Burada harika bir konaklama geçirdik! Mekan geniş ve şık, ama aynı zamanda inanılmaz derecede uygun fiyatlı; bu da her zaman bir avantaj. Daha da iyisi, konumuydu. Gittiğimiz etkinlik mekanına kelimenin tam anlamıyla kısa bir yürüyüş mesafesinde, bu yüzden ulaşım veya trafik konusunda hiçbir stres yaşamadık. Tamamen sorunsuzdu. Ve yemekler gerçekten çok lezzetliydi! Her öğün bir ziyafet gibiydi. Genel olarak, bütçenizi zorlamadan kendinizi rahat ve şımartılmış hissetmenizi sağlayan türden bir otel. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isterim!

Booked for a 3 night stay here as it was located close to the airport. 15 mins by taxi. All staff so wonderfully polite, Steam room swimming pools are gorgeous (i only booked for the hotel as it had a sauna). My initial idea was to find somewhere where i could help deal with the jet lag, relax, etc. Wow. It certainly helped. The pools are so clean well cared for. 1 of the pool life gaurds staff (Alex)helped my lady improve her swimming, he offered, that in my books is so very respectful, thankyou Alex. We are extremely fussy where and how we travel, even the sweet young lady crisha who was the towel, changing area controller was such a pleasure to talk with 1st thing every morning we visited, always a huge smile, polite, couldnt be more helpful. We had some lovely talks. We will return 100%. My lady and myself can not wish Alex and Crisha enough appreciation. Maybe the surest reason for our looking forward to return. Excellent. 100%. Oh, my only niggle, no netflix in the bedrooms, but, hey..

I book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair. 2. The wall got painted falling. 3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working. 4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it. 5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair). 6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay. 7. No fridge, and iron. 8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security 9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it. 10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi. 11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble. Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night. Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel.

I think its more near to Terminal 1 and 2 but quite far from Terminal 3. They are on renovation during my stay but nevertheless still they have a top notch customer service. They help me to ammend my book coz i put a wrong booking dates. Cant complain enough about the hotel also coz i just stay for a few hours here coz i have an early domestic flight. My room are quite good though i dont have the sleeper found in my room, maybe i just need to request and also no drinking glass in my room too.

My stay at Berjaya Hotel was very good overall. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, though it could use a few more local options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. It’s a great choice for both leisure and business trips — definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel.

Hizmet mükemmel ve odalar muhteşem. Körfeze bakan güzel bir manzaramız var ve yatak inanılmaz rahat, ayrıca gerçekten temiz. Dışarıdaki kulüp de oldukça etkileyici, ailemle unutulmaz bir deneyim yaşadık ve içecekler de çok lezzetliydi. Havuz da harika çünkü çocuklarımın eğlenmesi için mükemmeldi, 1,2 metreye kadar uzanan farklı seviyeleri vardı. Ücretsiz kahvaltı da beklentilerimi aştı, beklediğimden fazlasını içeriyordu ve tadı harikaydı. Genel olarak, çok unutulmaz bir deneyimdi ve en çok eğlendiğimiz zamanları şimdiden hatırlayacağız! Bir dahaki sefere tekrar geleceğim!

We were staying on Room 212, the receptionist & the bell boy (Joric) are friendly & helpful. The room was smelt mouldy as there was no window can be opened. So we must blasted the air cond on powerful mode to reduce the mold smelt. Air cond worked good & cold but there was no blanket on the room where we stayed. The noise came from Room 213 & the chicken farm next door. As they Rooster kept crowing from 01.00 am until we checked out at 11.35am.

Otel çok güzel konumu ,Terminal 3 hemen karşısı uçaktan inip kapıdan çıkınca hemen karşısı yürüyerek gide bilirsiniz.yeme içme hiç fena değil her kese hitap edecek mutfakları var.yediğm yemekler lezetliydi,manila ya bir daha gelirsem ilk tercih edeceğim otel..

Bu otelin konumu Poblacion'daki parti sahnesinin tam ortasındadır, bu nedenle içki veya partiyle geçen zor bir gecenin ardından eve gitmek istemiyorsanız, akşamdan kalmalığınız geçene kadar burada bir oda ayırtabilirsiniz.

Seyahatinizden önce dinlenmek için ideal bir yer! Ziyaretimizin tüm süresi boyunca her şey yolunda gitti. Dennis, check-in işleminde bize yardımcı oldu ve misafir ilişkileri müdürü Bayan Christine, erkek arkadaşımın doğum gününü olağanüstü özel kılmak için harika bir iş çıkardı. Tüm isteklerimiz tereddütsüz kabul edildi. Ayrıca, adı ”N” harfiyle başlayan bir görevli (üzgünüm, adını hatırlayamıyorum) yardımında proaktifti. Resepsiyondan çatı katındaki havuz bara kadar herkes naziktir. Ertesi gün uçuşunuzdan önce dinlenmek için mükemmel bir yer. Terminal 3 sadece 10 dakikalık kısa bir yürüme mesafesindedir ve bu konumdan kolayca erişilebilir. Asansör biraz zaman alsa da, genel olarak harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir; kesinlikle gelecekteki gezilere geri döneceğiz.
