Everything from the room, the spa, breakfast and the surrounding area was good. The city view and sakurajima view were stunning. There’s a shuttle going to and from downtown. The checkin experience was no good - long queue and not clear to foreigners.

Good location, easy access to tram and shopping / restaurant area. Great breakfast. Only problem is air conditioning is set to heating only, outside temperature is over 10 degrees and having cooling will make more sense, we end up turning off the air conditioner and open window instead, rather bearing the traffic noise than a more than warm room.

Hotel Kyocera is probably one of the largest hotel in Kirishima. It has two buildings ( main and annex) and looks quite good architecturally. They are connected by a bridge on the 3 floor which has the walking escalator- and a display of the various places that have been listed as world heritage sites in Japan. Inside the main building, there is a glass church which is ideal for weddings. In the basement, there is a large onsen, and spa. It is certainly a good place for having a holiday. The overall condition of the rooms are good- and the rooms are of good size. My room faces the East and has a perfect view of sunrise! Amazing hotel in Kagoshima, the room window is directly facing the Sakurajima volcano. Mesmerising to look at it for sunrise and sunset. The hot spring spa is also great, and the restaurants are also super good quality. Highly recommended.

the hotel upgraded the room for us. the service is very good. All the staff are generous. they will drive us from the main block to our house which we live in a different building. The room is clean. The dinner and breakfast are also delicious. I will book this hotel next time when I go yakushima.

酒店非常贊，海景無敵，餐廳絕美。酒店有靠海和靠樹林兩邊的房型，但訂房時並沒有選擇，我們通過攜程備註了要靠海的。酒店的不足之處是它離碼頭和機場都比較遠，一個對角線。如果坐公交去景點會非常折騰。網上很多遊記都是坐公交的，住宮之浦港或安奈川港都會更方便去景點。住這裏建議包導遊和租出租車。

ゴルフ場をそなえたホテルで、窓からゴルフ場が見渡せた。ゴルフ客や海外からの観光客の利用が多いようだった。温泉が広くてとても立派だったのが良かった。アメニティの櫛や歯ブラシの柄が竹製だったのがオシャレだと思った。

Planning accordingly will ensure a hassle-free transfer. Location: The hotel's location provides the convenience of being close to a convenience store, just a short five-minute walk away. This makes it easy to pick up any necessities or snacks. Pricing: The pricing is reasonable, especially when considering the exceptional amenities included. The private rotenburo is a luxurious highlight, and the inclusion of both a fabulous breakfast and an elaborate, multi-course dinner (12+ courses) represents excellent value.
