Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is located on its own private island, which made the experience feel exclusive, peaceful, and truly special. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect luxurious escape, and we can’t wait to return.

ANA was an amazing hotel, and our stay in Okinawa was absolutely wonderful! The amenities were top-notch and so relaxing, making our trip even more enjoyable. The area was beautiful, and the views from our room were breathtaking.   A highlight was PST Pizza, which was delicious and conveniently located right by the beach. The breakfast was really good and worth it. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to visit again!

Breakfast service warrants special commendation, offering a veritable cornucopia of culinary delights that catered admirably to diverse palates. From impeccably executed Okinawa classics to inspired international offerings, the gastronomic range was nothing short of remarkable. The quality of ingredients was patently evident in each dish, reflecting the kitchen's dedication to sourcing premium produce. The exclusive lounge service elevated our stay to extraordinary heights, providing a sanctuary of refined comfort accompanied by attentive yet discreet service. The curated selection of refreshments and light fare throughout the day ensured guests remained splendidly catered for between mealtimes—a thoughtful touch that exemplifies genuine hospitality. Perhaps most noteworthy was the exceptional staff performance across all departments. Room service was delivered with flawless precision and genuine warmth, whilst the housekeeping team maintained immaculate standards with remarkable efficiency. The front-of-house personnel displayed particular resourcefulness in facilitating car park tickets, navigating potential complexities with ease and ensuring guests experienced no inconvenience whatsoever. The Southwest Grand Hotel stands as a paragon of contemporary hospitality, where exceptional physical attributes are matched by equally impressive service standards. Their collective commitment to guest satisfaction ensures this establishment remains a distinguished choice for the discerning traveller.

I stayed here back in 2010 but there was a storm so didn’t get to enjoy much but luckily this time around the weather was nicer and a bit cooler out which was nice. The hotel is old but has a lot of history and feels like you’re in the rainforest. I recommend staying here if you don’t mind a bit outdated stuff unless they renovated most of it I’m not sure. Food is amazing as always and there’s many restaurants nearby to walk to if you don’t want the hotel restaurants.

星野服務一流，推薦騎馬，是很特別的項目，無邊泳池非常漂亮，周邊很多浮潛地點。小朋友們玩得很開心，星野的服務態度真的很棒，歺廳食物豐富，附近環境優美，唯一美中不足就是wifi 壞了，店方沒辦法修復，酒店即時提供換房，由於行李太多，我並不考慮，就算換了房店方收拾成本也不會低，建議加強設備管理，攜程也想盡辦法協調，衹能謝謝，我唯一一次想差評而因為星野服務很好改變主意，維持高評價推薦！

地理位置那麼好的酒店，難怪那麼多差評，其實這家酒店還是有很多優點，首先，酒店有海豚，海龜等很多稀有動物，而且還有這些動物知識的講座，在酒店中確實特別稀有，適合帶小孩子親子游。但是，這個巨大的優點對語言不通的中國遊客來説，意義其實也不太大。缺點主要是服務意識和管理，酒店完全不像日式酒店，可能是美國人管理的緣故，完全沒有服務意識，特別是房卡分很多種，不知道是等級觀念，還是種族歧視在作怪，完全不具備五星級酒店的平權思想。早餐種類也很少，對於這樣貴的酒店，確實很難説得過去。如果房卡是白卡，泡温泉需要收費，水上項目需要收費，海洋動物教育課也需要收費，也算是特別奇葩的酒店。

Başlangıçta iki gece kalmayı planlamıştım ama sonunda dört gece kaldım. Nikko otelinden sürekli olarak konforlu ve iyi hizmet. Otelin dört restoranı, Okinawan mutfağı, Teppanyaki, Batı yemekleri ve büfesinin hepsinde iyi yemekler var. Ayrıca cam teknede balık izlemek, kanoya binmek vb. birçok su aktivitesi de mevcuttur. Kendi plajınızın yanı sıra, çok uygun olan yakınlardaki ortak Grand Mercure Hotel'in yüzme havuzuna ve Zanpa plajına da gidebilirsiniz. çocuklarla birkaç gün!

Overall it's general! There are quite many activities in hotel, nice swimming pool , shops and kids area. As a hotel receptionist can not speak little bit simple English?! I think bottle water should be placed in room instead of guests need to go to take! It's very unconvenient to control the button of the light in room, and also it's quite dark in lobby.

This particular stay at LeQu Okinawa Chatan Spa & Resort became a genuinely memorable experience for one defining reason: Ms. Jacob at the front desk. Without her presence, this would have been a comfortable and well-designed hotel. Because of her, it became something far more meaningful. From the very first interaction, her manner was composed, perceptive, and quietly attentive. There was no sense of routine or obligation in her service—only a sincere awareness of the guest as an individual. Her professionalism was subtle rather than performative, and her warmth felt entirely natural. I have stayed in many hotels across different countries, yet it is rare to encounter a front desk professional whose presence so clearly shapes the emotional tone of an entire stay. In this instance, the quality and value of my experience were defined almost entirely by Ms. Jacob. It is because of this stay—and because of her—that I know I will continue to choose LeQu whenever I return to Okinawa. She embodies a level of hospitality that cannot be reduced to procedure, and her contribution deserves formal recognition. This stay existed as it did because of her. 今回の LeQu Okinawa Chatan Spa & Resort での滞在が、心に残る特別な体験となった理由は、ただ一つあります。 フロントスタッフの Jacob 様の存在です。 彼女がいなければ、この滞在は「快適で整ったホテル」にとどまっていたと思います。 しかし彼女がいたからこそ、この滞在は、より深く、意味のある時間へと変わりました。 到着した瞬間から、彼女の対応は落ち着きがあり、的確で、そして静かな気配りに満ちていました。決して形式的ではなく、一人の宿泊客として丁寧に向き合ってくれる姿勢が、自然に伝わってきました。 これまで多くの国でさまざまなホテルに宿泊してきましたが、一人のスタッフの存在が、ここまで滞在全体の印象を決定づける経験は非常に稀です。 今回の滞在価値は、ほぼすべて Jacob 様によって形作られたと言っても過言ではありません。 この体験があったからこそ、そして彼女がいるからこそ、今後沖縄を訪れる際も、私は迷わず LeQu を選び続けると思います。 彼女のホスピタリティは、業務を超えたものであり、ぜひ正式に評価・表彰されるべきだと感じています。 この滞在は、彼女がいたからこそ成立したものです。

The hotel is located near beautiful and clean Sesoko beach with marvellous sea abundant with great variety of fish. A perfect location for swimming and snorkeling. Sesoko beach and fantastic view thereof from our balcony has been a huge, but unfortunately the only advantage of the hotel. If you don’t rent a car, you have to be ready for the situation when you are unable to leave the hotel at all. It’s very hard to call a taxi either via Uber or even via local taxi app “Go”. The hotel staff does not provide too much help with this issue either, even when requested to book a taxi to the airport (to be fair hotel concierge finally managed to arrange a car for us, but it arrives 30 minutes late, despite our request being extended at least 12 hours before the planned departure). The hotel management is apparently aware of the transport inconvenience for their guests, but do not seem to care about that at all: they’ve chosen the easiest way “to cope” with the problem: just smile and say “sorry”. There’s another advantage of such approach for the hotel: if guests cannot leave the hotel easily, they wouldn’t have much lunch/dining choice other than having meals in the hotel. And here we come to another issue with the hotel: a very mediocre choice of dining options (no Japanese cuisine options at all) and extremely poor menu (with even poorer service) in the only available lunch venue. Breakfasts are below expectations as well: absolutely same food every morning (the only change from day to day: fried salmon/fried mackerel), no fresh fish/sea-food (we’re still in Japan, aren’t we?), almost no choice of fruits. Verdict: a very overrated hotel, pretty mediocre itself, but located beside the gorgeous sea.
