"We booked this hotel because it is located near Changsha South station which is the arriving station from Fenghuang Gucheng high speed rail. It is a good location from the hotel to the international airport.
This turns out to be a good location for both as we managed to roll our trolley from the South station to the hotel easily and of course a call cab to the airport.
However, this hotel is far from city centre and costs more to travel there. So be better to stay around in the nearby shopping mall 吾悦广场 for dining.
Room is clean and tidy and well maintained and can match any 4 star above hotel internationally…"

GgaryongongWe had an awesome stay at the hotel! It looks absolutely gorgeous and bougie feel. We were treated very warmly by the very friendly staff. Managed to get a free upgrade to a room directly overlooking Xiang River! The only thing is that the metro station is quite a long walk away from the hotel. Breakfast has a good spread for sure but food quality can be better and food can be made warmer. Will you stay there again!

The view from the 86th-93rd floor is the best part; suggest to book a river view to ensure you get at least a partial view of the river and of Juzizhou. The room is quite large as well, with a huge bathroom. Shower in particular is really big. Also has a bathtub with a view as well. Facilities wise, there is a pool and a gym, etc. but not as high up as as the actual hotel. Then there are the hotel restaurants and bar, which unfortunately I didn't have time to try out. There is also the IFS mall below which has everything you need. For me given the price it's an amazing bargain considering prices for similar hotels in places like Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

When we booked the hotel, the staff was proactive in reaching out to advise us on the various room types - this ensures that what we've booked is as close to what we want as possible. Any questions/ request was answered promptly via WeChat. The hotel staff kindly changed to a higher floor room for us when we requested (we preferred the American design of the room at level 8 over the European design at level 7). Laundry was a breeze as the staff will collect the dirty laundry and send back to the room after washing/ drying. The location of the hotel is really good- a 3 minute walk to all the malls. Overall, recommended for a stay.

BB~We were upgraded to a larger room, which was a bit bigger! The hotel is next to the subway station, which is extra convenient. The breakfast is amazing, featuring a lot of choices and a lot of staff available to replenish the food. Unfortunately the water for the shower was not really hot, so we could not use the bath tub.

The staff prepared a lovely card and gift in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel pool was a lifesaver during the 35+ heatwave. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from.
Rooms are spotless, there are western TV channels and great soundproofing between rooms and to the street below.

MMisafir Kullanıcı1) We asked to help with luggage’s and the bellman asked: “Do you have a lot of baggage?” I said: “of course”. Unwilling to help. No greetings.
2)Front desk: no greeting when approaching. Instead we greeted them with a “Hello, we have a reservation”. No one even said hello after we greeted the staffs.
3) Confusing ticket system. Took a long time to get tickets for the nearby parks.
4) Amenities: Water wasn’t hot enough to take shower in the first night. Smoking smell in the first 2 days across the building. AC were not cooling down the room instead just fan blowing in the last 2 days. What are great way to save operating costs.
5) Check out: still no greetings, we greeted them and said thanks. No thank you from anyone from the hotel.
6) Dining: Chinese restaurant offers great services and foods. Breakfast service is horrible.
We paid and we thanked all the staffs, no one single staff said thank you. Except house keeping staffs, who are the only hotel members who are showing courtesy and respect.
Totally not recommending this hotel as the city has so many newly opened international branded hotels. This hotel is even worse than the InterContiental Changsha in terms of reception and concierge services. Definitely not come here gain. Bye Bye

MMisafir KullanıcıI was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.

Nearest MRT ”Railway Station” is 10-15 minutes walk away less than 1km. There's shopping mall right in front one of the Metro station's gate. Right next to hotel there are rows of convenience stores, fruit stalls, pharmacy, eateries where you can easily grab breakfast and lunch, mini bar/bistro to hang out, and best of all there's a native xingjiang/ningxia bbq lamb skewer store next to hotel. A must try.

MMisafir KullanıcıDespite accidentally booking as a female (didn't do enough research, even though it's kind of in the name), I still had the best time here. My partner and me booked a private room which was so cosy! The bed was so comfortable, there were teddy bears and I took the best bath of my life, overlooking the skyline of the city. Great interior design as well, we felt right at home.
Above all, this is a place where people are welcome as they are, with whatever they bring. I've rarely seen this in China. I wish there were more amazing places like this! Maybe don't book if you're a female, even though I was repeatedly reassured that I was welcome. But Cody: if you ever decide to open a Sishub, I'll be back! :)
