L hotel a un bon emplacement mais pas de parking le seul parking devant est petit et pas de place et le parking de l hotel était en travaux donc pour trouver une place il a fallut 1 h! Et la chose la plus désagréable est le matelas qui était trop molle on s enfonçait dedans! Si non c était propre et le petit déjeuner était bien

中規中矩，地理位置偏僻，適合自駕，到哪都幾十公里。住了這麼多年酒店，第一次遇到一個下水道有異常味道的。

We stayed happily at the hotel. The location was good. Not far from the town and mall. Enjoyed well!

This hotel has an exceptional location in the heart of Charleroi. It adjoins a major downtown shopping mall with international brands and standard fast food options including Burger King. My room had amazing view of the central plaza including the church. There is an excellent range of restaurants nearby and a small selection of convenience stores. However, there was are no large supermarket in this area, and getting access to pharmacies was difficult at night. The reception area has lively bar on level 2 and there is outdoor areas with seating and umbrellas for the summer period. During this visit in August, there was some live music in the streets nearby which added to the town atmosphere, but this city is not Brussels, as visitors should lower expectations regarding night life options. It about a 10 min walks to the Central Station and express buses to the airport. (Charleroi low cost airport) Note: The railway stations area is under construction, some care may be required with luggage.

Sorry guys but this does not rate as a styles in my view. Obscure industrial estate miles from airport by berlin fence although it is virtually parallel to the runway. No store, no food no joy. If you are ever RYANAIRED it will do to sleep in. Breakfast was basic

令人愉悦的入住體驗，前台服務熱情而專業，員工彬彬有禮。房間乾淨，床品舒適，但是設施有點老舊，沙發邊側磨損明顯。早餐比較精緻，餐廳佈置的很有格調，雖然品種不多但也能吃好。停車費不貴，每天10歐，適合於自駕而來的遊客。停車場進出很考驗駕駛技術。總之在這個小城市裡是一家值得入住的酒店。

Very close to the main street. Clean an beautiful inside. This is a fitness center at the ground floor but we haven't made use of it. It was amazing to see my name on the TV when I stapped into the room. The reception is very friendly and provided service at a professional way. Highly suggested.

Schönes Stadthotel im Zentrum von Mons. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück war gut. Mein Superior Zimmer war gut, allerdings etwas klein. Das ”Comic-Design” des Zimmers gewöhnungsbedürftig. ( Einige Zimmer sind Themenzimmer) Ich würde wiederkommen.
