Big hotel in great location. Staff very friendly and good selection for breakfast. Decent sized room with nice view of the river and park. We had dinner every night of our stay at the hotel restaurant as it was reasonably priced with a good choice.

L hotel vale di piu dellla sua classificazione perche la camera e' ampia e luminosa come gli spazi interni. La colazione e' buona e varia e il petsonale molto premuroso. Comodo parcheggio gratuito a poche decine di metri

Rooms need renovation

Bonito e muito cómodos e grandes os quartos . As piscinas interiores , a temperatura da água estava bem fria , só se estava bem de tiro da sauna, Único defeito . Bom pequeno almoço e bons restaurantes a volta

Hotel, com um ar requintado, quarto confortável e ótimo pequeno almoço. No entanto, o facto de não possuírem vários tamanhos de almofada considero ser uma falha a corrigir. Um facto que pode condicionar uma boa noite de sono.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Every room had a view. Facilities are a bit dated and our room had a big stain on the carpet. Reception staff were not very knowledgeable but the restaurant staff were great!

buenas, las instalaciones de los baños son mejorables, los grifos de los lavabos sobresalen demasiado siendo algo peligrosos si intentas agacharte para lavarte la cara.

Local muito agradável, com belas vistas realmente! Confortável e acolhedor para 1 ou 2 dias.. Em cima da margem do rio. Restaurante do hotel com qualidade.

The hotel is beautiful with the mix of old and new architecture. Plenty of FOC parking inside the fortress(hotel) and outside. Walking distance to the town and everything you want to see in Chaves. For EV cars, there is a chargeable charging station inside the hotel’s parking.

Good very well located , breakfast , but it was very hot and no proper air condition and water was also hot !
