The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

Great location right outside Universal Studios and Citywalk. Nice big rooms with great view of theme park. Staff very accomodating holding bags the day of checkout. Would stay here again.

My room was very clean, and much larger than expected… a pleasant surprise!I I lucked out with a corner unit, and the view facing the ferris wheel and Kansai airport beyond was stunning. The room appeared recently renovated and was  appointed with toiletries and drinking water. Perfect walking distance to outlet shopping and local attractions. Would be nice to haves: Room service, and clearer shuttle transportation instructions from the airport to the hotel.

Next to the JR Universal City station offers easy access to the Universal Studios. Check in on the second floor and the view from the spa rest area at the top floor is excellent. Sky spa on the highest floor is very good with an outdoor pool and a sauna. TV in the rooms provide an overview of how crowded the Sky Spa is.

Good hotel with spa with mediocre services.  The room was neat, clean and feeling new.  However, staffs are not familiar with English, not even talking Mandarin. Using the translator with poor voice input was troublesome and sometimes it interpreted wrong meanings. Room service if missed will not be provided again on that day. Also, there were many spa-only visitors simply lying on the spa floor.  Parts of the male spa were under construction and one night there were no 40 degree Celsius or higher pool as they were all under cleaning at the same time. The ground of the spa was very slippery, mostly because many visitors did not bother to rinse themselves well after using the conditioner. The breakfast buffet is good in terms of food choices and environment. But I dislike the scrambled eggs, which had a texture tasted awful.

Deneyimden gerçekten çok etkilendik. Giriş yaptığımız gün sistem bozuldu ve giriş yapmak için en az 30 dakika sıra bekledik. Personel bizi odamıza kadar eşlik etmek zorunda kaldı çünkü bize verilen oda anahtarı çalışmıyordu ve personel kapıyı açmak zorunda kaldı. Dolayısıyla, hamamı kullanacaksak lobiye inip personelden bizi odamıza geri göndermelerini istememiz gerekiyordu. Ücretsiz servis otobüsüne gelince, rezervasyon yaptırmak istediğimiz zaman tamamen doluydu ve ertesi sabah trene binmek zorunda kaldık. Şubat 2025'te kaldığımız ve havaalanına yürüme mesafesinde olan diğer otele kıyasla, tek iyi yanı bu otelin daha yeni olması.

Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

Sayaç hizmeti personeli, kendi kendine check-in işleminde yardımcı olmak konusunda oldukça isteklidir! İyi ve özenli hissettiriyor💕 Oda ferah ve tuvalet ve banyo geniş 👍 Klima sıcaklığı ve hava hacmini ayarlayabilir ~ merkezi bir klimadır Manzara harika!  Otelin 16 katında 4 adet ekspres asansör bulunmaktadır. Kalabalık nedeniyle asansörün yavaşlaması ve asansör için sıra beklemek zorunda kalmanız konusunda endişelenmenize gerek yok! Gerçekten uygun! Yağmur yağdığında ödünç alınacak çok sayıda şemsiye var Caddenin karşısında çok ucuz ve uygun maliyetli eczaneler ve 24 saat açık büyük süpermarketler var! Açık büfe kahvaltı büyük bir restoranda verilmektedir. Pek çok pişmiş ve çiğ salata çeşidi vardır~Süper tatmin edici👍~Süper tatmin edici! Check-in yaptığınızda doğrudan ücretsiz havaalanı servis otobüsüne rezervasyon yaptırabilirsiniz. Otobüsün doğrudan uluslararası terminale ulaşması 10 dakika sürer. İçeri girer girmez doğrudan check-in yapabilirsiniz. Gerçekten kullanışlı!

Otel, Osaka'nın merkezindeki Dotonbori'ye, Nankai Namba İstasyonu'na ve Kintetsu Nihonbashi İstasyonu'na, özellikle de çeşitli günübirlik turların kalktığı Tsurutontan Soemoncho Şubesi'ne çok yakındır. Konumu mükemmel. Otelin hemen yanında bir Family Mart ve bir Lawson marketi var ve yakınlarda birçok restoran bulunuyor. Otel temiz ve düzenli, personel ise güler yüzlü. Odalar, Japon otellerinde tipik olduğu gibi büyük olmasa da, rahat bir konaklama için tam doğru boyutta. Temiz, bol prizli ve buzdolabı, tuvalet, hava temizleyici ve nemlendirici ile tam donanımlı. Banyo duşunda güçlü su basıncı var, bu da bir gün süren keşiften sonra rahatlamak için harika bir duş imkanı sunuyor. Banyo havalandırma fanının iki ayarı var ve klima sessiz çalışıyor. Hatta her gün kapıya yeni bir havlu demeti astılar, bu da konaklamayı tamamen konforlu hale getirdi. Osaka ziyaretiniz için bu oteli şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

The stay at Oriental Hotel Universal City was pleasant overall. The location is excellent and the staff were courteous and professional. However, the shower water pressure was weak, and the toilet lid had visible stains, which was unexpected for a hotel of this class. Overall, still a good experience.
