En büyük avantajı odanın geniş olması, Tokyo'daki bir iş oteli odasının 2 ila 3 katı büyüklüğünde olmasıdır. Banyo da çok geniştir ve banyo ürünleri güzel bir kokuya sahiptir. Pek çok banyo malzemesi mevcuttur, bu nedenle seçebilirsiniz neye ihtiyacın var. Duş başlığı açıldığında 3 saniye içerisinde sıcak su kullanıma hazırdır.Banyoda telefon ve TV sesini dinlemek için BSG anahtarı bulunmaktadır. Misafir odası temiz ve konforludur.Dezavantajı halının bariz lekeli olmasıdır, bu da misafirler tarafından uzun süreli kullanımın işaretidir. Yüksek katlardan bir oda ayırttım ama manzaranın sıradan olduğunu düşündüm.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, though the quality could be improved slightly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.

룸컨디션은 흠 잡을게 없을 정도로 깨끗했습니다, 날이 추워서 난방을 켜면 기계 돌아가는 소리가 조금 거슬렸지만 이틀째에는 익숙해졌네요. 역에서 가까운 곳에 위치, 잠옷은 리셉션에 요청하면 받을 수 있었습니다.

Great location, lots of great restaurants and stores close by. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. The staff at front desk are very helpful. I wasn’t super into the Japanese breakfast but they did have a good selection which changed most days. The rooms are a decent (for Japan) size. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

裝修風格比較陳舊。但酒店的服務出色。工作人員態度親切友好。客房服務也做得很到位，房間打掃得乾淨整潔，每天都會補充好洗漱用品。
酒店的餐飲中規中矩，早餐種類不算多，但能滿足基本需求。地理位置還算便利，周邊有不少便利店和小餐館，出行還算方便。雖然酒店裝修老舊，但優質的服務讓我的入住體驗加分不少，如果不太在意裝修，這裏還是個不錯的選擇。

This is by far the most tasteful boutique hotel to find near Tokyo. Love the decoration, modern chic. Rooms are small but most are the same near Tokyo with this pricing. it's very clean and breakfast is amazing. Also a Japanese bath!!! Shopping is just a stone throw away. Would come back for sure~!

酒店很容易識別，環境很好。不過晚上入住還是要注意，整體安全但JR線出後需要過馬路。酒店內部環境尚可，比香港酒店好中國酒稍店遜。對於日本膠囊與廉價酒店來說很超值，強烈推薦隔日前往川崎或宇都宮的旅客。

The rooms are a bit small but very comfy. The breakfast is which takes some getting used to but good. You get hot coffee for free and it’s directly at the train stations but it take like 45 mins to get to Tokyo center.
But all in all it was a nice stay :)

MMisafir KullanıcıA nice newer hotel located around 750 meters from the train station. It is located close to walking streets and some historical sites. It’s more of a business hotel so some of the rules are reflected in their approach. The workers are very nice although not too many English speakers. The lobby is nice and simple and it has many samples only available at specific times I believe 3 pm till midnight. The rooms are very nice, bigger or than my Apa hotels and big tv and comfortable bed. Comes with long hard almost feels like small rocks in pillow. Get a second pillow that is softer in the lobby subject to time restrictions. Lighting is ample and there is desk and chair. Bathroom is one of those deep tubs and spout that provides water to both sink and tub. Nice electric Toto toilet with lots of pressure. My only complaint about bathroom is low water pressure and at times I had not enough very hot water to fill the tub in less than 30 minutes and be warm. The towels are small. Get more towels downstairs at desk.
The room comes with a nice but not decadent buffet breakfast which starts at 6:30 till 8:30 unless you are there on a day it’s open till 9. Dinner is tasty but fairly bland. Everything looks nice but don’t come late because they don’t keep it well stocked near the end of hours. Mainly faux beef items and some grilled fish, funky eggs that change daily and sausage. There is good pastries but they do run low on them. Lots of marinated veggies, miso soup, low protein curries and soups. Coffee tea fruit drinks coke and sparkling water are available during meals and certain times during the check in time until say 6 unless there’s liquor out on weekend. Onsen is small but clean. Not maintained that often and closed from 9 am till 3 pm which is silly. Just clean it for a couple of hours like 2-4 am and leave open during prime time. Get a robe downstairs but don’t wear it nor pajamas to breakfast. No items in onsen so bring your skin products and Tahoe’s from the lobby. No seats for dressing nor drying your hair. No hair products or razors or shaving cream or brushes or combs in onsen. No extra towels so don’t forget yours.

MMisafir Kullanıcı4 Senior backpackers in Japan ”stumbled” onto this gem of a Japanese inn next to the Arakawa River. Less than 10 minute walk from the Kami-Nagatoro station and 10 minute walk to Nagatoro Station. We chose location due to proximity to river and start of river boat downstream river ride-sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown throughout our two-day stay. We were late in coming out of the mountains of Gunma prefecture (2 hour plus train ride away) and called the inn to notify and were subsequently told that this was no problem for check-in and supper. Fortunately we made up time lost and got to the inn earlier that expected and enjoyed the serene tree-lined river and men's and women's communal furo (shower/bath also in rooms) with outdoor views before dining. Then...we were overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the dinner! A real treat to get a 7+ course Japanese meal featuring the specialty vegetables and protein of the region! Upon departure we chose to walk with packs back to Kami-Nagatoro Station, along the river, but the proprietor had the Inn van ready and waiting to take us to the train station. The included breakfast's were also multi-course Japanese style, with regional specialties.
Granted, the hotel is somewhat time-worn, probably seeing its zenith in the 80's and 90's but all the facilities were cleaning, usable and safe. All staff went made a great effort to ensure that we were enjoying the locale and the Inn. This location, in our opinion is much more serene and ”touristy” than the main area surrounding Nagatoro station but is only 10 minutes walking from that action. If opportunity arises, we will return. The Saitama Museum of Natural is just across the street but this large and modern facility was not open on our late arrival and on Monday. We left on Tuesday morning, but wanted to visit this place also.

Tuvalet ve küvet arasında bir lavabo vardı, bu da ferah bir his veriyordu. Küvet de harikaydı, bacaklarınızı uzatıp rahatlayabiliyordunuz. İkinci katta 24 saat açık bir Lawson marketi vardı.
Geceleyin, oda katına çıkan asansör, misafirler dışında kimse tarafından kullanılamıyordu, bu da mükemmel bir güvenlik sağlıyordu.
Bu otelde kesinlikle tekrar kalmak isterim. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim!

AAlessia KyouyaBooked this place for a night, and was pleasantly surprise with the facilities and the hospitality given to us from the moment we checked in till when we left.
I love how even just a stay at this place, really made me feel relaxed and somewhat detox from its onsen bath to the breakfast they provided us. We were also given a choice to select 'pillows' each night we were to stay here; and extra amenities for onsen soak as well. On the night of our stay, we were also offered the 'welcome bar'; where we could mix & choose the selections of the alcohol they had set out (but only for a cup). However, the only downside was that there wasn't much to offer when we went there as i think the previous guests had poured most of the alcohol; so when we reached there were only empty bottles and 2 choices left to pick from. It'll be nice if the staff were able to top them up and allow all guests to have an equal choice of selection next time. Nevertheless, I really look forward to staying here again the next time i visit japan.

We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces.
Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste.
One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time!
Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again.

RReygiezelAll in all good but check in is so very late 16::00 afternoon then the check out is very early 10:00 in the morning that’s only not good if you are travel along time you need to rest but this is not good to the travelers but they have considerable reason if they finished to clean the room they give you have to check in right away before 4 of the time as the time for check in that’s only the main reason that not accessible ?but it’s recommended also to those want to stay near in station of train and bus , near convinience store and restaurants to eat .

The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.

Check-in is automized and amazingly fast.
Check-out is even faster.
The room was clean and has everything you need while being on a trip.
Also it seems it was possible to join breakfast, but I couldn't wake up this early so check it out by yourself
Thank you, I'll definitely recommend this hotel for everyone and if I'll go to Wakoushi again I'll 100% stay here again.
