I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the property. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Excellent location near the mall and great staff. Cons: Breakfast was hit-and-miss. The pool is small in both area and depth. Was great to see all the functions as you enter and leave the lobby, ie. Weddings, Debut, etc Overall a great stay for touring the city or for a longer stay if the cons aren't an issue.

Seda ticks all these boxes. The whole place was clean, the room was immaculate, and I love the desk in the room! Plus, the staff were very friendly and were ready to assist. Seda Abreeza has become my preferred hotel in Davao.

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of tasty Filipino and international dishes. Although the air conditioning took a while to cool the room and some areas looked a bit old, the overall experience was relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Davao for business or leisure.

Really happy with our stay at Park Inn Davao, the unit was tidy and we love how it’s adjacent to SM mall. The staff was accommodating and we will come back again!

Pros - clean comfortable room - near the cost line with view over the channel - super polite staff - great family pool area - used to the place being full so it’s organised extremely well - 24 hour room service Cons - no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis - No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way. - loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures) - bird poo all over the windows (see pictures) - breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food. A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

The hotel is in a very good location. There were too many ladies at the reception area. However, there was only one person at the Concierge, check in and pickup of luggages took awhile. The food was not that great since had limited choices. But the food servers gave very good service.
