The location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. The gym was very well equipped, better than some gyms I have been to.

Everything is good.However pls consider noodles for breakfast ,this is a great idea for East Asian clients. Here are a few popular options you might consider: Instant Ramen: Quick and easy, with various flavors to choose from. Udon Noodles: Thick and chewy, often served in a savory broth. Very clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay. Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down. Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough.

Amari Hotel Dhaka is so far ranking number 1 on my list of hotels I've stayed in dhaka. Service excellent, very spacious room. Very comfortable beds. The roof top and bar is excellent, food very delicious. And the staff and friendly and provide a fantastic service. Thank you and oh yeah the views from the top floor 👏

We arrived early for our scheduled check-in time. Robin Edwards, the general manager, has given everyone instructions to take note of my two-day stay at the hotel. After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me. Because of the excellent customer service and concern that made my day memorable, I felt a little ashamed now. Overall exceptional cervices

negotiated hard for few hours extended checkout with the duty manager. booked massage for 1.5 hours, the lady asked to go to the shower before 20 minutes. not a good experience. but they still charge me for 1.5 hours.

Had the most phenomenal stay at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel! The location is great and the hotel itself is very beautiful and classy, with thoughtfully designed rooms, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff, however, were the ones who truly made my stay in Dhaka memorable. Everyone here is incredible. I always felt like a VIP here and the staff were always willing to help me and ask how I was doing. Sajuti, especially, was so kind and helpful during my entire stay and I am so grateful for her. Shoutouts to Ayesha at the breakfast buffet, the outside security staff, and everyone down at the front desk as well.

Facilities totally spoiled, shower head, pipe hanger all broke, room small, smelly don’t matched with the price paid for at all. Not recommended

The location was good and the hotel was quite clean. However, the service was not great. The security and the hotel manager were keep asking me room number every single time I returned to the hotel. I have a key and they should make their lift service key control rather than this type of epic manual check! For business and travel purposes ,I have been to over 20 countries so far and never experienced this type of repeated question regarding the room number which is a bit annoying. Maybe a Bangladeshi thing !
