Short break getaway! Great location, Lovely room comfortable bed had a great night sleep . , I fully enjoyed the health spa. Swim sauna and steam room. Check out the Santana restaurant Buffet lunch all home made food , delicious ! Overall it was a lovely stay, a peaceful retreat just what I needed from the hustle and bustle ( Lobdon ) from the city life .

I booked the wrong Hilton but the receptionist told me I’m not the only one. I went to a concert and they were kind enough to let me check out a bit later. Room is big and bed confortante. Toilet is also big and with amenities. If you’re planning to visit the Porto wine caves and Gaia this hotel is really in a great location. There’s also the food market near by and some restaurants and bars. The

Hotel is nice. Clean and spacious room. Comfy beds Absolutely worth the price. Location may not be near the touristic places but ain't a far drive with Uber. A supermarket just beside the hotel is terrific. greeted us with a complimentary champagne at their top floor lounge with a scenic view of Porto.

Otel muhtemelen Porto'daki en iyilerden biri. Ne yazık ki çevrimiçi deneyimim hoş olmamıştı. Seyahatimden önce iptal edilemeyen bir konaklama rezervasyonu yaptığımı fark ettim. Seyahatim değiştiğinde ve Porto'm 3 geceden 5 geceye uzatıldığında hem acenteye (Trip/*******) hem de daha sonra otel aracılığıyla tarihlerin değiştirilmesini istedim. Birkaç denemeden sonra reddettiler. Sonunda, uçak biletindeki değişiklik nedeniyle bir geceyi atlamaya karar verdik ve konaklamamız boyunca orada kaldık. Porto'daki kalan geceler. Başka bir otele geçmeye karar verdik. Misafirperverlik hizmeti daha iyi olabilirse, orada kalırdık. Burada çok tanınan bir otelden gelmesi talihsiz bir durum.

Our experience was entirely positive. The location was perfect for visit being in the heart of Ribeira. The facilities fully met our expectations- with a comfortable room and bed and an excellent shower. The breakfasts were first class with a good range of dishes available. And importantly, the staff were always helpful from check-in through to respinding to the various small requests we had during our 3 night stay.

A great base for catching early flight out of Porto, rooms clean and large functional for travellers with overnights rather than long stays. A couple of things that could really improve the customer experience is a separation of smoking and non-smoking rooms as we stayed on the first floor and coming out of the lift was like walking into an ashtray and fog of smoke coming from smoking rooms located on the same floor as non-smoking. The smoke got so bad i had to place a towel over the bottom of our room door to stop the vapours leaking in to our room. I am not sure whether this hotel offers non-smoking floors and we might have been unlucky and been allocated a smoking room, but the room had a smoke alarm in the ceiling so suspect its a mixture of smoking and non-smoking same floor. The next observation was the breakfast was very basic, adequate but basic, self service. I would stay again based on it location to the airport and easy to get to from central Porto.

The hotel is located on the river side with an amazing view. Hugo Vieira offered us helpful tips on driving to the Douro Valley as well as recommendations on restaurants in Porto, ensuring us a wonderful stay.

ADOREI!! UM SÍTIO QUE EU RECOMENDO IMENSO PARA QUEM REALMENTE QUISER DESCANSAR! O HOTEL, MUITO BEM LOCALIZADO COM UMA VISTA INCRÍVEL. MUITO BEM LIMPO, COM DETALHES INCRÍVELMENTE LINDOS! A COMIDA É MUITO BOA, PRINCIPALMENTE O PEQUENO ALMOÇO, COM MUITA VARIEDADE! 😍

Hôtel que nous conseillons. Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons. Nous profitons toujours de la piscine intérieure qui est avec système thalasso (jet, remous...) Le petit déj est copieux 👍 Buffet du soir sympa Hôtel familial avec jeux et piscine extérieure, le bord de mer est derrière la clôture, pas besoin de voiture ! Personnel agréable 👍

設施：酒店是當地最好的酒店，歐洲難得一見的比較新的酒店。 衞生：很乾凈，房間很大，咖啡機，設施都很全 服務：很多葡萄牙球隊入住，本次入住正好葡萄牙體育在這住，跟他們一起看的葡萄牙比賽。
