Spa İçeren Nagano ili, Japonya Otelleri

We have stayed as 2 couples. Here are our review: - The rooms were a bit small but still good enough for a 3D/2N stay. - The onsen was great and clean. After onsen, you should try to free massage chair. - There is a supply of towels daily, however some towels were slightly dirty. - There is an ulimited supply of pijamas and they are very confortable. - An evening drink and a morning coffee are inclusive, not the best tough. To sum up, we enjoyed our stay, it is only 5 mins walk from the main train station and rooms are good for 2 people.

It is an old classic hotel. Room is big, but bed is small (＜1m). Sometimes it is hard to find a staff who can speak fluent English. Breakfast is good, but lunch is overpriced. It is a ski-in-ski-out hotel for Cortina, so it is convenient if you stay in hotel for whole day. But road condition can be terrible in snow days. Many cars cannot get onto the slopes to the hotel from main road even equipped with snow tires.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture may be dated, but it retains the authenticity of the Japanese vibe. The room view faces a mountain. The hotel also provides complimentary snacks and alcohol btw 9am to 11pm. Suitable for people who drive a car. Recommended if you prefer a peaceful and calm location.

This is my second time staying at this chain hotel. Very happy with the hotel. Be it the friendly services, cleanliness and best of all the onsen that come with free ice cream and nightly supper.

The hotel is located quite far from Karuizawa JR station. There is a pickup bus service every half an hour outside the south exit of the station. However the bus is very small and can be quite full at times, causing people to rush onto the bus. It would be better if the hotel could set up a better queue-up system or adjust the frequency of the pickup bus service. By the way you can deposit luggage at the customer centre next to the pickup bus stop and have them transferred to the hotel for you. I thought the hotel did not advertise the service enough as it is very useful and effective in creating more passenger space in the pickup bus. Breakfast at the hotel is not buffet style, so went to the Prince Karuizawa West hotel to have breakfast instead. During non-peak hours the hotel offers individual transportation for free so that is definitely a plus. The Momiji hot spring is definitely a must-visit. Clean, modern, hygienic, exactly what I look for in a hot spring. Overall service is excellent.

Location is good if you like to shop at the outlet.  House keeping staff are good and polity.   They provide shuttle bus going and picking up from the train station, it is only 2times per hour, it takes about 10 mins (walking fast).   Onsen in the hotel is wonderful….clean and the staff are attentive.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful from driver to receptionist to cleaning staff. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. The pick up service to and from JR station as well as the snow house are a plus for us. Furthermore, the breakfast variety as well as freshness of ingredients are highly appreciated. They are nice enough to give me a ride after my checkout for picking my luggages back . Overall speaking , I will recommend to others of this hotel .

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Номер был достаточно просторный, чистый. Каждый день уборка, замена полотенец и халатов, частая смена постельного белья. Бритвы, зубные щетки, шампуни, мыло, шапочки для душа, чистые халаты всегда в свободном доступе около ресепшена. Вид из нашего окна открывался на горы. В отеле есть просторная, удобная лыжная комната. Каждому номеру выделяется шкафчик для хранения лыжного оборудования. Вентиляция хорошая. Сушки нет. В стоимость нашего проживания входили завтрак и ужин, которые нам очень понравились. Шведский стол. Выбор блюд большой, особенно на ужин. На завтрак можно выбрать омлет двух видов, сосиски, колбасу, рыбу, разные овощи, фрукты, сок, молоко, хлопья, салаты, супы, круассаны и т.д . На ужин вообще шикарный выбор блюд: сырая рыба, жареная рыба, тушёная рыба, кальмары, креветки, гребешок, свинина с овощами, тушёная говядина, курица, супы, салаты (огромный выбор), овощи (огромный выбор), национальные пельмени, разумеется рис и спагетти, фрукты, мороженое, пирожные и уже не помню, что ещё)). Спа в отеле имеет два онсена: первый - в закрытом помещении, второй - в помещении с открытым окном (есть доступ свежего воздуха, что очень приятно) и видом на гору. Так же есть сауна. Зоны отдельные для мужчин и женщин. Вход в бассейн за дополнительную плату (600 йен за взрослого), но кажется бассейн не работал. В зоне спа стоят массажные кресла, всего 100 йен за 10-минутный сеанс. В онсене предоставляются шампуни, кондиционеры для волос, гели для душа и лосьоны для тела. При отеле есть магазин, где можно купить сувениры, сладости, алкоголь, а так же аксессуары типа очков, масок, перчаток и прочего. На первом этаже есть прокат горнолыжного оборудования. Персонал очень вежливый и любезный. Расположен отель прямо у лыжных склонов и подъемников курорта Норикура. На трассах Норикуры было малолюдно, поэтому до самого вечера состояние склонов было отличное. Прямо от отеля отходят несколько подъемников, с которых можно спуститься по паре красных трасс и по трём зелёным. Комфортно новичкам: широкие, пологие, малолюдные склоны. Норикура соединяется с зоной Кортина, в которой так же интересно кататься. Общая длина трасс около 20 км. Рядом с отелем остановка шатла, на котором можно доехать до любого курорта Хакубы. Магазинов рядом нет. Отель не новый, мебель несколько уставшая, но это нисколько не ухудшило наше пребывание, плюсы отеля это перекрывают на 100 процентов. Очень рекомендую этот отель.

Lovely, simple ryokan on the Nakasendo Trail about a mile before Tsumago. Delicious dinner and breakfast and the staff is warm and friendly.

Nice neighbourhood, not easy to access. Main building is slightly old but great accommodation for a day or 2. There also onsen to enjoy by self booking at the counter.
