Great place to stay with its locality close to the subway station. We found the room to be equivalent to 5 star rating such as Sofitel & Pullman. The hotel provides excellent breakfast varieties that even Pullman hotel cannot match. The house keeping Ms. Hu exceeded our expectations by wiping and disinfecting our luggages, which was much appreciated after 2 weeks of travel in China. They also provide free self service laundry services, if required on level 5. The only downside we found is it is not a smoke-free hotel. You can smell the smoke odour as soon as you walk into the lobby. This applies to the room too. It really depends on your luck if smoker is on the same floor as at times I can smell smoke via the ventilation. For the hotel to achieve International standard, it needs to be a smoke-free hotel, for the sake of other hotel guests and their employee's health.

A tranquil oasis in the middle of Chaozong Street, a lightly gentrifying district that still retains the charm of hazy mahjong rooms and everyday life. The chef is top notch, the balanced meals are a healthy counterpoint to all of the spicy food. If you have the option to spring for a package that includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and late night - do so! The selections change daily. The staff all exude warm hospitality and go out of their way help with every whim, rewarding travellers that value independence and flexibility.

As someone from the U.S. who wanted to explore more about Chinese culture, this hotel felt like staying in a museum. You can see the history as you walk around from the architecture to the decor. As someone who’s not very good at speaking Chinese, the staff was very kind and accommodating, especially when using WeChat to to communicate my requests. I traveled with my girlfriend and the room we stayed in was spotless and super comfortable. The amenities provided in our room went above and beyond, making our stay feel more luxurious. I will say the free laundry service came as a surprise to me and is a huge plus with staying here. I’ve stayed at St. Regis Changsha, and I can definitely say the stay here is very comparable in terms of comfort. If you’re looking for a hotel with history, charm, and a location that makes you feel like you’re authentically visiting Changsha, then this is the spot to go to. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!!!

車位：酒店門口車位不多，可以停馬路對面。 點評：我原本預訂的房間在預訂前打過電話，也備註要求，但入住還是出現了問題，中間換了2次房間，但是值得一提的是服務很好，晚上我們到達的晚，酒店前台劉女士一直微笑耐心的在解決問題。早餐種類不多，我9：30下樓吃早餐，有些餐品已經涼了，唯一的葡萄汁也見底了，如果睡眠輕的人一定提前和酒店打招呼，有些房型會有空調噪音，第一次安排的房間淋浴室往外漏水，衞生巾反味，樓上一直咚咚咚的聲音，硬件設施存在問題，噪音音頻無法上傳。 位置：酒店門口有超市，離景點不遠，出酒店不遠就有地鐵2/4號線，比較方便，馬路對面有一家不錯的餐廳。 總體：服務很好，

We picked out Changsha Pushe Minsu for our trip in Changsha due to the location and also the appealing photos. When we were there, the rooms and environment were true to the photos. Their service is excellent and the staff were very meticulous to details. Special thanks to 小罗, before we arrived, we called up the minsu to check on some stuff and she was extremely helpful and polite. 小罗 even told us to pack clothes for the cold weather as there was a temperature dip. The staff would check with us every night if we wanted a dessert and what time we would be back, when we are back late, they placed the dessert into the thermo for us which was very sweet. I thank them for their great service which added many brownie points to our Changsha trip!

A Wonderful Family Stay at Jato Hotel in Changsha! My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

Great hotel, centrally located to everything! Easy access from the train station- it took less than 45 min to get from the train station to the hotel. About 1.5 blocks from the metro (about 8 min walk), this hotel was perfect for what we needed. It’s about 15 walk from the famous pedestrian street and other popular sights/ restaurants that you may want to visit as well. The room was extremely comfortable with everything you’d need. Our room faced the main road but the sound proofing was fantastic and you didn’t hear anything. While they offer laundry on-site, you actually just pass the laundry to them and they’ll return it you within 4 hours. Everything was very clean and the daily cleaning staff was great! The staff were fantastic, helpful in every way. When we arrived there was no record of our pre-paid reservation. They immediately called Trip to sort it out and checked us in quite quickly. I would stay at this hotel again the next time we come to Changsha!

Located just an 8-minute walk from IFS, it offers both convenience and peace. A huge thank you to Dong Cheng and Peng Peng for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable. We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning. A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart. We are more than happy with our experience and will definitely return for our next visit to Changsha. I really have mix option about this hotel so please read it all. The location of this hotel is supposed to be it's strength, but with my window close tight I was force to listen to Karaoke all night long. The music coming from the street down or maybe coming from the river-walk literally went on all night long until 6am in the morning. I couldn't get any good sleep. you do get the river-view and you do get the convenience of the location being close by the city-walk. But you wouldn't expect the noisy level all night for a 5 star hotel. The price is good, probably the lowest in town for a 5 star with a great location. room and bathroom was large size and overall clean. unreasonable crowded lobby with appears to me non hotel guests. also elevator was slow and dumb which the hotel already knew and there were notes in room that addresses the issue. But the most unreasonable problem I had was with the self-served laundry facility. The hotel had 3 sets of washer/dryer. I was able to secure 1 washer and washed my clothes. After my clothes were washed all the dryer was occupied and in-use. So I took my WET clothes back to my room and waited out the timer that was on the 3 dryers and set my alarm so I can come back use the dryer when time is up. My alarm goes off and I was back in the laundry room and the 3 dryer machine had their timers adjusted and drying time was being extended. 1 dryer was occupied by 1 guest and other TWO dryers in use by the 1 same user (there were notes on the machines that indicates which room guest are using each machine). So I set my alarm again and went back to my room with my wet clothes trying to wait it out. Time is up and I went to check on the dryers, while approaching the laundry room I saw a staff coming out from it. And when I went into the laundry room the dryer's timer have been extended and occupied by the same people. I was frustrated and angry, so I went to the hotel front lobby to report the issue hoping to get a solution. the front lobby acknowledge that it was their staff that is helping the other room guest extending the timers and taking care their laundry. WELL its self-sever laundry so the staff shouldn't have done that and if they wanted to provide service and change the usage rules then they should give an opportunity for other guests to use the machines too. ESPECIALLY one of the guest is using TWO machines at the same time. Shouldn't the staff stop one machine and let me/others guest use it and when we are done that guest can hog up two machines again. But, no, front lobby attendant insist that guest can use two machines until their clothes are dry/done. WHAT?! so I ask, if a guest hogs up 3 machines at the same time and use it for 10 hours straight other guest should just wait or not be able to use the laundry? Her solution for me was to leave my clothes in the laundry and when the other guest clothes are dry and the staff will help to put my clothes in the dryer for me. WHAT, NO. first hygiene issue I don't want anyone else to touch my washed clothes. second, what if my clothes were missing, like a sock or something. by then, an apology don't turn things back and it's called a self-served laundry for a reason. It was like 3am, in the end I didnt get to dry my clothes. I had to pack up my simi wet clothes the next day to check out with lack of sleep. I brought to the manager's attention about the ordeal I went through during check out and she apologized for what I went through the night. She authorized a partial credit refund for my stay, so please keep in mind I gave 2/5 for service because she brought it back. otherwise, the service would have been 0 or 1 star. The cleanliness ad aesthetic was top-notch, from the lobby to the room. Everything felt fresh, tidy and well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to help. Despite having hotel robots for convenience, they never hesitated to personally help with delivering parcels or food, when the hotel robots were busy, which made the experience feel warm and human. Another plus point is that you can add them on WeChat for easy communication, enquiries, requests or arranging deliveries— quite convenient and efficient. Definitely recommended!
