"This is the second time i come here to this hotel , and it won’t be the last time, there may be other hotels with similar or better views, but the service of the girl in the reception is the reason why i will always choose the Siman luxury hotel, she is so friendly so helpful so kind so serviable so professional , makes me feel home , i live in changsha i don’t need a hotel to stay the night, but whenever i need to feel home i come to this hotel thanks to her she is one of the best receptionists that all the hotels need , that girl deserves the best , and i love this hotel as long as she’s here , but the hotel it’s self is beautiful calm and comfortable clean and everything is in the order as well ❤️"

"Stayed at Changsha Fungee Hotel at Huangxing and loved its unbeatable location and welcoming staff. Check in and check out were quick and smooth, and the hotel had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nearby, the bars Bar Plays and Firefly are worth a visit. The neighborhood is perfect for late night strolls, with the metro just a five minute walk away. IFS Mall sits within ten minutes, while Wuyi Street and Old Taiping Street are a bit farther but easily reachable on foot. Huangxing Street is right around the corner, plus convenience stores like Lawson and 7 Eleven are everywhere for convenience."

"I really have mix option about this hotel so please read it all. The location of this hotel is supposed to be it's strength, but with my window close tight I was force to listen to Karaoke all night long. The music coming from the street down or maybe coming from the river-walk literally went on all night long until 6am in the morning. I couldn't get any good sleep. you do get the river-view and you do get the convenience of the location being close by the city-walk. But you wouldn't expect the noisy level all night for a 5 star hotel. The price is good, probably the lowest in town for a 5 star with a great location. room and bathroom was large size and overall clean. unreasonable crowded lobby with appears to me non hotel guests. also elevator was slow and dumb which the hotel already knew and there were notes in room that addresses the issue. But the most unreasonable problem I had was with the self-served laundry facility. The hotel had 3 sets of washer/dryer. I was able to secure 1 washer and washed my clothes. After my clothes were washed all the dryer was occupied and in-use. So I took my WET clothes back to my room and waited out the timer that was on the 3 dryers and set my alarm so I can come back use the dryer when time is up. My alarm goes off and I was back in the laundry room and the 3 dryer machine had their timers adjusted and drying time was being extended. 1 dryer was occupied by 1 guest and other TWO dryers in use by the 1 same user (there were notes on the machines that indicates which room guest are using each machine). So I set my alarm again and went back to my room with my wet clothes trying to wait it out. Time is up and I went to check on the dryers, while approaching the laundry room I saw a staff coming out from it. And when I went into the laundry room the dryer's timer have been extended and occupied by the same people. I was frustrated and angry, so I went to the hotel front lobby to report the issue hoping to get a solution. the front lobby acknowledge that it was their staff that is helping the other room guest extending the timers and taking care their laundry. WELL its self-sever laundry so the staff shouldn't have done that and if they wanted to provide service and change the usage rules then they should give an opportunity for other guests to use the machines too. ESPECIALLY one of the guest is using TWO machines at the same time. Shouldn't the staff stop one machine and let me/others guest use it and when we are done that guest can hog up two machines again. But, no, front lobby attendant insist that guest can use two machines until their clothes are dry/done. WHAT?! so I ask, if a guest hogs up 3 machines at the same time and use it for 10 hours straight other guest should just wait or not be able to use the laundry? Her solution for me was to leave my clothes in the laundry and when the other guest clothes are dry and the staff will help to put my clothes in the dryer for me. WHAT, NO. first hygiene issue I don't want anyone else to touch my washed clothes. second, what if my clothes were missing, like a sock or something. by then, an apology don't turn things back and it's called a self-served laundry for a reason. It was like 3am, in the end I didnt get to dry my clothes. I had to pack up my simi wet clothes the next day to check out with lack of sleep. I brought to the manager's attention about the ordeal I went through during check out and she apologized for what I went through the night. She authorized a partial credit refund for my stay, so please keep in mind I gave 2/5 for service because she brought it back. otherwise, the service would have been 0 or 1 star. "Ailemizle birlikte Changsha'ya geldiğimizde bu oteli seçtik. Konumu mükemmeldi, metro istasyonunun hemen yanındaydı, bu da taksi bulmayı kolaylaştırıyordu. Alt katta bir Chayan çay dükkanı var ve çeşitli turistik yerlere ulaşmak çok kolay. Oda da çok temizdi. "The hotel close to South Changsha High Speed Railway and hotel service 1 round service to drop you at railway station. Breakfast is ok, the boiled rice is tasty with soy sauce."

"Overall, it was good for me. The room type that we chose is just standard for us. The lady from the front office actually recommended that we can upgrade the room as we brought 4 big pieces of luggage, but we were okay with the one we booked. If you arrived earlier, you can actually store your luggage in the hotel earlier. I don’t have the picture of the place and my room, but I guess this is a refurbished apartment that has been turned into a hotel/inn. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes right below the apartment. The food and drinks here are delicious and nice. The lady from the front office was friendly too!"

"This place was great, it delivered everything paid for an the staff was super friendly by upgrading us since it was our honeymoon. They gave us a bigger better room and snacks that turned out to be the best we tried in our Hunan Region experience. The location is unbeatable, so you will have no issues getting there and from there to any place you like. Super recommended!"

"Excellent location. Reception is on the 6th floor, breakfast and afternoon tea also served on the 6th floor. Rooms are on 4th, 5th and 6th floors. I booked 3 same type of rooms and they upgraded 1 room which is facing the street, a bit noisy in the night with vehicles honking till around 11 pm or so. View was only looking at the IFS building. Room was ok spacious but no luggage racks to put them up. We put our big bag on the couch and the small one on the table. I like the toilet where there’s a sanitizer that you could use to wipe the toilet seat, also in public toilet on 6th floor. We received excellent services from when we checked in till check out. Check in staff 小梅explained things in details to us. The staff 荔枝姐姐 provided caring service during our afternoon tea and whenever we sat there to talk, if she was on duty, she would bring us the free lemon tea. Breakfast has bread, yogurt, fruits, and Chinese style breakfast. My 2 friends had to share the bed and wanted a blanket each so we called housekeeping. When they came with the blanket, they didn’t just pass it to them, but made the bed for them. Praise! Another excellent thing was, you could leave your dirty clothes (no socks, no underwears) at the reception in the morning, and they will wash, dry, fold and you go and pick it up after you come back in the night. Upon check out, the staff asked if we needed more bottle water and gave us a bag of goodbye gifts, which had 2 eye masks, 2 wet towels and a snack. Highly recommend this hotel even though it was a bit hard to get off the didi as there isn’t really a good spot to stop. We got dropped off in the middle of the road and had to call didi to the HSR station in the middle of the road as well. First time experiencing this."

"Room was modern and clean with great ducted heating. Can check in early for an additional fee if you wish. Daily housekeeping provided everyday, microwave, washing machine, dryer and detergent free for guest use. Lots of good local food on both streets either side of the building. The room had floor to ceiling windows that opened to the outside hallway so you couldn’t have them open which meant no natural light. Girl at reception (day/morning time) was unfriendly and seemed annoyed anytime you asked for help."
