簡直就是住到了人生酒店 很久沒有對哪個城市或酒店產生過驚喜和興趣 長沙一秒愛上！！！ 這家酒店隨手刷到的，住後我覺得完爆北京王府半島和上海文華東方這些。（不要槓我） 謝謝五月天，讓我來到未曾感知過的城市和體驗 如果不是來看五月天，我永遠不會主動產生來長沙的念頭 也就失去了探索這裏的機會 更奇妙的是，無處不在的wmls總是會給人驚喜 酒店包含一份旅拍服務，攝影師竟然是wmls，老師的老婆也是wmls，老師們的娃也是五二代老師 拍完激動得聊了半個小時，緩解了昨晚自己看5525的戒斷感覺，尤其是和老師聊到，他們幾個五十歲老頭這樣高強度地開演唱會，真的看一場少一場，好感動啊啊啊！！！ 總之，推薦這家酒店，推薦酒店的攝影師大黃老師

As someone from the U.S. who wanted to explore more about Chinese culture, this hotel felt like staying in a museum. You can see the history as you walk around from the architecture to the decor. As someone who’s not very good at speaking Chinese, the staff was very kind and accommodating, especially when using WeChat to to communicate my requests. I traveled with my girlfriend and the room we stayed in was spotless and super comfortable. The amenities provided in our room went above and beyond, making our stay feel more luxurious. I will say the free laundry service came as a surprise to me and is a huge plus with staying here. I’ve stayed at St. Regis Changsha, and I can definitely say the stay here is very comparable in terms of comfort. If you’re looking for a hotel with history, charm, and a location that makes you feel like you’re authentically visiting Changsha, then this is the spot to go to. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!!!

We picked out Changsha Pushe Minsu for our trip in Changsha due to the location and also the appealing photos. When we were there, the rooms and environment were true to the photos. Their service is excellent and the staff were very meticulous to details. Special thanks to 小罗, before we arrived, we called up the minsu to check on some stuff and she was extremely helpful and polite. 小罗 even told us to pack clothes for the cold weather as there was a temperature dip. The staff would check with us every night if we wanted a dessert and what time we would be back, when we are back late, they placed the dessert into the thermo for us which was very sweet. I thank them for their great service which added many brownie points to our Changsha trip!

My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

My recent stay at the InterContinental Changsha was an absolute delight and far surpassed my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the stunning lobby, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and impeccable professionalism, making me feel right at home. My room was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and featuring a spectacular view of the Xiang River. The little touches, like complimentary local snacks and high-end toiletries, added a special charm. The hotel’s facilities, including the sleek infinity pool and the exceptional dining options at the hotel restaurant, were world-class, with dishes that were as flavorful as they were beautifully presented. Every interaction, from the concierge’s tailored recommendations to the swift room service, reflected their dedication to excellence. Great hotel located along a bustling street. As it is a pedestrian street, do note that cars aren't allowed to enter and stop directly infront of the hotel. There is some distance to walk from the main street to the hotel but it isn't a long stretch. Design and vibe of the place is impeccable, I am thoroughly pleased with it. However the room I stayed in did feel abit stuffy at times, as there weren't any windows towards the outdoors. Not a major issue overall. There was a small ventilation window towards the corridor. Tastefully designed. There was a bright light emitting from the smart toilet that unfortunately shone brightly towards the sleeping area and when we switched off the lights in the room, it was like a beacon in the dark. Very distracting. We tried to cover it up but couldnt entirely remove the brightness of it. It was really unfortunate placement of things I suppose, and the layout of the room. I believe it doesn't happen for all rooms so perhaps it was just the layout of this room. Amenities were good and sufficient. No full length mirror sadly. The staff were kind and helpful, we asked to leave our luggage there 2days prior and they were ok to keep it for us. They also helped keep delivery parcels for us. They also have a wechat contact and are prompt to reply to texts and enquiries. We also had some issues with a delivery item arriving late after had left and the staff were so helpful and accommodating as we texted over wechat to coordinate the return pick up of the item. Really grateful for their help and service attitude. Overall great experience and would definitely consider coming back again!

酒店會出大山裡，環境十分好，特別表揚酒店飯菜做工十分精美，味道也很好，但是住的是樹屋不停地會有臭蟲爬進來，並且是門窗全部關好，應該是空調或者通風系統爬進來的，希望酒店能夠處理這個問題，怕蟲的睡不踏實。

Absolutely incredible stay from the moment you step foot on the property and until you leave. The staff prepared a lovely card and gift in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel pool was a lifesaver during the 35+ heatwave. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from. Rooms are spotless, there are western TV channels and great soundproofing between rooms and to the street below.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable. We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning. A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart. We are more than happy with our experience and will definitely return for our next visit to Changsha.
