"Otel, 15:00 olan giriş saati konusunda oldukça katı olsa da, aslında tam kapasite rezervasyon durumundan kaynaklanıyor Ve konukların temizlik için yeterli zamana sahip olmaları için 11:00'den önce çıkış yapmaları gerekiyor Bu, 2 bodrum katının da odalara dönüştürüldüğünü düşündüğüm 12 katlı bir bina 29 Temmuz 2024'te giriş yaptığımda ve Trip.com'da yaptığım hızlı bir kontrol, hafta boyunca tamamen dolu olduğunu gösteriyor. Resepsiyon personeli her zaman konukları karşılamaya istekli ve hevesli, örneğin metro ve yüksek hızlı trenlerle seyahat hakkında soruları yanıtlamak gibi ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapıyorlar El yıkama sabunu, kulaklık, çay, kahve yapma ve sıcak su gibi temel ihtiyaçlar lobi alanında mevcut. Genel olarak, burada geçirdiğim 4 gecelik konaklamam paraya değer bir durum Metroya yürüme mesafesi 500 metreden az."

"One of the most iconic hotel in Taiwan, especially the Grand Hotel - Taipei, elegant deco all the way from lobby to the room. The Grand Hotel didn't disappoint us, whether the facility, hospitality, entertainment, foods and scenic/view from hotel. Everything was excellent, hotel also have shuttle to nearby MRT station every 30 mins, both driver & staffs were very friendly and helpful. We also did the tour to west gate secret passage, the guide has lot of knowledge about the history and explained the background, history of how the Grand become today's The Grand hotel. We tried two of the restaurants on ground floor next to the lobby, they were both very nice & gave all flavors Taiwan has to offer. We would stay here again next time if we visit again & highly recommend for anyone to try at least once in your lifetime."

"Very near to Taichung railway station and bus station. In-house breakfast acceptable, breakfast time from 6.30am-9.30am. Self-service laundry available (price as per attached ) . Room is comfortable. I stayed here during new year eve, so far no issues with check-in/check-out/ luggage storage . Overall good stay."

Hemen karşısındaki Taipei Ana İstasyonu'na doğrudan bağlantısı olan otelin konumu, tatilci gezginler için rakipsiz. Şehirde ve yakınlardaki yerlere ulaşımı kolaylaştırıyor. Lobisi 7. katta yer alıyor ve otelin temiz, modern tasarımı ve özenli düzenini çok beğendim. Otel Olanakları • Mükemmel Konum: Taipei Ana İstasyonu hemen kapınızın önünde olduğundan, MRT'ye, hızlı trene ve otobüslere anında erişebilirsiniz; şehir içi ve günübirlik geziler için mükemmel. • Özenli Hizmet: Personel sıcakkanlı ve güler yüzlüydü ve bagaj muhafazası ve erken check-in (mümkünse) gibi taleplere hızlı bir şekilde yardımcı oldular; bu da konaklamanızı daha da konforlu hale getirdi. • Ekstra Olanaklar: Konuklar dinlenmek için lounge alanından, su dolumundan ve otomatlardan yararlanabilirler. Uzun süreli konaklamalarda ise çamaşır makineleri ve kurutucuların (ücretli) bulunduğu bir çamaşır odası da mevcuttur ve bu özellikle kullanışlıdır. Mükemmel konumu ve yardımsever personeliyle Taipei'yi keşfetmek için kısa süreli konaklamalar için ideal bir seçenektir."

"The AC is terrible, even you turned up the temperature but not working. As told by front desk, the central supply of AC dominates all rooms adjustment. Thus we got cold on second day.  And the shower head also broken, the big rain head was loose and easy to fall down."

"The first impression of the hotel was fantastic. The grand entrance with its high ceilings gave off a welcoming and elegant vibe. The lobby also looked stylish and thoughtfully designed, which set a nice tone for the stay. A special mention goes to the young concierge who helped us with our parking and luggage. He was polite, efficient, and made a great first impression. We arrived slightly ahead of check-in, which is strictly from 3pm. Thankfully, the hotel provides access to the Fong Room while you wait. The space offers free drinks, light snacks, games, and a seating area. It was a really nice bonus, not something every hotel offers, and genuinely enhanced the guest experience. We booked three rooms but only two were ready when we checked in. This was a lapse in service, particularly since there was no apology or gesture of goodwill. Honestly, it came across as unprofessional and slightly disappointing. Another observation was the inconsistency between rooms. Even though we reserved the same room type, each had a different setup. One room was missing the couch shown in the listing and didn’t have a tub, while another had a small coffee table instead. That said, the rooms were stylish and comfortable overall. The scented foaming hand soap really stood out, surprisingly memorable! Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable variety. Despite a couple of service missteps, we’d recommend this hotel to travelers looking to stay near Feng Chia Night Market."

"When we arrived in the morning, upon dropping off our luggage, one of the receptionists (woman with a bob cut) was extremely rude when I just asked what time we may return for check in. She rolled her eyes. The other staff are extremely kind, and one uncle even gave us recommendations on where to eat. The room itself is comfortable. The bathroom tiles retain cold, so bringing bathroom slippers is recommended. The comforter/duvet is extremely thick, so AC must be at max to sleep comfortably. The room comes with free thin disposable slippers, coffee/tea, tissue, shower gel, shampoo, and towels. There is free snacks in the lobby at night time (but they do not announce it). Free water dispenser as well on every floor and the lobby. Friday night also welcomes a small band who plays music and sings. They are very talented. It is in a prime location near the train stations, Liuhe Night Market, and a nearby Central Park. I recommend going to the park to see wild animals like squirrels and pigeons as shown in my photos."

"Luhe gece pazarına yakın elverişli konum. Otelin yakınında iyi güveç ve barbekü restoranları. Otelin hemen karşısında büyük bir market bulunmaktadır. Qijin feribot limanına 15 dakika. Havaalanına 30 dakika. Tek olumsuz yanı kahvaltısı. Ilık ve yumuşak yiyecekler servis edildi. Yiyecekleri daha sıcak ve daha lezzetli sunabildikleri sürece yayılmanın büyük olması gerekmez. Dürüst olmak gerekirse karpuz bile yumuşaktır."

"Hotel is about 10 mins walk from Kaoshiong train station. Room is quite spacious . Bed is comfortable and there is hot water dispenser and coffee machine. Only shortcomings is the roof which is only 2m and the wifi signal is a bit weak"
