Posto storico e rinomato, molto bella la posizione (anche se beach club troppo affollato e poca privacy) ma assolutamente decadente e non degno delle 4 stelle… le camere hanno letti piccoli e sono molto vecchie con frigoriferi rumorosi. Ristorante La Tortue molto buono e con visuale incredibile. La colazione scadente ed il servizio di reception sebbene molto gentile ha difficoltà con i sistemi di prenotazione. Anche la connessione wi-fi va e viene. Lo consiglierei per i ristoranti ma non per dormirci

Can’t complain! Was a good beautiful hotel with plenty of food and drinks for all guests! Very easy to get there from the airport and everyone speaks English if you don’t speak the native language or similar. Most requests are done via their handy app which is easy to navigate and all inclusive is true to the name! You only pay for anything extra such as treatments in the Spa or items from the shop located on site otherwise everything else is included in the cost of your stay! I would have preferred more options for the 24hr “snack/food option” but this was only used out of hours so not many times for me.

Incroyable hôtel avec un incroyable service, on recommande très chaudement. Les employés sont vraiment aux petits soins Petit plus pour la petite française à l’accueil. Et merci à tous les employés de nous avoir permis de prendre une Touche après la plage avant de prendre l’avion le soir :)

Whilst it is a lovely resort, food options could be better. Also would be nice if there was a proper mini mart facility since there are no real snack / lunch options aside from existing the resort and the pool bar. Also I’ve never stayed at a hotel when I have pre paid for dinner but had to pay separately for soft drinks (or water)..

Avevamo letto diverse recensioni non propriamente positive su questa struttura e la cosa ci aveva un pò allarmato: invece devo dire che abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno ed anzi la struttura ci è venuta anche incontro visto che purtroppo a causa di un ritardo aereo siamo giunti sull’isola con due giorni di ritardo. Posto ottimo per rilassarsi e comunque in buona posizione anche per scoprire l’isola di Sal.

Just the standard RUI Hotel setup…unable to get a booking in any of the specialty restaurants. Buffet restaurants the same repetitive food. Polite cleaning staff. Reception staff need to be more customer focussed I arrived at 8pm given a keycard and a map and pointed in the direction of the room…no one to help with baggage. Requested late checkout on the RUI app had it confirmed and then I find keycard not working on the day after spending the morning by the pool headed to reception was told I should have requested this at reception…at no point in time did the app state this. I was told that the bell boy had put a note under my door..that’s ok if I could actually get into the room to read it, but there was no note ! Would not say this is a 5* hotel more a 4*.

Emplacement sympa, proche du centre, proche de la plage et des restaurants, très propre, n’hésiter pas, à faire couler un peu l’eau, pour avoir de l’eau chaude ( c est pas Ecolo!, mais efficace), petit déjeuner buffet très bien fourni!, café, correct, pare contre, le jus de fruits, plutôt moyen, la chambre, est spacieuse, ainsi que la salle de bain, le confort, du coucher, est parfait, et un calme règne ( côté piscine!), idéal pour avoir un bon repos!, pour ceux qui ont choisi, avec les repas, c'est correct pour le prix de l’ensemble, pour les autres budget, l’idéal, c'est petit déjeuner, et des boulangerie, son à proximité, ainsi qu'une supérette ( prix démocratique), le bar, est bien, et les cocktail, sont super ( prix correct). L’ensemble, est bien en général, ceux qui désir plus, il vous suffit de mettre votre main, au portefeuille!!

I asked for a quite room and got one. The only draw was the temp. of the shower - in the mornings no hot water, in the afternoons no cold water. The internet was problematic the first day, fine afterwords.

OOCMUn hotel de 4 estrellas que para el país en el que estamos está perfecto. Nosotros solo reservamos con desayuno para poder hacer más actividades pero no sé si ofrece la opción de todo incluido. Personal muy amable y atento, habitaciones con aire acondicionado y minibar. Cruzas la calle y está la playa, relación calidad precio un poco elevada para el tipo de hotel pero recomendable. Desayuno de calidad y variado con tortillas y huevos fritos hechos en directo
