Splendid lobby on 13/F with best view in the town, convenient parking facility connecting to the hotel at a reasonable price ¥1,100 overnight, close to shops and train station, buffet breakfast with quality. Just need to ask for coffee set at reception, not provided in room and only have chopsticks in restaurant.

酒店要下午三點才能入內，之前的時間要整理打掃，之前衹有3點入住。還是第一次遇到提早到了不能進酒店的！服務人員不多，可能太忙了吧。不過房間還算不錯，晚餐也是送餐到房間，還有一箇中國女生服務我們，這麼偏僻的地方還有中文服務員倒是很難得。大堂有自助吧，飲料可以隨意取用。

お風呂と朝ご飯を目当てに2泊してきました。目的はのんびり休んでくることです。 お風呂は想像より狭くてお湯もぬるくてちょっと残念でした。期待が大きかったからかもしれません。 朝ご飯はこれも期待が大きかったからかもしれませんが、今は1でした。特に白ご飯が上手に炊けてないようで美味しくなかったです。致命傷かもしれません。その隣には醤油のボトルが20種類ぐらいあったりしてこだわりは見えるのですが、キーファクターが抑えられてない感じがしました。 お部屋はダイキンのエアコンがつけられてましたので、自宅と同じような感じでした。掃除も行き届いていて、連泊の場合は簡易メイキングのようですが、きれいに掃除していただきありがとうございました。 周辺には歩くとちょっと遠いですが、たくさん飲食店もあるので、初日は歩いて佐野ラーメンを2日目は向かい側まで10分以上も歩いて大陸食堂へ行き焼肉を食べました。 概ね楽しく過ごせた二日間ののんびりしてくる旅でした。

Overall is good in terms of food/facilities/services. Yumoto onsen bus stop is only 3mins walk away from hotel. The tatami room I stayed is spacious..just that it got smell which I believe it is due to lack of ventilation. Feel ok after i spray some air freshener.

first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with stunning views. The amenities, including the hot spring and restaurant, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

Vibes and services are top notch. Feeling very warm and cozy inside the hotel. And Fujiki chan kept saying thank you very much after each sentence is very cute too :)

１泊２日の短期間一人旅でしたが、部屋は広いし、湯加減もまあまあ良く、そこそこ満足できる温泉ホテルでした。何より一部の時間帯を除いていつでも温泉に入れるのは大変ありがたく思います。

打球去住的，沒想到很驚喜，餐飲很棒，房間也不錯，温泉也很舒服，服務也很棒。離高速出口有點遠，但不影響，適合自駕

Tout était bien, la chambre, les repas délicieux...c'est vrai que les réceptionnistes ne parlent pas anglais mais on nous a amené et déposé à la gare très gentiment !!!
