Groot hotel met veel kamers, onze kamer was reeds wat afgeleefd maar toch zeer proper en ruim MET een prachtig zicht over de skyline van Panama-City. Leuk zwembad en bubbelbad. Enkel lang aanschuiven om in te checken.

Very nice and clean room. Service is amazing. It is in the center of old town. Roof top view is amazing.

Un lugar muy céntrico y rodeado de restaurantes. Lo único malo fue que hacía mucha bulla en la habitación por el ventilador y no funcionaba el modular de temperatura por lo cual hacia mucho frío.

El hotel me pareció bueno en general. Las habitaciones están limpias, ordenadas y cumplen exactamente con lo que uno necesita para una estadía tranquila. Las instalaciones se mantienen bien y el ambiente es agradable.

The attention was really good. Everything is still brand new, that makes the place look better. Just a little suggestion: You really need to control the “monopoly” of the towels reservation on the pool and beach side. People didn’t even go and leave personal things just to separate places (chairs, beds, tables etc).

Very nice hotel, with an amazing pool offering city views. The room was spacious, I just found it very cold as it was impossible to fully stop the aircon due to centrally managed system throughout the hotel

The hotel staff was fantastic. Especially the housekeeping ladies were very skilled, courteous, and punctual. However, a major downside of this hotel concerns the showers in the rooms, which should be a basic and essential service in a four-star hotel. The water quality is very poor, and the shower water flow is extremely low and inconsistent, with no way to adjust the temperature properly. Not to mention the smell of the water, which clearly indicates that the plumbing system needs a complete overhaul as soon as possible.

This was an absolutely lovely experience! The staff was professional,attentive and helpful, the rooms clean and the restaurant food(s) delicious……we thoroughly enjoyed this stay, and highly recommend it to others…..

Quarto bom e bem arrumado, café da manhã estava bom, almocei e jantei uma comida honesta e a era academia razoável .
