Hotel com excelentes quartos, a comida é ótima e o atendimento muito bom, em especial jovens muito atenciosos, tais como na recepção: Joana e Bárbara. No restaurante: Beatriz, Daniela, Bruno e Paulo.
Tive a oportunidade de conversar com eles e sempre muito prestáveis. O Hotel tem um ótimo SPA, perde apenas por ficar no exterior e pela falta de ginásio.
Outra coisa que achei bom foi o WC, com chuveiro e muito moderno.

Impressive to look at if rather excessive in terms of gold decoration. Service generally very good. Breakfast tasty and sufficient. Comfortable bed. Let down by several small but annoying faults like poor water pressure, no extra toilet roll, flimsy stands in bathroom that easily fell over, difficult to open main door….

The hotel was very clean. The staff very welcoming and willing to help with anything. The beakfast was great and the decoration wonderful! Iwill repeat the stay in that hotel if I have the opportunity.

We had an excellent experience at the facility. The view of and the proximity to the ocean topped our experience. We loved it! We will stay there again! But...it would be nicer if more attention is paid to the cleanliness of the outside environment of the facility. The entrance area was unkempt. Please look into that. Apart from that, we had a great time. And it was close to everything else: restaurant, shopping etc.

This is a nice hotel, right on the beach. Although the hotel café might not have much of a menu, a two minutes walk is a very nice seafood restaurant.

Um refúgio muito acolhedor e com uma energia muito positiva. Desde o check-in ao check-out, fomos tratados com uma simpatia contagiante. Espaços limpos, bonitos e uma hospitalidade nota 10.

La ubicación perfecta, en el mismo centro. El hotel muy limpio, Las instalaciones, aunque tienen años están muy cuidadas. El desayuno muy normal.

MMisafir KullanıcıUn accueil très moyen, un manque de considération des véhicules qui figurent sur leurs parking. La vitre côté conducteur cassé. Une perte de considération pour les dommages occasionné pendant les vacances qui nous fait perdre 4 jours de vacances et annulé nos réservations de visite et autres loisirs ( une valeur de 500 euros en moyenne) plus l'obligation d'avancer les frais de réparation du véhicule.
Pour la partie ménages, il est irréprochable et serviable, très bon travail.

Aana_fortunatoAn absolute delight 😊 this is an incredible place in the middle of nature - the perfect place to unwind. The hotel has indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and gym (all free access). The outdoor includes a kids park and a bar/caffee. The breakfast is amazing 👏🏻

Also to mention the hotel staff which is very kind, nice and helpful. A special kudos to Alexandre which is an amazing person and always available to help.

SSaabFanaticThe hotel was able to accommodate a slightly early check in. The room itself was clean but the carpet stained.
Outdoor pool was under renovations and made use of the indoor pool and hot tub (make sure to reserve a time slot upon check in).
There is free parking on the street or in an underground garage that has a very steep ramp.
Breakfast was decent and had eggs, mushrooms, sausage, yogurt, and pastries. The coffee could have been better.

MMadalena Dias dos SantosFabuloso. Serviço e staff impecáveis, spa com piscina muito boa e aquecida. Sauna e jacuzzi incluídos no spa. O spa era de entrada livre para os hóspedes. Jantámos no restaurante do hotel e o chef merece uma estrela Michelin, no mínimo. Foi simplesmente divinal. O pequeno-almoço foi também muito bom. Que experiência imperdível, sentimo-nos como se tivéssemos usufruído de serviço de primeira classe nos anos 20. Todo o ambiente faz com que o hóspede se sinta numa viagem do tempo com todo o luxo. Os quartos são modernos e confortáveis. Já estive em muitas pousadas, mas estive num sítio assim que cumprisse todos os requisitos e que desse esta sensação de luxo perdido. Uma jóia por (re)encontrar. O melhor hotel histórico de Portugal. Voltarei muito em breve de certeza, pois não há nenhum outro palácio hotel ou pousada que se assemelhe a este.

MMisafir KullanıcıUn buen establecimiento en un lugar en la búsqueda de descanso, porque no cuenta con muchos servicios, pero sí, con una playa inmensa para deleitarse con un gran paseo Mándame alguna foto. Muy cerca de Aveiro, que es una ciudad que después de muchos años sin visitarnos, ha sorprendido para bien.
