Oda ve altyapı fena değildi, ancak çıkış resepsiyonu kasıtlı sorun çıkarma konusunda ustalık dersi verdi. Tek kişi için rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen iki kişi olarak giriş yaptık. The hotel is new, so the furniture is in good condition. The waiters in the restaurant are very helpful. The chef agreed to cook non-spicy food. When there was a slight confusion with the order, we received a compliment from the chef. The water in the pool is clean.

I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

White palace otelinde harika bir hizmet, arkadaşım bana bu oteli önerdi ve oda, yemek ve ulaşım hizmetinden memnunum. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği lezzetliydi. Güvenlik sistemi de mükemmeldi. Kesinlikle Uttara'da kaliteli bir otel.

We arrived early for our scheduled check-in time. Robin Edwards, the general manager, has given everyone instructions to take note of my two-day stay at the hotel. After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me. Because of the excellent customer service and concern that made my day memorable, I felt a little ashamed now. Overall exceptional cervices

Facilities totally spoiled, shower head, pipe hanger all broke, room small, smelly don’t matched with the price paid for at all. Not recommended

Had the most phenomenal stay at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel! The location is great and the hotel itself is very beautiful and classy, with thoughtfully designed rooms, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff, however, were the ones who truly made my stay in Dhaka memorable. Everyone here is incredible. I always felt like a VIP here and the staff were always willing to help me and ask how I was doing. Sajuti, especially, was so kind and helpful during my entire stay and I am so grateful for her. Shoutouts to Ayesha at the breakfast buffet, the outside security staff, and everyone down at the front desk as well.
