. Salı gecesi 47. kattaki barı ziyaret ettik. Piyanist ve şarkıcının caz ezgileri eşliğinde, hareketli gecenin tadını çıkardım. Otel bana olumlu bir deneyim yaşattı; aile dostu ve rahat. Bu oteli tavsiye ederim! Metronun karşısında yer alıyor ve Pudong Uluslararası Havalimanı T1 ve T2'ye doğrudan bağlanıyor. Yabancı misafirleri veya aile seyahatlerini ağırlamak için ilk tercih.

Burada kalın. Havaalanına yakın olmanız gerekiyorsa pişman olmayacaksınız. Ücretsiz Disney transferi ve havaalanı transferi. Otel yepyeni görünüyordu. 5 yıldızlı bir otelden beklediğiniz şey. Daha önce Yiwu'daki Marriott'ta kalmıştık ve fena değildi ama eski ve biraz bakımsızdı. Marriott adını temsil etmiyordu. Royal International ile çevrili bir yer. Beklentileri aştı.

We stayed in a Diplomatic Suite, and the experience was exceptional in every way. The suite was spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with impeccable service, complete privacy, and breathtaking views over Shanghai. Staying in the Jin Mao Tower truly gives you the feeling of being above the city — a unique and memorable experience. A special mention goes to **Cloud 9 Bar** on the 87th floor. This is not just a bar, but a place with a warm, cozy, and refined atmosphere where you genuinely want to spend your evenings. The panoramic night views of Shanghai, soft lighting, and perfectly selected music create an outstanding ambiance. The true gem of Cloud 9 is the singer **Nadia** and her friend. Their live performance, energy, and sincerity give the place its soul. Without them, the experience would not be the same — they are what make this bar truly special and unforgettable. Grand Hyatt Shanghai is a perfect combination of prestige, comfort, and emotion. Highly recommended — and Cloud 9 is an absolute must-visit when staying here.

Otel, Bund'a yürüme mesafesinde çok iyi bir konumdadır. Yer altı garajı mevcuttur ve park ettikten sonra doğrudan lobiye giden, park etmeyi kolay ve rahat hale getiren özel bir asansör bulunmaktadır. Otopark ücretsiz değildir, ancak otel 40 yuan tutarında bir park kuponu ve 80 yuan tutarında bir gecelik konaklama sağlamaktadır ki bu kabul edilebilir bir rakamdır. Odamızın penceresi Huangpu Nehri'ne bakıyor. Odanın tamamında üç büyük pencere var. Doğu'nun İncisi Kulesi tam karşımızda, gece manzarası çok güzel. Oda düzeni ve yataklar oldukça rahat olup, cumbalı pencereden oturup manzaranın tadını çıkarmak çok keyiflidir. Oda olanakları çok iyi, çok temiz, geniş bir masa ve çay içmek ve çalışmak için enfes çay takımları var. Giriş yaptığım gün doğum günümdü. Mağaza personeli giriş yaparken bunu çok dikkatli bir şekilde fark etti. Öğleden sonra düşünceli bir şekilde iyi dilek dilemek için beni aradılar ve bana meyve, bir şişe kırmızı şarap ve doğum günü tebrik kartı gönderdiler. . Beni sıcak hissettiriyor. Çok iyi bir otel, tüm aile için en iyi seçim.

Renaissance hotel never let us down, this one locates in the heart of New Pudong area, it’s reasonably close to Centre but less busy or crowded. It’s in a really beautiful area and gave you the aurar of luxury.  Hotel itself is beautiful, modern and most importantly, impeccably presented throughout. The front desk staff were very friendly and made us felt welcomed upon arrival. They then proceed to check us in promptly and most of our modest requests were met without any fuss - this is what 5* hotel is all about!  Once into the room we were again wow’d by the big, modern room and top notch facilities, we immediately knew we would have a great stay (which we did). The beddings were fresh and clean, towels, bath robe and slippers all provided in best conditions.  In the evening we checked out the swimming pool which our children loved (swimming hat required we had to purchase them at rmb100 each), following day before check out we all had great breakfast with a deal purchased via front desk. I’d say a huge thank you to Lynn and the front desk team whom checked us in and arranged everything we need for a wonderful time spent at the Renaissance Hotel, it will be my first choice next time I’m back in SH!  Ps, Lynn was so helpful even ordered takeaways for us since we don’t have local number (if you were to order uber type taxi, takeaway food etc you need to get a local sim) - the CS is out of this world good. And we got the automatic robot delivering them straight to our room

As a couple who has lived in Shanghai together for almost 10 years, with one of us also Shanghainese, we have been to a lot of the best places in Shanghai, and some of the more recommended places in about 20 cities in the broader nearby area. Nothing in the city or within several hours of high-speed rail compares to a stay at Ritz-Carlton Pudong. In Asia and indeed the planet, this impeccable hotel experience stands as an iconic example of old-world elegance and service. In addition, it also offers a unique view of both some of the most modern and tallest buildings and the city’s famed Bund riverside, home to a variety of art deco architectural masterpieces. We had the incredible good fortune to start our honeymoon at the Ritz in Pudong, and this last stay was our last honeymoon treat. As always, it was a spectacular experience that we cannot recommend enough. The most extraordinary part of the stay really is the staff, they are all world class people who go above and beyond to make the Ritz-Carlton Pudong such an exceptional institution in one of the world’s leading cities. Sincere thanks to the whole team for making this happen, including Cherryl, who made reservation delightfully effortless, Chris who helped us to our room, and Joey and Ruby who helped in the evening. Special and heartfelt thanks to the whole team who make the Club Lounge experience world beating: Eddie and Junita, who both lead by example, have a deep passion for the details that create excellence, as well as being just the nicest people. They are both incredibly inspiring leaders and professionals. Claire is generally excellent there but also was phenomenally helpful to get a bag back when it was left behind, we really apricated that. Jeramy and Vivian also are amazing, as are Club Lounge’s chef’s Joe and Austin. Sherry is a real star, attentive, sharp and so helpful. Last but not least, Helen, who was the first person to greet us after we got married, and fittingly the last person to help us create personalised room key cards with our wedding photo on it, and most recently a special photo of family from our honeymoon. Those keycards are really cool keepsakes, but making them is not as simple as you might think: the image is etched into the key, not printed, so the original photo needs to be translated by AI into an image that the etching system is capable of delivering, which is really impressive. When I showed my mom who lives very far away, even she was impressed with Helen’s work. Ordinarily we prioritise new experiences over more of the same, regardless of how comfortable and nice it is. But regardless of how hard we try, we have not been able to figure out a better way to celebrate our biggest moments than a stay at the Ritz in Pudong.

The hotel service is general thoughtful. We asked for medicated oil as my mum was not feeling well, but there wasn't one available. Instead of just saying no, the customer service offered to send us oil essence that would help to improve headaches and stress. And this really helped my mum to feel and sleep better. F&B service staff at Elements and Chinese restaurant were attentive and competent. Generally, we did enjoy our stay in this hotel. Pillows are comfortable and housekeeping always did a thorough job everyday. Views from our rooms are nice and we could see the light up at 6pm everyday. Check-in service could be improved. We had never been kept waiting to check-in before as every hotel we went to made sure the guests don't wait for too long. After waiting in the line for 30mins, I observed that the front desk needs to input alot of information for each guest. Maybe more efficient system and better process flow would help the staff and have less customers complaining. Everyone around was were dismayed by the waiting time. Note that whenever travellers arrive to check in, most are tired and burdened with baggage and want to settle down as soon as possible. Last thing we want is to queue for a long time to check in. Having mentioned that, I would like to give credit to the front desk staff. Despite the pressure from the sounds of grumpy guests waiting in the line, they still handled each guest professionally and attending to all the enquiries patiently. This is not easy. Also, your porter service could be improved also. There are more people standing at the concierge counter indoors, and usually only 1 outside. Which is something I don't understand. During our 4-day stay here, no one helped us at all. Even when we checked out, it was our driver who helped us with our bags. The bell boy chose to help another car who was checking in. Usually we tip bell boy but we had no chance to tip at all here. The corridor to the rooms are mostly carpeted so it is really difficult to drag our luggage. The lifts are spread out along two long rows and I have seen a lady dragging her luggage from one lift to the next lift, and then to the next one cursing because she could not reach each lift in time before the door closed. We felt tired too through our stay here, turning 360 degrees to look out for lift doors opening. We do recommend the hotel for a guaranteed comfortable stay here as it is near to many major shopping malls and attractions and restaurants.

Crowne Plaza Shanghai'da harika bir deneyim yaşadım. Personel cana yakın ve ilgiliydi ve konaklamam boyunca aldığım hizmet mükemmeldi. Odam temiz, rahat ve iyi donanımlıydı, şehirde geçirdiğim uzun günlerin ardından rahatlamak için ihtiyacım olan her şeye sahipti. Otelin klasik bir çekiciliği ve beni evimde hissettiren huzurlu bir atmosferi var. Ayrıca mağazalara, restoranlara ve ulaşım araçlarına yakın, elverişli konumunu da çok beğendim. Genel olarak harika bir konaklamaydı ve geri dönmekten veya başkalarına tavsiye etmekten çekinmem!

We loved our stay. The hotel felt much more renovated that we expected. The location is very convenient and the room is super comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite with amazing views. It was a nice surprise and a very comfortable setting. There were many nice amenities in the room and everything worked very well. The staff was lovely and even spoke a little english which isn't very common even in the bigger hotels in china. I'd definitely stay here again! Two improvements: 1) The rain shower didn't work well and the flexible shower was not adjustable. 2) We got a note that the hotel would bring food deliveries up to the room and there was a deliver robot. But after about 10 minutes since delivery, we went downstairs and found our food sitting outside at the delivery table and it was very cold outside. I don't mind picking it myself but the message was misleading. This service needs to be improved and the food delivery table should be inside during the wintertime so things dont get cold.
