"This hotel was a stop gap measure as our accommodation fell through and we needed something quickly. The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and not cramped. I had an ample twin room and the bathroom was spotless. Overall the hotel was fine just a little faded and in need of a renovation just for aesthetics."

Apenas ficamos confusos com a falta de equipamento para uso da cozinha, mas arranjamos forma. Bom pequeno almoço e funcionários muito informativos e simpáticos. Recomendo vivamente."

"Отличное расположение, хороший мой бассейн, рядом 2 типа бассейнов с морской водой и выход к океану, чуть подальше в 25 минутах пешком от отеля красивая пещера и длинный песчаный пляж. В отеле все были очень любезны, на день рождения мужа подарили бутылочку шампанского. У нас был панорамный вид из окна, он шикарен, комната 1003. Из недостатков я купила завтраки, но мой муж долго спит и поэтому завтракала только я, я просила персонал взять брекфаст бокс для мужа так как он уже оплачен, но это мне не разрешили сделать, в итоге все завтраки оплаченные мы потеряли, завтраки до 10:00 если ты рано не проснешься то не поешь, имейте это ввиду, в остальном все прекрасно , уборка каждый день"

"This was a very decent and affordable hotel — nothing fancy or luxurious, but it covers the basics quite well. It’s clean, efficient, and does the job for travelers looking for a simple place to stay. One of the best surprises was that if you’re lucky enough to get a room with ocean views, it really adds a lot of value to the overall experience. That said, there were some clear drawbacks. The room itself felt extremely tight, especially for two people with a couple of suitcases. There was very limited space to move around, which made things feel a bit cramped and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also quite small, and while functional, it lacked the comfort you’d hope for in a multi-day stay. One highlight was the balcony. Though the interior space was tight, the room had a good-sized balcony where we enjoyed golden hour and sunset views — that part was genuinely lovely and added a sense of openness and relaxation we didn’t get inside the room. The most significant downside for me was the parking situation. The hotel only has three official parking spots, which are always full. Given the area is busy and surrounded by in-demand places like grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and a laundromat, street parking is very limited and expensive. I had to park at a nearby garage, which cost 10 euros overnight. As for the rooftop, the amenities there weren’t particularly impressive — nothing that would stand out compared to more upscale hotels. But once again, the ocean and sunset views from the rooftop are stunning and give you a brief illusion of being at a five-star resort. All in all, this hotel offers good value for money, especially if you’re not planning to spend too much time in the room. It’s a solid base for exploring the area, as long as you’re okay with a few compromises in comfort and convenience."

"The hotel is in a great location - near to ocean promenade ( lido complex -15 mins by foot), restaurants , super markets . Breakfast spread was also good so was the views from room both city ans ocean view eoom"

"A beautiful beachfront hotel that is perfect for romantic getaways and a cheaper alternative, yet still luxury, to standard 5 star hotels. Location wise the hotel isn’t great as it’s very remote from the strip/city centre and taxi prices are not particularly cheap in Madeira. The rooms are spacious and stunning, well worth it with a great selection for the breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants/options for dinner. A lovely love band/musician plays every night which is also great. Overall a wonderful stay with much friendly staff, however if you are looking to do much sightseeing in Madeira, this hotel is not the best option unless a significant amount is left for travel."
