挑了非常久的酒店，超一線湖景真的特別漂亮，一進去就被驚艷到了，房間裏的裝飾和用品都透出奢華二字，深色調的裝修非常有品質感。有24小時管家，隨叫隨到服務特別到位，我們出去以後幫我們打掃了衞生鋪了床，送了非常好喝的銀耳羹，一回去看着乾淨的房間真的非常舒服。因為時間原因沒有體驗到活動，去看了泳池和健身房，乾淨明亮，水温合適。早餐也很好吃，我們點了一個蘆筍鮮蝦，蝦肉是Q彈鮮甜非常新鮮，可選擇的品種很多。下次去長沙還會選擇，感謝各位工作人員

My recent stay at the InterContinental Changsha was an absolute delight and far surpassed my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the stunning lobby, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and impeccable professionalism, making me feel right at home. My room was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and featuring a spectacular view of the Xiang River. The little touches, like complimentary local snacks and high-end toiletries, added a special charm. The hotel’s facilities, including the sleek infinity pool and the exceptional dining options at the hotel restaurant, were world-class, with dishes that were as flavorful as they were beautifully presented. Every interaction, from the concierge’s tailored recommendations to the swift room service, reflected their dedication to excellence. The InterContinental Changsha made my trip unforgettable, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Changsha!

Exceeding expectation! We had two rooms for two nights. Also first time in Changsha. First-time stay recommended by a local friend. We never heard about this Chinese hotel franchise before this trip. This Crystal Orange was only opened in 2022 we heard and it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a treat with fresh fruits and local cuisines. We didn't know about every dish but liked whatever we tried. It was a comfortable stay. Our room service staff even left additional brew coffee supplies after the first day observation that we finished all the brew, very sweet. (There are many coffee stores in China than how I remembered from a decade ago but still a challenge to find real coffee with good roast I'd say. This hotel's ground coffee was the closest one to what we like back home). The location is great and easy to go by with either bus, subway or you can taxi all the time. Changsha is not an uber big city with accessible travel distance. It wasn't bad at all to go to nearby locations for sightseeing. For foreigners I would recommend setting up AliPay/WeChat Pay for transportation which was easier for us to get around in the city. We called taxi via the digital payment apps all the time.

Tingjian Suyu Hotel（Chang Sha） This is truly my favorite hotel throughout this Changsha trip, and a place that made me feel completely at ease ❤️ First, the environment. The hotel is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Despite being located in the city center, the sleep quality was excellent. I especially loved their custom-made pillows, which significantly improved our rest and made every night deeply relaxing. Second, the thoughtful details. From the unforgettable Changsha rice noodles at breakfast to the complimentary afternoon tea during the cold winter, every detail felt warm and well-considered ☕️. Third—and the main reason I would return—is the service. Every staff member was genuinely kind, attentive, and responsive. No matter what we needed, they were always there, making us feel safe and cared for—almost like having a personal butler at home. Lastly, a very special highlight: Since we were traveling in winter with lots of luggage, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel offers free luggage delivery to the airport ✈️. Thanks to this, we could fully enjoy our last day in Changsha without worrying about our suitcases at all—such a thoughtful service! If you ask whether I would come back? Yes, 100%. Absolutely incredible stay from the moment you step foot on the property and until you leave. The staff prepared a lovely card and gift in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel pool was a lifesaver during the 35+ heatwave. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from. Rooms are spotless, there are western TV channels and great soundproofing between rooms and to the street below.

The staff is outstanding, from the workers in the lobby, to Swank, to the staff at the lounge, and everyone at the reception desk. The service was exceptional, and hotel premises were excellent! The food and drink we were offered were also outstanding. In short, we would return to Changsha just to stay in your hotel again. Many thanks to you all!!

**Exceptional Stay at 236 FUNGEE Hotel – A Hidden Gem in Changsha** As a frequent traveler to Hunan, Changsha, I’ve stayed at many hotels around IFS and Wuyi Square, but traffic and congestion have always been an issue—until now. 236 FUNGEE Hotel was a refreshing change! Located just an 8-minute walk from IFS, it offers both convenience and peace. A huge thank you to Dong Cheng and Peng Peng for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable. We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning. A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart. We are more than happy with our experience and will definitely return for our next visit to Changsha. One of the best hotels I have stayed at Changsha. The location was near to the top shopping districts in Changsha (黄兴广场, 坡子街, etc.) so you can save on taking a Didi to reach these locations. The hotel lobby was very inviting with Mandopop music being played. The room was spacious and comfortable, with sufficient complimentary amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, comb, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper provided. The AI voice-activated (小度) room control system added an extra touch to the modern decor and best of all, the TV was working without having to download additional apps. Although the buffet breakfast did not have a wide variety, the quality of the food was decent for the price paid. They had items such as fries and fried chicken steak which were not offered even at hotels that charge a higher rate. To top if off, the hotel provided free popcorn and farewell gifts (moisturising cream, wet tissue) which was a nice gesture. There was a electrical trip late into the night on one of the days (guests who were already asleep might not have realised it) but the staff was on top of things and managed to restore the power within 30 minutes. Overall, I had an extremely pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone seeking a modern, clean, comfortable and well-managed hotel at a very reasonable price.

Great location, surrounded by restaurants and marts. Few metro stops away from most attractions and shopping. Subway is right at doorstep and railway station is just across the road. Room is spacious and clean, and has hot water. Front desk is helpful with directions too. Overall a great stay.
