Free shutter bus to & from airport is excellent but we waited for 45 minutes for the shutter, kind of disappointing when the schedule mention the shutter will come every 30 minutes. Room is clean & big, toilet is clean with complete amenities.Shower water pressure is strong!!

Oda oldukça sıradandı; bir Japon oteline benzemiyordu, daha çok eski, üç yıldızlı bir yerli otele benziyordu. Odada küf kokusu vardı. Geniş hamamlar oldukça güzeldi ve giriş ücretsizdi. Yerli hamamlarda olduğu gibi, yemek ve dinlenme alanlarının bulunduğu bir dinlenme alanı da vardı. Otel oldukça uzak ve karanlıktı ve uzun süre aradıktan sonra beğendiğim bir restoran bulamadım. Sonunda otel girişine yakın bir Tay restoranında karar kıldım. Bu restoranı tavsiye etmem; yemekler berbattı, pahalıydı ve porsiyonlar küçüktü. Genel olarak, uçağa binmeyecekseniz bu oteli tavsiye etmem.

HABITAのお部屋はとても綺麗で、周辺の施設も充実していて、のんびりできました。 チェックインしてから、目の前にある温泉施設でゆっくりお風呂に浸かり、ご飯を食べて、夜はお部屋にあるプロジェクターで映画を楽しみました。 向かい合わせにならないお部屋だったので、周りも気にならず、外にあるハンモックでゆらゆら。 初めてホテルを楽しむ旅行になったと思います。 観光地は特に周りにはないので、宿泊施設を楽しむとなったら、もう少し早い時間にチェックインできると嬉しいなと思います。

Otelden deniz manzarası çok güzel, tüm personel de çok sıcakkanlı ve profesyoneldi. Özellikle bir teşekkürü hak eden durum ise şuydu: Tokyo'dan Hokkaido'ya uçuşumun kötü hava koşulları nedeniyle iptal olabileceği endişesiyle bir gece fazladan otel rezervasyonu yapmıştım. Hava durumu iyi olunca otelden ayrılmaya karar verdim, ancak fazladan rezervasyon yaptırdığım günü iptal etmeyi unuttuğumu ve ücretsiz iptal süresinin dolduğunu fark ettim. Hem Ctrip'e hem de Hilton'un resepsiyonuna başvurdum ve sorunum hızlıca çözüldü. Çok mutluyum, gelecekteki seyahatlerimde hep Ctrip'i tercih edeceğim, hizmetleri çok iyi ve sorunları hızla çözüyorlar. Ayrıca Hilton otelinin çalışanlarına da sorunumun hızla çözülmesine yardımcı oldukları için teşekkür ederim.

What a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily. Massages start from around 2000¥ Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point. Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles. If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic. The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo. Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

Perfect 5 star score. Nothing needs to be said. This includes room, breakfast and hotel facilities. The only thing that I would say is, on the kids playground “Wizkids”, the entry price was a little bit expensive. Adults shouldn’t need to pay.

This was the first place my father and I went to for a trip to Japan. It was a wonderful introduction to Japanese hospitality and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety that anyone could find something to eat. The konbini, restaurant, and Disney store in the hotel were all wonderful as well. I would 100% recommend and return again.

There is a shuttle bus to Narita airport, so the location is not bad. The room is clean and kind of big. The bed is too soft. Everything is fine, and is a choice if you need to stay at Narita.

Bu Japonya seyahatimizde bizim için en iyi otel. Japonya'da olduğumuzu düşünürsek oda çok büyük. 2 kanepe, ayrı banyo ve tuvalet var. En iyi şey, Disney Resort'a ve Disney Resort'tan neredeyse her 5 dakikada bir ücretsiz servis otobüsü hizmeti sağlamaları. Bu gerçekten zamandan, paradan ve enerjiden tasarruf sağlıyor. Bu otobüs hizmeti için rezervasyona gerek yok. Fark ettiğim bir diğer şey de bu otelin çok çocuk ve aile dostu olması. Kahvaltı muhteşem ve her zaman çocuk dostu menüleri var, oğlum yemeği çok sevdi. Gerçekten paranın karşılığını veriyor ve burada kalmaya karar verdiğimiz için gururluyum. Disney'e gidecek ailelere burada kalmalarını tavsiye ediyorum!
