From Thailand guest I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect with a stunning view of the castle. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. I also enjoyed the heated pool, gym, and spa. The dining room is spacious and comfortable. For any extra services, the reception was always ready to assist. Highly recommended! Tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại đây! Vị trí rất đẹp với tầm nhìn lâu đài tuyệt vời. Nhân viên lễ tân rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Tôi cũng rất thích hồ bơi nước ấm, phòng gym và spa. Phòng ăn rộng rãi và thoải mái. Nếu cần thêm dịch vụ, lễ tân luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Rất đáng để trải nghiệm!

Front desk was helpful. Language barrier was a concern with limited english that the staffs could speak but they were overall friendly and helpful. Perhaps can improve on the room service menu as alot of items were not available during my period of stay. Cheers!

This hotel is new and singles itself out from the rest in the region. The rooms, public areas and service are simply great! The prices are super reasonable. Hoa Binh itself isn’t the most exciting town but it has a dam which is very worthwhile visiting.

The hotel staff from reception to cooking and cleaning were kind, professional and prompt. My stay in the hotel was comfortable and I would like to stay in SoJo hotels when I'm in Vietnam. The food was well made and the pho was delicious for breakfast. Its location on the main road was useful and there were ATMs, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and beauty salons within walking distance. It was also only a five-minute walk from the stadium.

西貢富壽酒店整體表現出色。酒店位置優越，周邊交通便利，購物、餐飲十分方便。內部環境優雅，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，能讓人得到很好的休息。工作人員服務態度熱情周到，辦理入住和退房手續快捷高效。此外，酒店的早餐豐富多樣，味道可口。不足之處在於部分設施略顯陳舊，但不影響整體入住體驗，是一家性價比不錯的酒店，值得推薦。

- Dép đi trong phòng rất trơn trượt - Tivi không sử dụng được - Bữa tối quá nhạt nhẽo và ít nếu đi trên 3 người cho 1 combo family đi kèm phòng . Thời gian để chờ đồ ăn rất lâu. - Đồ uống Coca 40k/ lon là quá đắt!

위치가 하노이 시내에서 1시간 이상, 노이바이 공항과 40분이라 접근성이 아쉽습니다. 하지만 그 점 하나를 제외하면 객실의 시설과 상태, 수영장과 오락실, 사우나와 스파(마사지)는 한국 관광객들에게 상당히 매력적인 요소입니다. 특히 직원분들의 친절함이 아주 감사했습니다. 날씨가 좋지 않을 때는 도보로 조식 식당, 수영장, 사우나 및 스파를 다닐 수 있는 본관의 객실을 추천합니다. 독채 풀빌라는 물이 차가운 계절에는 매력이 높지 않아 보이네요.
